We were greeted as we entered with our car and they helped us park our car, too. The hotel was like a 5-star hotel. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Accommodations and location were excellent. There was even a piano concert in the lobby, free to anyone.

- Yu-Chun (10/5): - 地點、房間跟服務。尤其前台一位白人員工非常親切，很有耐心的跟我們講解住宿細節，幫我們開關通往溫泉商店街的出入口，隔天下雨要去牽車，只有一小段距離卻還是主動拿傘給我們並確保我們沒有淋雨，真的很窩心。

- Moses (8/5): 會再入住的酒店 - 酒店整體裝修比較新穎, 有特別通道往道後温泉商店區. 有專屬停車場很方便. 職員很有禮貌. 連續住了兩晚, package 是一泊兩食, 但食物款式基本上沒變, 欠缺新鮮感.

- SATOKO (10/5): スーペリアツインルームは贅沢空間 - エレベーターを2つ乗り継いだら、お店が沢山ある場所に簡単に行けるようになっていて、最高でした！朝食の茶粥や鯛飯にできる具材など、新鮮で美味しかったし、珈琲も美味しかったです。

- Liwen (10/5): 完美的住宿體驗 - 位置就在道後溫泉的精華地帶。房間又大又舒適，溫泉水質好、溫度適中。飯店有停車場跟機械停車塔，很好停，飯店可以坐電梯到道後溫泉街，房間可以看到道後溫泉本館，超級美！ 房間裡面還附有不同的大小的浴衣，而且花色不同，體驗非常完整！ 沒有

- TAKUYA (7/5): 露天風呂でゆったり - 立地は言わずもがなで、露天風呂(温泉)がよかったです。道後温泉本館は激混みなのであくまで体験としてサッと浸かるぐらいにして、温泉付きのホテルをお勧めします。こちらは眺望も良く、遅い時間(1時)まで入浴可能でした。 窓からの景色が全面ビル(しかも従業員向け喫煙所があるような裏手)で、日中カーテンを閉めて過ごす必要がありました。(部屋によると思います) また備え付けの固形石鹸の香りがなんとも甘ったるい変な香りで、ずっと残り香が手と浴室内に残るので普通の石鹸が宜しいかと思います…

- suica (9/5): とてもいい旅行になりました。 - 道後温泉本館の至近距離にあり、且つ、玄関からではなく、道後温泉本館側にも出入り口を設けてあり、移動に大変便利でした。 夜のピアノ演奏もいい感じでした。 良くないというわけではないのですが、自分が宿泊した部屋が、道後温泉本館側ではなかったことが少し残念でした。

- NAOMI (8/5): 道後温泉街を楽しむために便利なホテル - 道後温泉の中心部に位置し、裏口から道後温泉本館近くに出られるのが、とても便利だった。 チェックアウト後も、車を13時までは駐車させてもらえたので、散策できる時間ができて良かった。 部屋の窓が開けられたままになっていて、それに気づかず過ごしたため、暖房を入れていてもずっと寒かった。 多分、ルームクリーニングの方が閉め忘れたと思うが、 そこが残念だった。

- CHUN-FANG (9/5): 下次還想住 - 房間舒服，溫泉很棒。 餐點也不錯，喝到很順口的紅茶和咖啡。 有電梯直達道後溫泉本館和商店街，很方便。 櫃檯可以代寄行李到下個飯店，省了不少事。
