- Warwick (10/5): Excellent stay with genuinely friendly staff. - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel provides substantial evening snacks and the staff genuinely want you to eat your fill. We really enjoyed how happy and lively all the other guests were when enjoying the snack hour. The hotel became nice and quiet at a respectable hour, though. The hotel is also close to various walks and tourists sites nearby and was perfectly situated for a drive up to Wulai and Hehuanshan.

- Nataline (9/5): would recommend if you’re exploring the area :) - very home-y vibes & a countryside stay! staff was also welcoming and the property provides complimentary supper (which was so yummy - we really enjoyed this) and breakfast! they also brought us to our room + carried our luggage for us when we checked in~ provides free parking and the room was clean! our room wasn’t in the main building so we had to carry our luggage down multiple flights of stairs when we checked out - but this was no biggie since it was only once that we had to do so!

Free supper from 8 to 9.30pm was really unexpected and they serve good food. Breakfast was unexpectedly amazing too. lots of climbing and uneven wooden steps. Not suitable for old people or people with poor knee functions. No lift so the staff and ourselves have to carry the luggage up. Advised to pack light if you are going to stay here.

Wonderful views of valley and mountains. Somewhat older hotel but with fun, eclectic decor. Room was small but had everything we needed. We came for hiking the high country but if your interest is the "farms", thet are just 3 km up the road. No English signage, either out front or down the lane, made it hard to find. In fact, the only way we found it was because of it's photo in Booking.com.

Nice touch to have a little complimentary supper at the lounge consisting of cookies, coffee/tea and even hot food like pumpkin soup, Lu rou fan, instant noodles. Great in the night deep in the mountains when there isn’t much else to do! Sound proofing not good. I could hear the TV blasting in the next door cabin n their loud talking.

There was a lady named 陈小姐。She explained clearly to us how to go about in cingjing farm. The bathroom was a bit run down and many spider webs. There were many steps to the rooms. No lift.

Totally impressed! The happy hours in the evening let out group have some fun time together at the quiet resort. Blessed with clear skies and was able to see the stars at night. Breakfast was simple but nice. Highly Recommended. We took the loft. Warm on top but a little cold on the lower deck at night.

- Ursula (9/5): Relaxing stay in Nature in the Taiwan Mountains - Conveniently located not far from the bus-stops, but quiet environment. The Hotel is in Old English Style, the breakfast is really good and the hosts are very friendly - can recommend to stay there, also it seems to be one of the first and most traditional hotels in the now very touristic area of Taiwan The Garden definitely needs more attention - but we know about the shortage of stuff everywhere, not only in Taiwan. But the owners do their best to keep it up, hopefully also with good salary to their employees....

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 已經是第二次入住了，民宿很漂亮，歐式建築，到處都是打卡位，如果是冬天入住記得要多帶衣服，有的房間是沒有暖氣的不過就是洗手間裡很多的螞蟻，可能山上比較難避免吧
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 風景很美位置很好，走5分中到小瑞士花園及7-11，小木屋很特別及服務人員很好，招待不錯，只是洗澡水壓不夠。對於老人家有點不便，要經過樓梯上去房間，有點不方便。
- Fiona (10/5): - 櫃台服務一流, 早餐豐富, 晚餐很好。安排住客回台中的交通快捷。有機會再去清境農埸一定再住清境空中花園。尤其是有車安排由住宿到青青草原, 非常方便旅客。
- yt (8/5): - 環境甚好，簡樸舒適，早餐和晚餐極好，還有免費宵夜，是意外驚喜。 只是因為木屋的隔音設備欠佳，清楚聽到隔壁的笑語，樓上的腳步聲也會振動房子。
- Cheung (8/5): - 四周環境優美，木屋設計甚有特色，晚餐味道很好，下午茶早餐選擇亦多，老闆員工等有禮貌，客氣，服務佳，提供很多資訊，例如參觀附近景點，搭車的方法等
- Ngan (10/5): 今年第二次入住 - 空中花園係我今年第二次入住2019年10月13日，雖然每次只係入住一晚，但前台的員工仍然細心講解，酒店設施和入住詳情及周邊配套，笑容十分親切，尤其是餐飲部的同事表現十分細心，而晚餐價格與周邊價格相比並不貴，款式及質素令我10分滿意，就今次住宿這二日，整體十分滿意！ 希望各員工繼續保持努力，為客人帶來難忘嘅假期！
