When the air-condition is ON the lights are On too and you switch of the card every electrical appliances goes off. Thus lighting system should be revisited

Therese (1/5): Séjour stressant et inconfortable malgré une bonne localisation. - L’hôtel est bien situé, proche des commerces et facilement accessible en taxi. J’ai été très déçue par le manque de professionnalisme et de sécurité de la part d’un membre du personnel. J’ai vécu une situation inappropriée qui m’a mise mal à l’aise et m’a fait craindre de rester seule dans ma chambre. La communication était difficile car peu de personnel parle anglais, et la propreté générale pourrait être améliorée.

Bessly C. (10/5): The staff was so kind and made me feel like home, Specially Harun, Gulcin and Memo. Thank you!!! - The property was very clean except for the strong smell of cigarettes. I wish they didn’t allow smocking (At least in the breakfast area), other than than I have no complaints. The staff was nice to me and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I could work comfortably while enjoying the quietness and great people around me.

Soraya (8/5): Very good - Not far from the buses shops around. My room in 5th floor was nice and comfortable. The first room in 3rd floor wasnt clean and smell smoked so they changed me. The breakfast is very limited. Not all staff speaks english. No view. View on a wall was a bit sad.

sevgi (6/5): - The hotel was nice but I was on 6th floor and there was no lift all the way up there had to walk up the stairs from the 5th floor plus 5th floor was under renovation which was not safe when walking past and as it being a tourist hotel there was refugees living on my floor I felt uncomfortable as I dress kinda open and I was looked at like I was doing something bad for the way I dressed and the refuge always complained to us when we spoke but hello I'm on holiday and paid to stay there I found that very rude I would like to go back as for the price it was right but unfortunately I don't think I will unless they change the habit of the hotel but stuff were excellent had no trouble loved them all very helpful and always had a smile on there face

Blagomira (9/5): Good for the price - The staff is kind, except the blond housekeeper. The location is good, close to Medical Park hospital. The sheets and beds are really good, coffee and tea in the room, nice breakfast for the price. Good internet. I was in the same hotel and same room one year ago. Nothing is improved. The AC is still not working, many problems with it. The toilet paper holder is not working properly also, some lights don’t work.

José (8/5): PROPERTY EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. MET MY EXPECTATIONS. - The location and price were very convenient for my stay. The area was quiet and well-serviced with shops and restaurants. The lounge and outdoor terrace were cosy and well-kept. The choices in the continental breakfast were slightly limited (pastry or biscuits would have been very much appreciated). Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and convenient, although one of them was a bit small.

Adans (9/5): I can only recommend - The staff is super friendly and nice.l liked the the breakfast and the cleanness of the hotel. In the stairs you can smell a bit of ciggarrette, maybe because in Germany is almost everywhere banned, as non smoker you can feel the air change, but over all the place is a great choice.
Miriam (8/5): Very good - Very quiet hotel. Rooms offered free coffee, water and tee (there was a kettle in the room). Facilities are not precisely new, but everything is well preserved and really clean, which makes up for it. Breakfast was a bit limited (especially for western tastes) and repetitive, but it was good anyway, so it's not really a downside.

Madalina (8/5): Very good - It was very clean, they actually changed the bed sheets and towels every single day. The room and the bathroom were big enough. The breakfast was good, not very mixed, but still good. We had a street view and unfortunately, it was really noisy. We were in Istanbul for medical problems, so we spent a lot of time in the hotel room. And also the rooms, inside, they are not well soundproofed. The staff is friendly but it is really hard to communicate with, because of their lack of knowledge of the English language.
Skender (9/5): Excellent. - Location was good, but breakfast was every day same. I recommend to have some differences. People don't like to eat every day same food. Breakfast can be richer and different from day to day.
