- 姿穎 (10/5): 目前最喜歡的住宿體驗💝 - 全部都很滿意😍從踏入莊園就有可愛的服務人員巧麗遞上迎賓茶點、介紹莊園，從園區介紹到拍照聖地再到房間介紹，過程逗趣且完整💗也非常感謝上層主動協助不加價升級成樓中樓🥹非常驚喜也很喜歡💕房間非常漂亮，英式古典風格，卻不會覺得老舊，房間也很乾淨🥰房間本身就是個拍照聖地😻這次選擇一泊二食方案，晚餐是套餐式無菜單料理～有忌口的食物，店家也很貼心會更換成替代食材👍🏻每道菜都好吃也有特色！當日生日還有招待小蛋糕🫶🏻晚餐結束後還有音樂饗宴～莊園及房間內都有高級音響設備，房間內可以另外租借光碟回去聆聽，也可以連接藍牙使用～非常有氛圍😚衛浴設備不錯～床也很大很好睡，隔音也很棒，一覺到天亮😊隔天的早餐也很豐盛，可以點餐也可以續，額外還有自助吧可以用😋 沒有特別不滿意的地方～

- Anatoliy (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel is a true gem - 5-star restaurant and cuisine, amazing location in Taiwan mountains, and authentic UK-style rooms (and the whole hotel). The hotel is beautiful, it is a local landmark - you see people making photos all the time. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they are really trying to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. Interesting additional thing - apparently this hotel owner is into HiFi and music, rooms are equipped with high-end audio systems, and there is a special daily "music hour" in one of the entertainment areas. This hotel is an excellent choice for Taiwan people who want to get an experience of staying in an old-style fancy European hotel without travelling to Europe, but it is also just a good hotel to stay if you are visiting Taiwan mountains. While this hotel is not cheap, it gives you good value for money - room rate includes dinner (and breakfast), and this is true 5-course dinner, expertly prepared by a really good chef.

The room was special and luxurious and the amenities and toiletries were the best. There are many steps and uneven areas around the hotel’s premises. May be a tripping hazard if guests are not for watchful .

- John (10/5): Just wow. One of the best experiences. - I’m glad I listened to most of the reviews for this place. We came for the sheep farm, but in the end this manor made the stay worth the scary drive from Hualien. From the beginning, they made us feel like special guests. The valet driver understood my hesitation to park my rental car in these small tight spaces and asked if he can take over and then he parked the car with so much ease. Then we were directed to the lobby where our hostess explained to us about our stay while another hostess served us warm tea and biscuits. I mentioned how we were very early for our check in and they said it wasnt a problem and our room was already available. Then the hostess showed us around the premises and our room. Explained all the various activities and times they are available. I was a bit hesitate to stay here for the pictures dont do the actual place justice. Also the price seemed a bit high, but the reviews kept mentioning how it was worth it and they were right. We have paid more in other places of the world for far less then what we received here. Some say this was a b&b because it only has 19 rooms. It felt more like a mini luxury hotel with a b&b atmosphere only because it was like 3 homes on one large lot. I recommend this place 100%. Its definetly one of our top 5 hotels and the food, the service, the Madriga Suite we stayed in was all excellent. Taiwan isnt a tipping country, but I tipped everyone. The service was just that good.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 格價高古堡酒店 - 格價略高，古堡酒店，但酒店內大廳偏廳有地毯怪味，幸好房間則沒有怪味。一生人值得入住一次。可惜整天下大雨，房內看不到景色，有點失色。也是一座音樂城堡，房間內有聽音樂設備，值得給愛音樂之人入住。
