This made area feel a little unsafe. Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town.

Verified traveler (10/5): Reims solo trip - A lovely place to stay-in the quieter area of Reims but just a 10 minute walk away from the centre. Close to lots of local amenities. A very clean and well appointed room and bathroom. Kitchenette was very useful.

I was too The girl at the desk accidently dropped it in the box. It was mangled. She offered to make me another but I was too tired and took it as is. It was terrible. Other than that the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Mary (2/5): - We woke up without electricity or water due to a supposedly planned inspection but no one told us and they pretend it was signs on the elevator and the reception but we must have been blind because they were no signs and we took the stairs. The receptionist said nothing of the sort when we checked in. The washing machine is connected, via an app to a different site and we lost our money. Finally when it worked the dryer was broken and we had a load of wet clothes to go home. To be fair the night receptionist had pity on us and used the personal’s dryer to dry them. I contacted the washing machine company and they did not respond. The hotel denied any responsibility. Neither for the lack of communication or their defect laundry. The location is great. The amenities poor, it is cheap but I do not recommend it to anyone.
Sandeep (10/5): Solo stay, 1 night - I stayed solo for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm driving around France so having a kitchenette to prep food was very useful too. The place is clean, quiet and a short walk to the city centre.

Xavier (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and exactly like on the description. Very closed to the city main attractions, basic in terms of decoration but very well equipped. Very good value for money. There is also a parking right at the corner.

Parking is not available but there is a public parking quite near for only 4 euros the 24 hours.

Check in and check out was quick. Room had small kitchen, huge bathroom, and the bedroom was upstairs. Window was very nice and faced the courtyard. TV was upstairs so only way to watch was if you were in bed. Channels limited. Front office / reception staff amazingly kind and helpful!!!

Verified traveler (10/5): - We did not have any problem with the property itself, but arriving it was tricky, the GPS show us a different property, in the corner of the block, it took us like 15 minutes to wondering around until we finally find the place.
Andrea (4/5): Disappointing. - Disappointing. The exterior and shared gardens were attractive but the smell in the corridor was stale and uninviting. The room itself was drab and miserable. The carpets were really badly stained and the distance between the bed and cooking area was less than a metre, so we did not attempt to cook. Because of this we booked breakfast, which was thirteen euros per person and very poor value. Compared to other apart’hotels, this was really disappointing and a rather miserable end to our trip, as this was the final stopover before leaving France. We would not recommend it.
Verified traveler (8/5): Goid location - We had a superior studio apartments. it was spacious. The sofa bed wasnt great as the sofa pillows would stay on so it made it hard to sit on. The showers ok but a bit weak. Location was good. there is no actual parking with studio its around the corner and the Jamon belle tower was £4 euros BUT every day you need to drive out and repark.
Manuel (8/5): New concept hotel. - This new concept for a hotel results interesting: You get just that you paid for. Thanks to this concept, the hotel can offer you more space and rooms for three or more people. Something like the low cost airlines. And because this hotel was recently build its condition is very good, as well as its location. Very recommendable.

Anthony (4/5): You get what you pay for - This hotel does not have air conditioning. We slept with the window open and on top of the sheets. The bed was not comfortable at all. The reception spoke good english which was nice. The hotel was semi-clean. Our friends that were staying in a different room had a broken toilet that didn’t work. When they told the front desk they said they would be there in an hour and never came. Overall, you get what you pay for. This hotel was extremely cheap and was a place to lay our head down for the night.
Verified traveler (8/5): Cheap and cheerful and great location - We booked an apartment, which was fine for us and our young son - there was lots of space in the rooms, high ceilings and a lovely balcony. The apartment was pretty basic with no atmosphere or luxury, but we were out and about all day every day and just needed somewhere to crash at night. Sleep quality was great, there were blackout curtains and it was so quiet (we had room 107, first floor, right at the end). For 90 euros or so for a night, it was a pretty good price. Reception and cleaning staff were all charming and really helpful.

Richard (4/5): Disappointing - Overall it lacked care and attention: The reception staff did not make us feel welcome upon arrival, the room had insufficient bedding and towels for my family and the breakfast was poor and lacked any thought. Sadly what I saw advertised on hotels.com upon booking was not at all reflected in our eventual stay there. The silver lining, of course, is that the location was good; 5 mins walk to the Cathedral.

Fridges in the rooms were leaking water onto the floor (in several of the rooms our group had) leaving a puddle on the carpet. No shampoo in the shower. Location of the hotel is a short walk into the city centre so if are ok with the above points and can get a room cheap enough then I guess enjoy... We won't be staying there again
Ricardo (8/5): Good hotel and within walking distance of Cathedra - Will definitely recommend it to my friends. Room was tiny but it was a good deal. Breakfast is included and it's nice to grab a small bite. There are some really good restaurants near the Cathedral. Make sure to check them out.

Keith (6/5): Tiny rooms, questionable customer service - Room was very small, but adequate for sleeping in - you wouldn't want to spend any time in there. We paid for breakfast for both nights. It was served until 10am on Sunday, but we didn't realise it was only until 9am on Monday. When we came down at 09.35 the breakfast was still out - we didn't want to eat anything so we just had two coffees from the machine. A member of staff then told us it had finished at 09.00. No worries we said - we just wanted a quick coffee. We checked out an hour later, and were surprised to be charged €3.00 for the coffee we had! It's only three euro - not a problem - but considering we paid €12 each for breakfast which we didn't have - we thought that was a bit petty. As a tour director, I bring between 400 - 500 people to France each year, often around the Champagne region (I was here to research an upcoming trip). Because of this poor customer service, I will not be recommending Apart City Confort Reims to my clients.

Parking - you have to pay all day from 9am so up early. I used my hotel rewards night to stay here. Thank goodness it was a free night I would have been devestated to pay for it!
charlo (4/5): no hot water and dirty - The first room they gave me was dirty ( the bed had dirt on it and in between the sheets ... they upgraded me for a bigger room . When I went to take my shower at night NO hot water ... I grad a towel and there's pieces of dirt on it, take a second one same thing ... had to use a shirt. And in the morning same think no hot water ... staff was really helpfull but at the same time, they did not offer anything to compensate the worst stay I ecer had ... breakfast woulda be better than nothib
Mr&Mrs Sayer (10/5): Excellent Value for stop off or city break - Hotel is very close to main sights and shops. Room very spacious with high quality finish. Could not fault it.
Verified traveler (6/5): New but not up to a par - Even though hotel was recently completely renovated, stale odor in the rooms is (and in corridors) still present. It comes from basement - we tried 2 rooms on the 1st floor both had it. I strongly suspect rooms on higher floors have it too as it is present in corridors. No cleaning - extra cost; the concept is you choose what to pay for, which is fine. But IMHO clean towels are not a choice - they are necessity, like toilet paper, or shampoo. So no free change of towels once in 4 nights is a bit overboard. I could live with changing towels once in 3 nights, but anything beyond that is ridiculous. WiFI doesn't work with laptops - we tried 3 sets, turned firewall off, allowed pop-ups, etc. Nothing helps.
Verified traveler (4/5): disappointed from my stay - For 3 stars rated hotel I am really disappointed. No room service was provided when I asked to change the towels they have requested an extra charges. You have also to empty your bin before leaving. The price that I have paid online is different from the paper given to me to sign at the hotel what they called (contrat de bail): very long document that takes a while to be read). The receptionist manager wasn't friendly and wasn't able to explain the real reason for this difference in the price. The workshop outside the hotel is noisy especially in the morning.
jessica (8/5): - Great location, central Reims. Supermarket a minute away. Free parking outside the supermarket. Access is on another road so not the easiest to find!
Laurence (8/5): Very efficiently run and friendly - All went very smoothly and excellent value. Only two minor gripes - the nearest available parking spot was a long way down the road, and the door handle on our bathroom door was broken.
Rod (10/5): A very nice hotel. Very nice staff. Good location. - 5 minute walk to cathedral. Excellent hotel. Charming staff.
Lucie (6/5): Not impressed - Very very small! At the time of check in, the receptionist made us sign a document that wasn't translated to English so not sure what it was saying. When I asked why there is no option to read it in English so we know we are signing for, the gentleman at the reception told me that "we are in France and people here write and read in French". I thought that this was very rude. Also, the hotel doesn't have a parking, you need to park your car far away on street and carry all your luggage as they do not have a trolley. I will not stay here again.
MAYANDI (8/5): Nice clean Apart hotel close to many attractions - New apart hotel with two small rooms. Kitchen is small. Bathroom was spacious and modern. Walking distance of Notre Dame Cathedral and city centre. We had a late check out at 3 pm for free which was good. Nearby parking was free.
