- Marissa (1/5): Upset and sad guest - The Jacuzzi tub that was in the room. When we checked in the first room they gave us was wrong and then they made us pay more money then booking.com had shown us. They should honor the price if that is what is expected. The only reason I booked this hotel was because of the tub and the price. If that's how they r gonna treat their guest and not honor the prices that's online then I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast very was poor, we had a party of 5 and there were only two cups of yogurt, not enough oatmeal, the cereal was pointless as what little milk they had was sour. I told the gentleman at the counter but he didn’t bring out any more. Of the three rooms, one did not have hot water.

- John (1/5): ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - Absolutely nothing. The facililty was filthy The hotel house keeping was absolutely terrible. Cigarette burns in the carpet, mold/mildew around bathtub and on bathroom floor. What looked like water damage on the ceiling, sometype of fluid splashed all over the outside of the bathroom door, there was a huge gap between the door and door frame where you could see plan as day to the parking lot. The customer service was terrible they did not offer us a different room or anything until we checked out because they didnt take us seriously about the issues with the room. They fought with me on a refund as well. There was large amounts of bird feces all over stair hand rails.

Went back 3rd time different guy said he would find another remote my husband went to desk man at desk said he would find another one finally at 8:20 to 8:30 he knocked on the door we where in bed so we didn’t answer. Not very happy with our stay. We have stayed there several times. This was the worst ever. Fill like we should be compensated for the time there.

- Morgan (1/5): Ehh. - There was a friendly guy at the desk who was very helpful and super nice. This place did not look like the pictures at all. There was a hole in the shower where you turn the water on that sees into another room. The room was disgusting. Not clean at all. In the shower it was so dark you couldn't see anything because there was no light in the shower. The only thing that was decent was the bed. There wasnt any bugs but the room itself and the bathroom were absolutely disgusting. Not to mention i was locked out of my room after the first night because they only put my key card good for one night when I was staying two nights.

The location is easy to reach off the highway. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. Cons: in need of maintenance. Big hole in carpet, spackle on wall repair not painted. Desk chair was defective, the level mechanism was broken, so the seat was about a foot off the ground. The laundry machines were not working. Biggest Plus: Horse Cave's Hidden River Cave is only a few minutes from the motel. It's a must-see!

Stupid they did not help. They refuse to let us have the keys to the property after it was already paid. They also made racist comment to my husband. We literally paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights and never entered the rooms. Then at 11pm at night a staff member called asking for my card info billing address and stated our card had declined I contacted booking and my bank and it was never declined. I would definitely never refer this property to anyone else

- Alissa (2/5): Absolutely gross - This property is in terrible repair, and the rooms are disgusting. It appeared that it has not been vacuumed maybe ever. Mystery substances everywhere. Cobwebs all over the place. It is just absolutely disgusting. We stayed the first night because of the late hour that we arrived with exhausted teenagers, but did not stay the second night that was reserved. Employee stated that they were not allowed to spend any money to update and that she didn't blame us for going elsewhere. This place is so terrible that it really should be shut down. I've always experienced reasonable accommodations for the price with Quality Inn, but this place does not even approach their standard. I highly recommend that you spend a little more and stay in a place that's decent.

The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in months, the ceiling was literally falling into the room in one corner. There were a few broken windows on a few of the. other rooms and they had just covered the broken spots with tape. It smelled absolutely horrid. We walked into the room and immediately walked back out to go to the front desk and ask for a refund. They had a man that was “security” walking around the property. He was in jeans, a black shirt and black sunglasses. As we were getting back into our vehicle to leave he was walking around taking photos of everyone’s license plates. I’m sure had we stayed, we would have found many other issues.

I moved out the night stand to look for an outlet and it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time back there. The room was musty and smelled like a damp basement. There were cracks between the door and the door jamb so you clearly could see daylight. The sheets were clean, the toilet was clean, and the air conditioner worked (although old and dirty) but the there is obviously no pride of ownership.

Tv and AC worked and pool looked nice. Had a fridge and microwave although I did not check them. Overall, my family and I just felt a little disgusted here, we packed up and drove straight home instead of sleeping.

Our bathroom door was attached with a paint can opener painted to match the door. It looked like mold on the wall behind the night stand. Dead bug in our ice bucket with no liner. Carpet was so dirty our feet were filthy if we took our shoes off. Front desk service was hit or miss. It looked like the employees kids were skating and biking around the hotel and lobby. I would not recommend at all.

- Murray (4/5): Disappointing - It had a pool but it was so small and the paint on the bottom of the pool was peeling off in chunks and we were tripping over it. They had breakfast in the morning but the waffle pourer kept getting clogged so some of us didn't get waffles. The staff was helpful when I had questions tho. I can tell the hotel is privately owned and they are trying but they need to update their pics. I would've never stayed there if I knew that's what it really looked like. It was very dirty. Our carpet in our room wasn't even vacuumed and was so disgusting and old. The vents were full of dust. The curtains were all ripped up. We ran out of toilet paper and no back up roll. The outside needs to be cleaned up for sure.

- Jenifer (2/5): - This place is nothing like the pictures, which appear to be from when this place first opened. The room smelled like an ashtray. The bed had stains all over it and food crumbs. Dead bugs everywhere. Food wrappers all in the couch. The entire room was not clean. Description said separate bedroom which was also false. The woman at the front desk was not friendly and you could tell she either didn’t want to be there or she was on something. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- David (2/5): - I checked out after 20 minutes in the room and went to the hotel across the street. Many things wrong with the room. Terrible odor, broken and cracked shower floor, toilet was loose, leaking holes in the ceiling, floors and drapes were wet, walls were dirty, bed was dirty. They offered to put me in another room I was not interested in another room if they were willing to put me in that room the first time.

- Sherry (4/5): - Old run down. The pictures were misleading. The hotel was no where close as clean and nice as the pictures that were shown.
- Josue (2/5): - It looked very worn out part of the rooms that were not updated. It looked like they had not been lived in. In our case the carpet needed to be changed. It felt crunchy. The room we were given totally everything needed to be replaced. There were cracks on the floor of the shower, the lamps had holes in them and were messed up stained and mold on the ceiling. There was an unlocked door to a passageway that ran a lot. All the other rooms for the electrical etc. It was not secure. And the lock on the main door to our room had been kicked in at one time and never properly repaired.
- Doris (4/5): - We first had the door card wouldn't work and when we got in the room toliet was broke and we fixed it ,carpet was old and needed to be vacuum, one bed comforter was stained and the other bed had a hole in the sheet,the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice,the staff friendly
- Bhartiba (4/5): Poor property, won't stay again - Room carpet was not clean, paint stains all over. Bathroom door knob don't did not work, poor bathroom amenities. Hotel was shirt staff, front desk was very helpful and kind but overwhelmed probably.
- Eric (2/5): - Curtains would not close properly. Burns on the bed spread. Door would not open with key. Big gap between door and door jam. No towels. Missing tile in shower Somebody's used band-aide in shower.
