Fortunately, when I arrived and found my mistake, they were able to accommodate my wife and I, for a fair price. I adjusted the heat but I was still freezing and had to grab a spare blanket from the closet. There was only one and my friend couldn't use one on his bed.

The room only has one comfortable chair and no small table for playing games or snacking. The coffee is terrible in the room and cafeteria. The scrambled eggs are quite rubbery and the bacon has an unusual flavour. Otherwise the stay was comfortable.

The bathroom was filthy. I have never had to wash my bathroom floor before in a hotel until this stay. Bathroom had a strong urine smell. Washed the sticky floor and the white towels were so dirty. Took the fun out of my stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and I really enjoyed using the hot tub — definitely a nice bonus after a long day! What I didn’t like was the reception staff, who were not very welcoming, and the breakfast, which I found to be of medium to low standard compared to the rest of the stay. Overall, the accommodation itself was lovely, but the service and breakfast could use some improvement.

Our room was spacious with enough places to put our stuff; hangers, hooks, large bedside tables, outlets, large bathroom vanity. The decor is west coast with lots of native wood. Breakfast was standard and plentiful. All areas were clean. Free espresso and lemon water in the lobby were a nice perk. We walked to restaurants and shops from the hotel in 10 minutes or less.
