All the staff were extremely friendly General cleanliness of the room was average/less than average. also generally seemed a bit outdated/poorly maintained. The floor was laminate and you could feel the air bubbles underneath. The bathroom towels felt really old and were gray in colour. The bedside table was also oddly placed really far away from the bed - there was an awkward space which felt really strange.

Het was 1 van de weinige hotels die echt voor mij één van de comfortabelste bedden bedden heeft. Ook de geur van de linnen en de handdoeken vielen op, een prettige geur. Het ontbijt bood veel keuzes, het hotel heeft een 4 sterren uitstraling. We hadden pech, dat er een groot event plaatsvond, dus de ondergronds parkeer faciliteit was erg vol. Parkeren was wel even een uitdaging. Maar er is voldoende ruimte en als je eruit rijdt is de vraag welke uitgang je hebt.

The check-in was smooth, the bed was very comfy. No water problem. Room is very spacious. The employees are amazing and polite. The room is non-smoking, but the bathroom always smells like smoke. The room also smells like food the whole time I stayed there. The internet is excruciatingly slow. The breakfast quality is low, comparable to a cheaper city hotel. The room is not soundproof, you can hear people talking outside and from the next rooms.

- aaaRt (6/5): Did its job for the week, but won't return again - Rooms were large enough and the beds were comfortable. It was very near to JIExpo and great for attending events. We were three adults and one infant (in line with the hotel's policy), and the beds were not that big, but it worked for us when we stuck both beds together. The breakfast had plenty of variety and changed every morning, although quality was not top-notch so if you believe in making your calories count, you may want to fill up elsewhere. The hotel should have a policy of taking deposits from ALL guests. Instead for some reason, I was not allowed this option and every single morning, I would be harangued during breakfast for payment. This also happened when ordering room service and laundry. Payment would be demanded at the door and I know it wasn't the staff's fault, just that the hotel policy wasn't very customer-centric. Some of the staff members were absolutely delightful and others were horrors, so there was no consistency across the board. We were also interrupted at breakfast on the first day because staff asked us to do a Google review. They handed up cards with the QR codes and then as we continued eating, actually stood over us and asked us to open up the QR codes to do the survey. It was very off-putting, to say the least. About breakfast, we were interrupted at multiple breakfasts and demanded for payment. There were a couple of staff members who treated us disdainfully, like we didn't want to pay for breakfast and were interlopers. Thinly veiled disrespect and rudeness carried the atmosphere with certain staff members, and it was honestly a very unpleasant feeling. However there were very pleasant staff members who lifted the mood and I was so grateful for them. The housekeeping could have also done a better job of replenishing amenities and there wasn't enough body wash or shampoo by the third day of our stay.

Checked into non-smoking room full of smoke smell. even the room corridor smelled of smoke. Got a feeling of a casino like smoke smell everywhere. AC was also not workng well and making loud noise. Maintenance staff came quickly and fixed it(clogged filter). Water didn’t drain well in bathroom sink and tub. Hotel lobby and restaurant area was very nice. No smoke smell anywhere. They had live music at the restaurant during dinner and buffet breakfast was also quite good. very reasonable price for a good tasing food -better than other higher rated hotels I stayed before this stay.

Carpet had stains. AC made a lot of noise. Bed was too soft. Chairs had crater sitting posture. Breakfast offering had dated bakery items...All in all a poorly managed and maintained hotel.

The wifi connection is slow and unstable, there were many occasions I was disconnected from the wifi and could not reconnect. My friend did not manage to connect during her 1-night stay! Simple amenities like hand towels were lacking. The carpet was old and a portion was stained. The vanity counter was spotted with water stains after housekeeping was completed. The strength of the water from the shower was below average, which took us longer than usual to complete showering. The closest food option (i.e. mains) is at Citra Experience - which is 4 minutes car ride away from the hotel.

The event we went to ended later than expected, and still they prioritized our comfort and safety and proceeded to pick us up after the event. - Georgia (6/5): Pleasant - I couldn’t sleep from 2am-5am because of extremely noisy banging and crashing due to construction above us. We were on the 11th floor. I went to reception at 3am and they offered me a different room

- Agnes (9/5): Superb - Very spacious, quite, and clean room.. very satisfied in every visit n never dissapointed ❤️❤️ Parking area very small and narrow.. must really careful when parking here
