Fiona (9/5): Great location, comfy beds and lovely breakfast - The breakfast was lovely, location ideal and loads of parking places. Although we asked for rooms together, they were at opposite sides. We heard no noise in the morning, however my daughter was awoken early by very noisy guests going for breakfast. Not serving hot food after 7.45 was an issue for us - we had to order takeout.

Ben (9/5): Reliable and friendly. For business it is always on my short list when staying in Dundee. - Beautiful peaceful hotel with amazing views from the dining room (breakfast and dinner). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free EV charging (courtesy) is a bonus. Breakfast is consistently very good and evening meals are excellent. Nothing really bad. The location is a bit out of town (easy to get a taxi). There is no gym or pool. But this was known at time of booking.

Rose (10/5): Beautiful hotel, great location and wonderful staff - Staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, the hotel is gorgeous and the rooms comfortable. The shower was great and the bathroom clean. Ate breakfast a few times and good selection, not big queues (apart from the one coffee machine) and the food was hot and tasty. Had an evening meal in the restaurant once and the food was really good and service was quite quick. I was staying for a wedding and I cannot fault the way the wedding was run, the efficiency, the helpfulness, the beautiful room and lovely food. Good location for getting to town - either a 30min walk or on a main bus route so the 5 and 5A will get yo there in 10min or a taxi also in 10min. The hotel is very close to the airport but the other side of town from the bus station and train station but the town is small so again only a 10min taxi ride from either. I struggled a little with the pillow options but I am a fussy sleeper! Also the room I had had something behind the bedhead wall that hummed all night, I got used to it eventually but even my ear plugs didn't really help. The ironing board on back of the bathroom door was a bit odd, it stopped the door shutting properly with the weight pulling it open and banged quite loudly every time I opened or closed the door unless I treated it like a new born baby

KENNY67 (9/5): A classy hotel in a nice quiet location. - Very clean throughout. Large room,large windows. Adjustable radiator in room . Loads free parking including 3 disabled bays near entrance. Lovely landscaped gardens. Nice,quiet neighbourhood about 3 miles from Dundee city centre. Very nice bar/restaurant.All staff pleasant and efficient. Quiet room.very comfortable firm bed with mattress and pillow protectors.Large powerful shower.Room nicely decorated. Smokers are encouraged to smoke right outside entrance by supplying them with used cigarette butt containers on wall. I found it extremely unpleasant having to walk through loads of smoke to enter hotel.They need to change smoking area as a matter of urgency.

We had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely and well presented. we came back from our evening, had a drink in the bar and a very pleasant chat with the night porter. Room was clean and comfortable. While the bed was comfortable the pillows could have been better quality.. Breakfast had a good choice of cereals, juices and pastries but the hot choice was slightly lacking as there were no tomatoes and we were informed they would be replenished but they weren’t and black pudding was cut into half which made it seem there wasn’t enough to go round.

Amables y de trato muy agradable. Parking amplio, restaurante y cafetería con una vistas magníficas. El desayuno, con platos fríos y calientes pero de buena calidad y sabrosos. En la habitación café, te y algunas galletas. En mi caso la habitación era enorme, con una cama donde entrarían 3 personas, sofá y un baño muy amplio. Por decir algo la ubicación, a unos 50min andando del centro de Dundee. Pero a la vez muy cerca del aeropuerto, asi que depende de lo que priorices.
