• Daniel (2/5): Não fiquem nesse hotel - Loca caindo aos pedaços e extremamente sujo. Cama, lençóis e travesseiros com cheiro de mofo. Ar condicionado com barulho terrivelmente alto. Múltiplos prédios e quartos da propriedades caindo aos pedaços. Se não tivesse chegado tão tarde na noite, teria mudado de hotel

• Katherine (1/5): Worst place I've ever stayed. - The staff were friendly. Everything else. It's in a terrible dilapidated state and in my option it should be shut down. It was a like a scan from a war movie no kidding. Please don't let anyone waste their money staying here. Its enough to put you off coming back to Bali. The whole place is run down and most of the bungalows roofs have fallen in.

• Dave (1/5): A sad replica of a once great hotel for guests. - There are units for permanent guests, we were told, and they looked great, Our hotel room was good. The pool is also great, but this once thriving hotel is in a state of disrepair and disintegration. The staff seem disinterested. This is sad as we have enjoyed staying here several times over the years. I think the hotel for casual guests is being run down, very sad. The paths around the grounds are broken and bungalows are falling apart. Our hotel room was good, but the sheets didn’t quite fit the beds.

• Leanne (1/5): Do not stay here - That we only stayed 1 night as it was close to the port The room was part of the old area surrounded by run down bungalows. It was very musty. If you do book make sure you book a room that is is the newer part. Our room was $70 for the night but would have preferred a swag on the beach
• Fiona (4/5): Great spot but run down. - Was right on the beach, close to the port. Lots of restaurants just outside the hotel. Aircon was great. Very close to the port Had a TV and a fridge. Bathroom was a bit dirty. A lot of the hotel was run down but we knew that before we arrived. We just wanted a room for the night close to the port before heading over to lembongan Island so it was great for that but for a longer stay I would go somewhere else.

• Ellen (2/5): - I had to move out on the first morning due to its derelict abandoned state, this should never had been on Expedia as a property for rent, I have never in my time booking through this site had experienced such appualing conditions I am wanting a full refund please. I was denied that from the reception staff on Saturday morning.
• Hanna (6/5): We would have liked it, if we booked the pricier rooms - The location was very good. Just a 5min walk to the beach. Outside was beautiful, just like the pictures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony of the room was nice. The pool was very big and looked nice. We made the mistake to book the cheapest room. It looked like a room in the basement, even though it was first level. Very small window. It was really dirty when we got there and there were bugs everywhere. The towels had holes. Even the cups were dirty. I’d recommend booking a pricier room. The other rooms looked nicer from outside.

• Robert (4/5): Not as the photos on site - Great location however the place is very very very run down. Nice big pool however not much to talk about. Room is big and some what clean. Wifi very limited however able to get while sitting outside room. Linen and towels should be replaced unable to get any extra when requested. A number of bungalows ruined and left with trees and weeds all over bungalows. No free breakfast available or offer as part of our package however I would not let my dog or cat eat there overlooking a pool competed empty with old furniture laying everywhere covered with weeds and bushes. As to the staff very very relaxed and happy to do what need to be done. Long time resident also living within resort which were all polite. If you looking for a place with nice view and facilities I would not stay there but thats what you paid for I guess
• Zoe (6/5): Good location - I liked the location and accessibility to the pier if you want on going to nusa penida or any of the other islands. The aircon barely worked. And most of the facilities were very well worn.

• Teah (6/5): This could be an amazing place to stay, but... - This hotel could be an awesome place to stay. You can't beat the location and the grounds are amazing. Unfortunately, the bungalow I stayed in was in need of some updating, but the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The main problem was that they use mothballs for some reason. This seemed to be common in other stores and shops in Bali. There were four mothballs under my bed at the head of the bed so the first night was horrid because I kept waking up to the overpowering smell of mothballs. I cleaned them out the next day. The room needs a really thorough cleaning. I wish I could give a better review because the location, grounds and the size of the bungalow are amazing.
• Riku (8/5): One night stay - We stayed only one night in between arriving to Bali and transfer to Nusa Lembongan. First we were given one of their older rooms which was below average condition. The room had marks of wear and tear and not very clean. But bearable, if you dont expect much. The key was not working and we were given an upgrade to one of their newer rooms which was very clean and comfortable. Service was good and breakfast pretty standard. Overall pleasant experience.

Die Wände und die Decke des kleinen Bungalows wellten sich und auch im Bad war der Schimmel überall präsent. Wir hätten dort keine weitere Nacht verbracht. Aber auch die Anlage und der Pool sahen in die Jahre gekommen aus.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 海がすぐのホテル - バンガロータイプを利用しました。立地が空港からわりと近く、滞在中帰国前に１度空港に行く予定があったので、移動時間が短くてよかったです。建物が古いのはしょうがないかもしれませんが、細かいところの清掃や整備がもっと行き届いていたらもっと快適なのになと思いました。枕元に電気スタンドがありましたが、枕元のコンセントの差込口が壊れていて刺しても明かりがつかず、いちいち立って部屋全体の電気をつけたり消したりしなければなりませんでした。バスタブなど、古いのもありますが長年の汚れがもう取れないのか黒ずんでいて、とてもつかる気にはなりません。ゴミ箱などの備品も古く汚れていて、豪華なものでなくてもいいので清潔なものだといいののなと思いました。シャワーのお湯の温度や量は問題ありません。タオルも清潔です。（バスタオルは毎日取り換えてくれました。フェイスタオルはチェックイン時はありましたが２日目からはありませんでした。毎日あったらよかった。）ミネラルウォーターは毎日くれましたが、お茶のパックなどは補充されている日とされていない日がありました。部屋ではwifiは使えないと考えた方がいいです。（フロントなのでは使えるそうです。）夜中でもスタッフの方がいるフロントが近いので安心感が増しましたが、セキュリティを考えるとバンガロータイプはやめた方がいいです。たぶん開けようと思えば外から窓が開けられてしまいます。朝ごはんは海が見える場所で気分よく食べることができました。朝ごはんのスタッフが笑顔で親切でとても好感がもてました。日本語が少しでも通じるとよいなというのがこちらを選んだ理由でした。宿泊前にメールで質問したのですが日本語でお返事を下さいました。部屋の施設案内も日本語版がおいておりました。ただチェックイン時や常駐スタッフの方は日本語で対応してくださるわけではないので、そのつもりで行った方がよいと思います。総じてお値段以上でも以下でもない、お値段通りです。総じて問題なく過ごせましたが、次は別のホテルでもよいな、という感じです。
• Leigh (6/5): You feel like part of the family. - This is my 2nd stay at Alit Hotel and Bungalows. This time I stayed for 10 days. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place. Rooms and linen are dated and worn, though I think you get a true taste of Bali by staying here. It is not very commercial and never overcrowded. It is has a very relaxed atmosphere and nothing is rushed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The downstairs restaurant staff are extremely nice and attentive. The view of the sea from where breakfast is served is very interesting each morning there is a lot of activity on the water to watch. You can get an excellent massage from the spa. I went twice as I felt so relaxed after the first one. Its a fantastic way to begin and end your stay here.
