Terimakasih - Tempatnya strategis 👍🏻👍🏻 Kebersihanya kurang, bantalnya kurang bersih dan ada bau, buffet breakfast ditemukan beberapa serangga, dan makanannya di hari kedua kami menginap makanya dingin tidak di Check kehangatannya dan byak yg kosong.

Facade hotel bedriegt, kamer envoudig - eentonig ontbijt, elke dag hetzelfde, afwerking kamer, raam sloot niet goed af waardoor regen en lawaai binnen kwamen, douche vaak koud en weinig waterdruk, bij het zwembad vaak geen personeel, heel lang wachten op capuchino of watermelon juice, teleurstellende kwaliteit, geluidsoverlast andere kamers en gasten. Overlast van luidspreker moskee de hele dag en nacht door, waardoor zeer slecht geslapen. Taxiservice niet geregeld op verzoek.

We order room for 8 persons, and we only get 1 room with 2 extra beds. Hotel CS arange us 2 rooms at another hotel 60 meters from the hotel. Good thing is that hotel trying to give us solutions

Si te gusta dormir con una ventana que no se tapar e ilumina toda la habitación de noche y te gusta que te despierten rezos musulmanes a todo volumen a las 4 de la mañana, es una buena opción. En el caso de que lo que te guste sea dormir, debes escoger otra opción.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good hotel - A stop was lovely. The walls were very thin and because they only give you one key there’s people constantly banging on doors to be let in this happened all through the night. It was quite annoying. Also, you need a key to get in the elevator so every time one of us would leave you’d have to go down to get them because the key was also your electricity. Definitely needs to be sprayed. There were quite a few roaches, but overall the hotel was kept up very nicely

• Hana (4/5): - Didn't enjoy staying in this hotel. The music in the reception area is too loud. Music by the Swimming Pool has a very limited playlist and the same songs constantly go on and on. No one at the bar if you want to order a drink or grab a towel. Breakfast was very dull, no many options and no tasty. The internet was good in this hotel.

• Momondud (7/5): Beside the traffic, anything was good. - The Location beside Tempo Gelato is good, but its hard to got Online Transportation especially at night, drivers rarely accept the order, because they had to go through bad traffic to reach here. I think i don't have anythings to dislike so far.

• ortakoy0 (6/5): Dangerous - I was using the pool of this hotel and slipped on the stairs. Rubber mats had been provided on some steps but not all and even though I moved slowly and carefully I still slipped and fell on my back. The hotel obviously know the stairs are slippery as they provided rubber mats but not consistently. The girl in attendance was very polite and helpful, but as I was leaving the hotel I wanted to mention the problem to the manager. I was given the run around and had to wait for an hour to find out that there in no duty manager and no general manager. There was no one of any standing to hear my concerns. The danger is one thing, the lack or procedures for mitigating the danger are totally unacceptable.
• birgittaegreg (10/5): Beyond expectation - The junior suite we took is beyond my expectations. It has 4 rooms inside, one room can be used for working, the second room is the living room with sofa, the third room is the bedroom, the fourth is of course bathroom with bath tube. They provide 1 TV in the living room and 1 in bedroom. The room is really bright, it has enough windows. The room service prices are affordable, though the instant coffee in the room tastes bad (sorry). They also have skypool, small but enough. Overall.. i love it.
• donid28 (8/5): Cozy hotel in Prawirotaman Yogyakarta - I just picked this hotel with no expectation at all. this hotel located at prawirotaman, which is a lot of culinary place stay here. the room I occupied was quite spacious but the floor had not been moped for a long time. And toilet is very small for me. the breakfast is great for me. and very nice swimming pool on the roof top

Smorgasbord breakfast with almost unlimited food and choices served by a very helpful employee named Vidya who made sure everything was done perfectly. She is definitely a valuable asset for this hotel. Highly recommended.

The bathroom was the size of the toilet with a small space beside for the shower... no curtain, everything wet. Decor quite tired and in need of update. Breakfast very average, nothing special. • fascaland (8/5): clean and cozy hotel to stay - this hotel located at Prawirotaman Street that had lots of culinary places. the room was so clean and neat. the breakfast menu is quite varied, but it may be due to high season, so it took a while to refill the food. loved the swimming pool which located side to side with the bar.

• hawaharifah (8/5): Good hotel! - Hello! I stayed at Pandanaran one night only due to business agenda. The location is good, a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. I got warm welcome by friendly staffs with good service, especially the receptionist (Mr. Virgilio, sorry if I'm mistaken), he explained everything very clear and detail. For the room, it's nice the way it is, simple and fulfilled standard of 3 stars hotel, but I suggest you to add a "simple touch" inside the room (eg: painting), to make it nicer 👌🏻 In the fifth floor, they provided a nice infinity pool and the bar with good view of the city. The breakfast was good enough and various. Suggestion is please kindly provide room service, so that the guest can order food by calling. To sum up, I really enjoy staying in Pandanaran. I am looking forward to have a great time in Pandanaran again. God bless!

• 600tonim (4/5): Always check reviews before booking - Cabin sized rooms; questionably clean sheets; coffin shaped shower and toilet...together. Great pool that is clean and quiet and rather nice views. Staff were pleasant and tried to help us with any queries/ordering of transport needed.
• A948XXsusanc (6/5): Shabby rooms, lots of noise - I stayed here for four nights in July. The staff were nice with decent English, the breakfast was shocking and terrible doesn't even scratch the surface! The towels and sheets were a lovely shade of grey, but worst of all the noise on the 5th floor from other guests was horrible. I complained but not much was done...not sure who's to blame but skip this place and find a betterer option!!
• Robs_foodie (6/5): Lots of little things not quite right - The reception area and staff were very nice. The rooftop pool and bar was a nice area to sit and the location of the hotel was perfect with lots of nice places to eat on that road. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. However, only one of the three lifts work and once in the buttons barley worked so it was a faff to get to the floor you wanted. Our bathroom smelt like stale urine from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, there were no windows in the bathroom so we couldn't do much to solve that. The breakfast was ok with lots of options, however it was cold most days. I felt it was overpriced based on our experience.
• Mulianti (10/5): Nice - One of the nice hotels in jogja. The rooms are pretty nice, bed is comfortable, ac is cold, wifi is strong. The bathroom could use more lighting and cleaning but nice overall. My family stayed there during the fasting month and the sahoor breakfast is good. Fasting break in the restaurant is also good and relatively cheap. The hotel is located right in front of the famous Tempo Gelato ice cream in the heart of Prawirotaman street where there are lots of bars and food venues to choose from. The front staff are very nice and friendly but the restaurant staff are not so cuz they're so busy i guess.
• 936jakec (8/5): Sub standard room - The room was very sub-standard. Nothing very attractive about it. However, hanging out at the rooftop bar was great. The breakfast was phenomenal. The location was absolutely wonderful. The fact that everything was in walking distance was so well worth it. Only tip: Have some more varieties of beer at the rooftop bar! Its a nice place to relax and would prefer to relax there more.

• Dion_theselfcenter (10/5): great for pool party event - it comes to my surprise pandanaran hotel can cater pool party we had on mayday 2017 for 100 pax. the foods are awesome, they even provide 3 chefs for life cooking to get your hot food served. the hotel sits just in the heart of prawirotaman area where you can find lot of cafes, bars, tour agencies and more
• Verified traveler (4/5): upside: wifi and pool; downside: everything else - I've stayed at this place a couple of times and it's always something. Last time the sink exploded in the first room they checked me into so they moved me...to a room where the shower didn't work. The "gym" equipment is either broken or basically useless (lots of random dumbells missing the other set in the pair, a bench but no bar for pressing, etc.). The "restaurant" is a real roll of the dice - sometimes you'll get that cup of coffee you ordered in a minute...sometimes a half hour. Sometimes the food at breakfast is fresh...more commonly it's old...and sometimes it's actually turned and will make you sick. The rooms make you feel like you got committed to a futuristic mental hospital. I could go on but while most of the employees don't actually know what they're doing and totally freak out that they don't know English (I don't care, google translate works fine) there are one or two that actually know what they're doing. The reason I'll stay there every so often? The wifi speed and the pool is nice. That's it.

• Mutaty (6/5): I will recommend this hotel for the value of money - I stayed from August 12th - 14th. The rooms were smelled cigarette and yet we are at the free smoking floor, but than the housekeeping sprayed it and we are happy with it. I was charged extra for early check in even just for few hours early and charged/deposit for making extra key-card, because there are 2 person in each room and only given one key/room, which usually 2 keys for each room in other hotels, but at the end of our stays, we were given the deposit key money back The room size is comfortable (bed sheets and towels are changes daily), no safety box in the room, just tv and free wifi. Swimming pool at the top floor with nice view and good size to swim. The breakfast buffet was good, but you need to go early or else some food might be missing from the buffet :). The staffs are very helpful and friendly :)

Despite the help from the staff to clean as soon as I complain, when we came back from breakfast, there were more ants on the table again!! The towels were also not very clean

• Richard (6/5): - The hotel is located in the "white people area" as I was told by my local friends whom I was visiting. The rooms are a little smaller than the pictures would lead you to believe, but they are ok. The morning breakfast was really good, and the pool was also good. The staff doesn't make much effort for English speaking guests, and will try to get more money outta you for things like an extra room key. One big thing to get used too is the bathroom situation. The sewage smell filled into our room, and there wasn't anything that could be done about it. It's a common problem in Indonesia, due to their poorly designed public system.
• John (8/5): Nice hotel recently opened, plenty of restaurants - Reception staff were very helpful and efficient. Restaurant food was good but service was very slow and needed to request a menu, remind then that I wanted to order. A bit disappointing as this was the only poor point to the stay.

• Olivier (10/5): Fantastic stay, value for money + 5-star service. - The hotel was located at a really good area, full of cafes, restaurants and amenities like massage parlors, hairdresser and 24-h convenience stores. The staff is attentive and very helpful. For example we needed to leave in the morning before breakfast time at 6am to visit Borobodur and they prepared a Takeaway box for us. Plus, they also recommended a package with driver for us that is reasonable. The bed is comfortable, the AC strong and the bathroom is pleasant and well designed. The room feels clean and cosy. The hotel is quite new. The only downside was that the rooftop pool was not open to visitors while we were there but hopefully it will be open soon to future visitors.
