Dmitry (10/5): great place for business trip - Great refurbished place. Clean, well organised. Nice location near the park and next to the metro and bus. Good coffee shop in the building. There are almost no German food options nearby, a lot of Turkish and Middle Eastern eateries, but almost no place to enjoy German authenticity.

NicoD. (8/5): eigentlich schön - aber zur Zeit eine Baustelle im Haus - Die Zimmer sind schön und schlicht - es hat alles was ich brauche. Mein Zi. war sauber und ich habe mich grundsätzlich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist optimal für meine Bedürfnisse, Park, Kaufland, U-Bahn... alles in der Nähe. Ich habe geschäftlich in Tempelhof zu tun... das ist perfekt für mich. Mein Auto habe ich im Tempelhofer Hafen für 12 € pro Tag geparkt. Der ganze Tag ununterbrochen Bohrlärm & gehämmere. Ich wollte ausschlafen und vor meiner Tür war voller Radau von den Angestellten, Telefonate, laute Gespräche etc. ich hatte ein Schild draussen "please do not disturbe" - doch der Radau war über 2 Std. direkt vor meiner Tür. Durch einen Wasserschaden im Haus, konnte man alle gemeinsamen Räum nicht nutzen.

NicoD. (6/5): eigentlich schön - aber sehr anstrengend - Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer schön. Die schlichte Einrichtung, die einfache Küchenzeile wie auch die Dusche ist super. Dass ich im Duplex Parken konnte war extrem super. Darüber war ich begeistert. Die Lage ist für meine Bedürfnisse optimal. U-Bahn in der Nähe, ein wunderschöner Park gleich um die Ecke. Es gibt eine Managerin, welche sich um mein Problem gekümmert und mir ein neues Zimmer angeboten hat. Ich war zuerst sehr glücklich darüber ein ruhigeres Zimmer erhalten zu haben... jedoch war das dann doch nicht so... Grundsätzlich ist durch einen grossen Wasserschaden eine Baustelle im Haus. Von morgens bis abends hörte man durchgehend Bohren und Hämmern. Workspace, Aufenthaltsraum, Waschraum, Fitnessraum standen nicht zu verfügung. Im 1. Zi. konnte man die Klimaanlage NICHT ausschalten, durch das Geräusch konnte ich nicht schlafen. Das Bett war durchgelegen. Ich kriegte ein neues Zimmer. Im 2. Zi. war ich ein wenig verwundert, wieso ich Earplugs auf dem Bett vorfand. Als ich mich abends hingelegt habe, wurde es offensichtlich. Durch die Wand/Boden war ein Brummen (evl. Motor von Pumpe?) zu hören. Bei offenem Fenster hat man es auch draussen gehört. Das war direkt unter mir. Ich habe 2 Nächte kaum geschlafen, die 3. Nacht habe ich mich verkehrt rum ins Bett gelegt und so konnte ich einigermassen gut einschlafen. Ein Wasserschaden ist natürlich Pech. Ich werde Limehome noch eine Chance geben, doch ich hoffe sehr, dass ich im Herbst, wenn ich wieder in Berlin bin, ein für den Preis angemessenes ruhiges Zimmer kriege.

Sandra (1/5): Eine Katastrophe; leider kann man Lautstärke nicht mit Fotos dokumentieren - Lage in der Nähe unserer Familie Wir haben auf einer Baustelle gewohnt und es wurde morgens früh angefangen zu bohren. Es wurde in der ganzen Woche nicht einmal das Zimmer gereinigt, keine Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl wir nach zwei Tagen darum gebeten haben. Auch nach Reklamation über booking.com hat sich daran nichts geändert. Der Co-Working-Space war unbenutzbar wg der Baustelle und nicht zugänglich.

Inés (3/5): CUIDADO: Dejan entrar a personas no autorizadas a tu habitación! Pésimo lugar - Era cómodo y estaba cerca del metro. - Si tienes una pregunta, o el más mínimo problema, NADIE te va a ayudar. Tienen un supuesto servicio al cliente que te dice que ya transmitirán tu petición al personal (nadie transmite nada). Cuando les requieres ayuda y les comentas que nadie se ha resuelto nada, te dicen que "disculpes las molestias" y ya no te contestan más. - MUY IMPORTANTE: Dejaron entrar a personas no autorizadas a mi habitación mientras yo no estaba. Les pedí expresamente que me avisaran, me ignoraron y dejaron de responderme a los mensajes. Debería haber llamado a la policía, pero se aprovechan de que uno está de viaje y no quiere problemas. - La zona común y las lavadoras estaban fuera de servicio y cerradas, había obras dentro del edificio y enfrente del edificio. Por supuesto, no lo avisan antes y nadie te da una alternativa para los servicios no prestados.

Andreas (10/5): Hervorragender Aufenthalt, gerne wieder! - Wir waren beim Fomel E Rennen auf dem ehemaligen Flughafen Tempelhof. Die Rennstrecke war zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und das Geschirr sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Apparrtement im Erdgeschoss hatte eine kleine Trasse. Wir benötigten Hilfe zur Ingangsetzung des Herds und die Kommunikation mit Limehome hat über Telefon und WhatsApp ausgezeichnet funktioniert. die Antwortzeiten waren sehr kurz. Die Duplexgaragen, die zu Limehome gehören, sind auf den ersten Blick nicht gleich zu erkennen und auch nicht ganz einfach zu bedienen. Einfacher ist es, wenn man weiß, dass man am Schlüsselkasten zuerst den Schiebdeckel betätigen muss um das Zahlenschloss zu sehen. Den Sschlüssel kann man erst wieder abziehen, wenn die Garage nach oben gefahren ist. Funktioniert hat aber alles und man kommt über den Aufzug von der Tiefgarage bequem zum Appartement.
Piotr (10/5): - Bardzo fajne miejsce dla kogoś, kto potrzebuje zatrzymać się na kilka dni w Berlinie. Lokal dobrze skomunikowany, w sąsiedztwie metra. W okolicy park, sporo lokali gastronomicznych, sklepy. Dobry dojazd do dworca Sudkreuz, jeśli ktoś podróżuje autobusem.
Virginia (8/5): It was a nice staying over all but I’ll think twice to book again. - Good located, extremely near the U Bahn station “Alt Tempelhof” so it’s good connected. Easy going and quiet area. The apartments are nicely decorated and equipped. Easy to check in and out. The floor wasn’t very clean. One lamp wasn’t working. The mattress was really bad. They had works going on (drill) and they only announced it after we booked (there should be a warning for future customers and also a discount as it’s awful to wake up at 08:45 with the sound of a drill).

Kateryna (7/5): - Чистота, расположение, все необходимые есть на максимум! Приключилась неприятная ситуация. Бронь на две ночи. Я вернулась в 9 вечера и обнаружила что все мои вещи пропали. Просто чистый номер. Не знаю по чьей ошибке это произошло. Но в данной ситуации онлайн поддержка сказала что извините мы не можем ничего поделать, весь персонал уже отсутствует, и будет с 11 утра до 14. Что я должна делать, если в 8 утра мне нужно выезжать??? Зарядка, косметика, вещи, элементарно даже зубы не смогла на ночь почистить…. Просто повезло что случайно уже утром выходя из отеля БЕЗ СВОИХ ВЕЩЕЙ, наткнулась на женщину что убирает. Она позвонила напарнице и нашла. При этом никаких изменений и обратной связи от отеля я так и не услышала.

Jürgen (10/5): - Klein aber fein...es fehlt an nichts für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Von der Lage absolut Top. Bus und U Bahn fußläufig in kürzester Zeit erreichbar um in die Innenstadt z.B. Kudamm oder Richtung Alexander Platz etc zu kommen. Sehr schön angelegter alter Park zur Erholung bzw relaxen eine Minute entfernt.

Habe halt nur Besteck benutzt habe aber dennoch ist das eine zwölf von zehn die Unterkunft. Also ich werde auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen und hab sie auch weiter empfohlen. Im Zimmer ist kein Hinweis vorhanden wie die Reinigungsintervalle sind. Später habe ich die Infos dazu auf der Homepage gefunden. TV Kanäle total unsortiert. Kofferablage im Zimmer währe schön.
Isabella (6/5): War ok und für meine Zwecke ganz in der Nähe meiner Freunde gut, aber mit 130 EUR die Nacht eigentlich zu teuer. - Die Lage ist gut, direkt an einer U6 Ubahn Station mit der man gut in die Stadtmitte kommt, Zimmer klein aber sehr sauber, gutes Bett. Es fehlt ein Hängekastenteil, keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Die Lage auf den sehr befahrenen Tempelhofer Damm ist für jemanden der Luft in der Nacht braucht furchtbar, aber die Fenster dichten den Lärm gut ab. Es fehlt im Bad auch ein Vergrösserungsspiegel, die gibt es ganz günstig und jedes Morel One hat einen. Ein zweiter Stecker beim Bett für das Handy wäre auch von Vorteil, ich hab mir dann den vom Fernseher dort installiert.
