Every time coming back happy to our „HCMC home”- highly recommended! This time we had a family room for a family with two teenage daughters - perfect arrangement: all together but still with two separated parts of the room with the bathroom in the middle. - Dirk (10/5): - We were extremely satisfied with this hotel. It was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in in this category in Ho Chi Minh City. Located on a side street, it's very quiet (by Ho Chi Minh City standards). Ben Thanh Market and the Bitexco Tower are easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes. The hotel offers a small breakfast buffet, but the quality is absolutely top-notch. The stylishly furnished rooms, decorated in a Vietnamese style with French colonial influences, leave nothing to be desired. The hotel is family-run, and the owner is a warm and helpful lady. I would choose it over the Sheraton or Rex any day.

- Lisa (1/5): Do not believe the false reviews on here this place is awful. - Nothing at all It was dirty. Filthy dirty. Very dated. Our room was downgraded which we were only told when we arrived after a very long and delayed trip across the border. We had originally booked this room, but after reading reading reviews we cancelled then upgraded to a better room. When we arrived at check in we were told the upgraded room had been double booked so they had downgraded us back to the room we had previously cancelled having read bad reviews. Breakfast was awful, virtually no choice and nobody present to welcome you, or seat you, or offer coffee etc. The dining room is dingy and dated. The manager seemed to be in a bad mood, never acknowledging our presence, never a smile or a hello. She only spoke to us when we checked out an after the first night. We were asked not to give a negative review and we would be refunded for the night we would not be staying. The refund has never arrived over a week later. Hence this review. As we were checking out another lady spoke to us and said they were also disgusted with their room and would be writing a review to reflect this.

- Greg (10/5): The best hotel I’ve stayed in i. - The Ben Thanh Boutique Hotel is a tremendous place to stay! It is centrally located to the major attractions in District 1 so walking around is easy. There are cafes, shops and street food vendors all around. The hotel is meticulously clean! We had the King suite for two nights. There was so much room available to us. The bed was so soft and comfortable. I have to say, the best sleep we’ve had in all of our accommodation on this trip. The mattress is definitely suited for western and eastern travellers. Our host, Olivia; is a beautiful lady with exceptional English language. She made the stay here so wonderful with her happy and welcoming disposition. I cannot recommend the Ben Thanh Boutique Hotel highly enough! When we return to HCMC, we will be staying here again! Thanks Olivia.
- Ayes (9/5): Nettes zentrales Hotel - Sehr zentrale Lage im Old Quarter. Zimmer sind unterschiedlich, die Superior Zimmer sehr schön, groß und mit Aussicht, andere Zimmer eher klein und dunkel. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Früchten, Omelett auf Wunsch, Joghurt und Kaffee mit frischer Milch. Ein Safe im Zimmer wäre gut. Taxi vom Hotel zu teuer, Grab günstiger und schnell.

- BERND (9/5): So muss ein Boutique Hotel sein! - Das Hotel schafft durch seine Wanddekoration mit Bildern aus der Vergangenheit und dem heutigen Alltag von Vietnam schon in der Lobby beim ankommen eine ganz besondere und sehr interessante Atmosphäre. Die Managerin, Mrs Van kümmert sich wunderbar um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber, lediglich die air conditioning hat durch lautes Brummen nachts ein wenig gestört. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Hotels in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist zentral und liegt in angenehmer Gehentfernung zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Es gab Obst, asiatisch Herzhaftes, Salate. Traf eindeutig meinen Geschmack. Das Zimmer wie auch andere Bereiche des Hotels, die ich sah, waren sehr sauber. Es ist wie eigentlich überall in Asien hellhörig. Aber da mir das bewusst war, hatte ich mir etwas dagegen mitgenommen. Also kein Problem.
