- Elizabeth (8/5): The hotel was very nice with clean pleasant decor. We - Better lighting in rooms there was only one lamp in room. The was no lamp on the work desk. Or on all sides of the bed. We difficult to read or do any other activities. Also the toilet are to low it makes in difficult for people who Have mobility issues the stand. At the least you should have grab bars by the toilets.

- Andrew (3/5): Nope,not again. - The size of the room was nice. It was a one bedroom suite. Fire place didn't work(was told i would be given a small refund but never was),white dog hair on both sofas, large dried coffee puddle the size of a dinner plate under coffee maker. Stepped in wet white paint in the parking area(staff was painting) and I unknowingly tracked it into my vehicle and onto my carpet. This was our 4th trip here. Never had an issue till now. I think they are under new management.

- Evan (7/5): Clean hotel in a great location, safe and affordable - Clean room in a safe area, pool and hot tub were huge and the kids loved that! No microwave in room, no lock on bathroom door, no where to hang towels in bathroom
- Patrick (3/5): - I like the facility especially since it is one of the facilities where I am able to bring my pup with me. I think the staff at the front desk when contacted about my charger that I forgot in the room upon checking out and was told that they did not have it but it was untrue. then when I was told I would be in contact with how they would get it out to me I was told by the front desk person that it was not their fault that I left my charger followed by them hanging up. This is very bad customer service if you ask me. I was trying to contact them as soon as I realized that I left my charger in the room and to get it back.

When i booked i had chosen a queen suite when i checked in and got to my room i was highly disappointed i had a basic room with 2 queen beds nothing to write home about and still got charged for a suite @ 337.00 for 1 night that's alot of money!!! Plus our view was vending machines i mentioned it to the front desk but the place was full nothing they could do why not take some money off the total?? Anyway's won't be going back or even suggesting this place to friend's or family to stay! Extremely disappointed!!!

- Robert (8/5): Loved the area - Website said ½ mile from centre of town. It was a 30 minute walk, so more like 1¼ miles. Trolley buses were stated as running every 15 to 30 minutes into town. We waited 40 minutes one day, then 25 minutes the next day and didn't see one bus. We walked into town on our second day back and got bus back to the hotel. The driver said that there was just one bus running that day, so they don't run a regular service, it just seems to depend on how busy the town is with visitors! Do not rely on the buses to get you around efficiently.

- Marylou (8/5): Pleasant and too short. - Stay here often. Location is perfect, hot tub is wonderful, rooms are always clean, beds are always comfortable. We need a first floor room due to physical limitations and they always meet our needs. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Always the first place I check when booking a stay.

- Carmen (8/5): Hotel was easy to find, well kept, beautifully decorated, lovely pool and centrally located. - Everything went very well. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We left behind a bag of purchases we made and, after realization/call to front desk, our bag was already set aside for our retrieval. Our only negative experience were the mattresses. We had 2 queen beds and, in our opinion, both were due for an update.

- Karine (7/5): It’s good - It’s comfortable, easy to access and good for the money There were some constructor workers that stayed the full day seating in front of the pool, which was very uncomfortable to use as a single woman traveling there.

- Stay601388 (8/5): October Storm delay - Very clean exterior and room. Comfortable bed and safe. The only reason this was not a 5 is that carpet in pet-friendly 1st floor room stained when we arrived and 1st floor is upstairs not ground level - which had this been noted we would have selected a ground-level room. Employee at reception very welcoming!

- John (8/5): - This was a nice place for the price! I can’t complain. Our room had a large jacuzzi tub and a fire place. Although the fireplace is electric and dim, it was nice. The jacuzzi tub easily fit two adults, but the water leaked and the temperature was tough to get right. Aside from this, I would have given 5 stars. Housekeeping upstairs was very loud early in the morning and the vending machine was out of order, lol. BUT plenty of restaurants in close distance, shower was comfortable, amenities were average and the room was clean! I would stay here again and maybe just not bother with the jacuzzi.. 🙃

The air that blew out ŵas not cold at all, even felt like it made it warmer in the room. The air conditioner in the bed room was extremely loud and the air was barely cool. When I called the front desk all they said was that they were so sorry to hear that. There wasn't any attempt yo help fix the situation. No care from the hotel at all.

- Danielle (3/5): Last minute stay - Price for Labor Day Sunday was incredible, as well as last minute availability. Also enjoyed the hot tub. The room had a strong musty smell to it. We arrived late and were only staying one night so wasn’t worth it to us to say anything about it. The pool is large but there is no “low end” for kids which was disappointing, and is directly on the very busy road. Much too far from downtown/the beach to walk (and we are walkers).

- Adventure203203 (4/5): Not as Dog Friendly as they make it seem - If you have a dog, beware- there is very little green area for pets - As in less than a foot wide small strip between asphalt and a treeline. The pet rooms are more expensive and then upon check in there is another $35 fee. There is no sidewalk on the hotel side nor is there a crosswalk in the pet area of the hotel to cross the road. There was no ice bucket in our room nor were there bags or buckets near the ice machine. The hotel is too far from town for a convenient walk to shops and is also a longer walk to the beach than our dog was willing to take. The room was clean and met our minimal sleeping needs but the "dog friendly" status was clearly not when it came to giving the dogs an area to do their business.

- Kenzie (4/5): Bare bones + Bad Beds - Recent stay at this hotel, nothing fancy, very outdated....Beds were horrendous-every time you turn over you the bed makes so much noise it wakes everyone up. Spoke to management , they offered another room, but beds were just as bad. Needs an upgrade, good location and pool was ok.
- Gregg (4/5): - Mattress was super comfortable Jacuzzi tub was terrible , drain mechanism was taken apart , water drained out by itself . Air conditioner was noisy as hell, kept us up most of the night . TV would not stay one kept shutting off . Definitely would not stay there again 🤬
- CHARLES (8/5): Ask for a first floor room - Friendly easy check in. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate off the lobby most hours.. First floor rooms have parking at the door if the space is available. Good size bright and clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. The refrigerator in the room has a freezer section. Good selection of ice cream treats for purchase. The room only had one chair for seating. I brought the lightweight outdoor chair into the room. That was comfortable enough. . Would have preferred a microwave in the room. There is one for guest use with the coffee and tea off the lobby.

- Margaret (6/5): - The property is convenient to downtown…they say there dog friendly but restrictions for taking them to the bathroom was all the way around back of building signs everywhere do not allow pet on grass…floors in room dirty, no one came in to clean or change bedding( we were asked the day before we left) we had to take out our trash and get more towels..
