• Lidija (9/5): Bivanje je bilo prijetno, zato upam, da se prihodnje leto vrneva. - Odlična lokacija za izlete v bližnjo in daljšo okolico, lepo prenovljene sobe, udobne postelje, iz balkona je zelo lep razgled na vrhove planin, zelo dobrodošla v sobi sta hladilnik in kuhalnik za kavo/čaj. Na balkonu je samo en stol, v kopalnici ni sušilca za lase.

• Adam (10/5): Miejsce godne polecenia - Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna - około 30 min drogi od Bled. Stare Miasto w Radovljicy bardzo urokliwe. W pobliżu kilka fajnych miejsc, gdzie można było zjeść smaczny obiad lub kolację - bardzo dobra Gostilnica w tym samym budynku.

Le tarif est franchement élevé par rapport aux prestations et à la vétusté du bâtiment
• Wojciech (7/5): - Bardzo czysty pokój, łóżka bardzo wygodne. W pokoju w zasadzie wszystko co potrzebne. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Dobry nocleg niedaleko jeziora Bled. Był drobny problem z parkingiem ale rozwiązany. Na śniadaniu bardzo dużo osób przez co robi się tłok, jest wąsko i niewygodnie. Brak komfortu. Ponadto parking nie do końca jest darmowy. Mi akurat nie był potrzebny ale ogólnie limit darmowych godzin to 3.

• Marion (10/5): Perfect hotel op toplocatie met fantastische personeel!! - - De ligging is echt perfect, dicht bij de grote weg - Parkeerplaats voor de deur - personeel super vriendelijk, behulpzaam, zijn altijd in voor een praatje en het geven van informatie of tips - als je iets mist in je kamer zoals een ventilator of haarfohn hoef je het maar te vragen en het word geregeld - ik reis veel, maar de lieve behulpzame medewerkers die ik hier heb ontmoet, dat heb ik nog nergens meegemaakt! Ze geven je echt het gevoel van thuiskomen. - ik had voor 9 nachten geboekt en tijdens de 3de dag van mijn vakantie heb ik helaas een ongelukje gehad waardoor ik op krukken kwam te lopen, aangezien ik alleen met mijn hond daar was, was ik bang dat ik direct terug naar huis zou moeten, maar de medewerkers zijn zo lief en behulpzaam, wat ervoor heeft gezorgd dat ik mijn vakantie volledig kon benutten en hun hebben zelfs mijn koffers naar mijn auto gebracht omdat ik dit zelf niet kon! Echt alle lof voor het personeel!!! Niks, ik heb echt een perfect verblijf gehad en zal hier heel zeker terugkomen! Niet alleen het land is mooi, maar ook de mensen hier zijn echt heel warm en vriendelijk!

Sauber und regelmäßig gereinigte Zimmer, mit guter Badezimmer Ausstattung. Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge war sehr schön am Morgen zu genießen. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet kann etwas mehr Obst vertragen.

The TV menu was very difficult to navigate, the children's channels were all scrambled. The bathroom fan was as loud as a meat grinder or an airplane engine.

• Claudia (7/5): Buona soluzione per visitare Bled e dintorni - Buona posizione in una cittadina piccola ma carina, parcheggio gratuito per 3 ore dalle 8 alle 17 fronte struttura e, anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito, c’era uno shuttle per Bled gratuito sicuramente utile considerati i prezzi dei parcheggi sul lago. Letti comodi. Frigo in camera e bollitore. Il prezzo è buono per la zona ma sarebbe stato ottimale con la colazione inclusa. Sulla pulizia potrebbero fare di più per i dettgali. Le cose essenziali erano pulite (bagno e letti) ma il bollitore era sporco e sulla sedia della scrivania c’era un dito di polvere.

• Sandra (5/5): Passable for one night - I stayed few times before in this hotel, it's my go-to when everything else in Bled is booked, so I know not to expect too much of it. Rooms are basic, but at least clean. However, it is very busy area (restaurant and bar under the hotel etc.) and it might be so busy, you struggle with getting parking too. As mentioned, rooms are very basic - there is no air condition, which I already knew since it was not my first stay here. However, there are tea/coffee cups but no spoons (which you kind of need, I guess - why would you put cups in the room without the spoons?). There is also no blow dryer either in bathroom to dry your hair, if you wash it. Which you of course notice after you washed your hair already (because nobody thinks of such a basic thing, which is pretty much mandatory in every room). The worst issue during this stay was the room I was assigned. It seemed as though the bathroom might have recently been flooded: the room had a strong smell of mold, and the wooden bathroom door clearly showed water damage (about 15 cm of darkened wood). Because of the smell, I had to keep the balcony doors wide open, but that in turn let in the very loud music coming from the bar below. And that is what ultimately prompted me to write this review, because of the excessive noise from the bar located under the hotel. While it is understandable that the area is lively with restaurants and bars, the extremely loud Balkan music (which felt like being at a loud concert in my room) continued well past midnight. Since the receptionist is only available until 11 PM, no one from the hotel staff intervened, and the bar was not asked to reduce the volume. I eventually had to call the police due to disturbance of public peace, and only after their arrival around 1 AM was the music finally stopped. This could have easily been avoided if the hotel staff had ensured that the bar respected the mandatory quiet hours. Considering that this is a large hotel with many guests who expect to rest, enforcing basic rules of courtesy should be a priority - not only to ensure guest comfort but also to prevent negative reviews like this one.
• valeria (6/5): Appena sufficiente per una notte - Hotel semplice e basico e molto vicino al lago di Bled Prezzo troppo alto e non sicuramente un 3 stelle. Massimo 2. Colazione principalmente salata. Di dolce non vi nulla. Solo pane e marmellata.
