Gerbowine (9/5): Bis auf das Wetter - perfekt - Das Hotel liegt direkt im kleinen Hafen von Torri und an der Einkaufsstraße mit vielen kleinen Geschäften. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer für Autos gesperrten Zone. Es gibt einen Hotelparkplatz, eingezäunt, abgesperrt und Videoüberwacht fußläufig 5 min entfernt. Bei An- und Abreise kann man den Kofferservice in Anspruch nehmen. Das Frühstück war wieder perfekt - nur leider wurde der Sekt eingespart ;-). Die drei Damen waren stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich Doreen von der Rezeption. Immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Eigentlich gibts es nichts... nur ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten mehr im Bad wären schön und ein Schminkspiegel wäre toll. Als "Blindfisch" sich ohne solch einen Spiegel zu schminken, ist äußerst müßig. ;-)

Das Früstück war prima , mit der Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Das Einzelzimmer lag zu einer schmalen Seitengasse, so dass Geräusche der Gase bis ins Zimmer schalten und kaum Tageslicht in das Zimmer gelangte.

Norgue (9/5): Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren. - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und das Hotel ist auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik, ohne am altehrwürdigen Charm verloren zu haben. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen sind einmalig. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit wurde toll gelöst, da das Hotel direkt im historischen Viertel liegt und ein Fahrverbot herrscht. Man wird auf einen 150m entfernt gelegenen hoteleigenen Parkplatz gelotst von dem man dann mit einen Golfcart auf Wunsch abgeholt wird.

Gabi (10/5): Super schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage - Es war perfekt. Super schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Nachdem ich mit meinem ersten Zimmer nicht zufrieden war, wegen sehr hoher Geräuschkulisse, bekam ich am nächsten Tag ein anderes, sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind schön, gut ausgestattet und beinhalten alles, was man braucht. Nur die Minibar war nicht gefüllt. Brauchte ich aber ohnehin nicht. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sogar Prosecco steht bereit, wobei der etwas abgestanden war. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn es um Bus- und Fährverbindungen geht. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt und wunderschön. Nahe der Busstation, 3 Min. zum bewachten Hotelparkplatz. Ich habe das Auto die ganze Zeit nicht genutzt, weil man mit dem Bus überall hin kommt. Für mich der perfekte Platz zum Abschalten und als Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Ok, Garda ist noch zentraler gelegen. Aber wenn man es etwas überschaubarer und ruhiger möchte, ist Torri del Benaco perfekt. Ich komme ganz sicher wieder! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn überhaupt, nur, dass der sehr distanzierte Kellner an der Bar ruhig mal lächeln könnte.

Bridin (8/5): Fabulous location and a wonderful classic hotel with lovely staff. - Loved the location, loved the breakfasts. Loved that it was an original old Italian hotel with service to match. The ladies in the dining room at breakfast were so helpful and wonderful at their jobs. Doreen and Martina at reception were very welcoming. Having parking so close to the hotel was a real bonus. It’s a short walk from the car park to the harbour where the hotel is located. Keep an eye out for the car parking on the righthand side just before the post office as you come from the Garda direction. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. No air conditioning in October as per local regulations - room was warm particularly as the heating came on during the night and Martina in reception, kindly arranged for us to have a fan in our room.
Kathleen (5/5): - Great location. A lovely place to sit and watch the sunset with a drink. Breakfast staff are pleasant. The accommodation came highly recommended by a friend and had great reviews so we were disappointed when we arrived to find staff that were tired, over it and could not even raise a smile. Even to the point of being rude. We were waiting for the lift, the lift door opened and a staff member raced in to the lift in front of us. Front desk didn’t acknowledge you when you walk past. Needed a taxi organised so went to the front desk to do so and were told to come back later and speak to someone else about it. Hotel wasn’t full but we were given a room with no view and right next to the cleaners store section so got woken up each morning and was really noisy. There is no sound proofing between floors as they are timber. Guests upstairs arrived home at 2am and it sounded like they were moving furniture. Really think the customer service let them down this time and they could be doing better.

Paulina (10/5): Szczerze polecamy - Hotel bardzo urokliwy. Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju na poddaszu. Pokoj bardzo czysty z pięknym widokiem. Elegancki, ale zarówno przytulny. Personel pomocny, nienachalny. Pani z recepcji w momencie kiedy stwierdziliśmy że chcielibyśmy przedłużyć pobyt o 2 noce znalazła takie rozwiązanie abyśmy mogli zostać w tym samym pokoju. Otrzymaliśmy również spory rabat. Miejsce wyjątkowe, lokalizacja fenomenalna. Miasteczko bardzo urokliwe, czyste, zadbane, jednak nie męczące pod względem ilości turystów. Bardzo odpoczywaliśmy. Miejsce tętniło życie, ale nie przebodźcowało. Przy śniadaniu personel osobiście podaje kawę do stolika. Świeże wędliny i sery, smaczne wypieki. Byliśmy w październiku (za dnia temperatura ponad 20 stopni w cieniu, w nocy spadała do 12-13, co powodowało, ze w hotelu włączano grzejniki)- dla nas było w pokoju za ciepło ;) Wszelkiego rodzaju odgłosy z zewnątrz mocno odbijają się o budynek, co powodowało, ze w pokoju przy otwartym oknie było głośnio. Jednak wybierając hotel w samym centrum trzeba sie z tym liczyć. Śniadanie monotonne, z warzyw tylko pomidorki. Mimo tych niedogonosci wybrałabym ten hotel ponownie.

Philip (10/5): Fabulous stay on Lake Garda. - The room was a little small but very functional. Well decorated and appointed. The view of the lake from the room was wonderful. The breakfast was everything you could want. Attentive staff. Spectacular room with white table cloths with views of the little harbor and lake. The location of this hotel is great as it is located in the heart of Torri del Benaco. Steps away from the ferry for a day trip on the lake. It was difficult finding the parking lo when arriving by car. Their webste and instructions should let guests know that the driveway/entrance is next to the Post Office on the SR249.

Maria (1/5): - Nothing had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude, and they showed no willingness to help at all. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and reached out immediately to try to change or cancel, but they refused to assist in any way. I completely understand that the mistake was mine, but in the past other hotels have been more understanding and willing to work with guests in these situations as a gesture of goodwill and to encourage future stays. Unfortunately, this hotel’s lack of flexibility and poor customer service has ensured that I will not be returning.

Stefanie (10/5): Super herzlich geführtes Traditions-Haus direkt am Hafen - Das Hotel ist in allerbester Lage, direkt am Hafen. Besser geht es nicht. Auto kann sicher auf einem hoteleigenen, gesicherten Parkplatz (fußläufig max. 5 Minuten) abgestellt werden. Super reichhaltiges Frühstück mit tollem Kaffee, selbstgebackenen Kuchen, großer Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen, Brioche usw. und der Möglichkeit über dem Hafen auf dem Balkon in der Sonne zu frühstücken. Sensationell. Die chillige Terrasse vor dem Hotel ist zu jeder Tageszeit einladend. Die Barkarte offeriert alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Checkin an fühlt man sich im Gardesana willkommen und zuhause. Absolute Empfehlung für einen Kurz-Trip am Gardasee. Nichts ;-)

Very good sound proof rooms, could not hear any other guests even it was fully booked. They have a parking near by. Breakfast was in an amazing balcony. Also staff noticed that it was my birthday and we found a bottle of Prosseco in a room with a birthday card. Nothing

Ceeri (10/5): Great hotel in a great location! - Gorgeous, traditional hotel in the perfect setting overlooking the castle & harbour. This location is the perfect base for visiting Lake Garda. The staff were, without exception, very friendly, professional & helpful. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with beautiful view, spritz in the evening out front whilst people watching & the secure parking was definitely a bonus. Nothing

Alexander (9/5): Top Hotel mit Geschichte, mitten im Hotspot von Torri del Benaco - Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt im Bootshafen von Torri del Benaco. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Zimmer und Gesamtanlage !! Eigener abgesperrter Parkplatz mit Shuttleservice ! Das dieses Hotel(trotz öfteren Meldung an deren)sehr oft Gehacked wurde, was wirklich extrem nervig war !! Ansonsten alles Top, vor allem das Frühstück auf dem Balkon ! Sehr leckere Pizzeria genau neben dem Hotel

Nathalie (8/5): - Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Alles in allem ist nichts zu beanstanden. Das Frühstück ist zwar relativ vielfältig, beim Brot könnte man selbst in Italien noch etwas genussvolleres auftischen.
