• DJ (6/5): - The property was quiet and all people relating to guest services was very helpful, friendly, and kind. My main complaint is the overall condition of the property was run down. Our room appeared clean but has a mouse problem. I would not stay here again.

• Karen (10/5): - The location..the condo was nice ..roomy ..and clean! Pool was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Bob. The first day we arrived before check in time. Bob was very helpful with storing our luggage while we were able to enjoy the pool. Also very helpful with getting our golf cart. Every time I called with a question before the booking date everyone I spoke with was very helpful. The golf cart always had spider webs on it. Would have been nice for a broom to be left near the golf carts.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome everyone was so friendly and helpful. The condo itself was spotless and in the perfect location, close to everything. Inside, there was so much space plenty of room to relax and enjoy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Put-in-Bay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

• 371cheyanned (10/5): FUN - Such a fun atmosphere and our kids had a blast! We got to explore snd adventure along with a wonderful golf cart service. Easy to find and get around. The rooms were clean and well kept and the atmosphere was always up beat. Can’t wait to go back.

Not only is the condo in impeccable condition, its size blew me away. 4 bedrooms (the softest sheets ever) and 3 bathrooms could fit our entire family and then some. The view from our private balcony was amazing. I couldn’t believe I was on an island in OHIO. I will never forget waking up in the morning and the first thing I saw was the sunrise. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his coffee (of course the condo had a completely furnished kitchen) from not one but 2 private balconies. The only other thing that was as great as the condo was the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating

Also something that left a lasting impression was the customer service during our stay. The staff members we passed by occasionally were very sweet as well, everyone seemed happy to be here.

The entire time we stayed here, the customer service was top notch! We had a question during our stay and they were very fast on getting us an answer!
• Rmanges1 (10/5): Trip to Put in Bay - Beautiful location right on the lake. The condos are spacious and gorgeous. There is so much room, sleeps 12 people. The rooms were clean and professionally decorated. So many amenities included. Plan your next vacation or getaway at the bay and stay at the island club condos! Plus the weather was perfect! We are ready to go again ❤️
• 512suzm (8/5): Nice place to stay! - We just got home and had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and the lake view was amazing! We were there off season, so a good price. There were some minor maintenance issues. I imagine they address these problems a little better during the main season. We plan or returning the same weekend next year because of price.

• MichelleFab (10/5): Best lodging on Put in Bay - Beautiful and clean condos are nicely furnished and decorated! Fabulous location as well! This was my second time staying at Put in Bay Condos, both times I booked rooms that overlooked the lake. It was worth the extra expense, I enjoyed my morning coffee on the large balcony every day. I will definitely be back.
• 911violetb (8/5): Definitely would go again! - It was a fun and cute space for our family to go. there was 11 so the 12 person condo was a perfect fit. We enjoyed being able to have separate bathrooms and also having not one, not two but three decks is a definite plus!
• S1446XWjessicaa (6/5): Excellent View of the Lake - We stayed in the waterfront condo 209. Very spacious & updated. Excellent deck, patio furniture and view. There were some disappointments though - you definitely have to bring your own hand soap, Kleenex, coffee, sugar, and basic necessities. Little sad that there was only two small wine glasses with 4 wine drinkers. The staff was excellent and we rented a golf cart on the property. The pool is in the parking lot which we did not use because there was some major partying going on. We tried to enjoy our deck on Thursday afternoon, but due to the party next and below the condo we couldn’t hear our selves talk. Don’t expect an early check-in because there’s nowhere to put your luggage. We arrived at 2 PM and they were nice enough to put our luggage in the pool house and let us have our golf cart so we can go roam around town. I would definitely stay again but in the off-season when it’s not so busy with the party crowd.
• Lovelandmom_12 (8/5): July4th fun! - We stayed at the Put-In-Bay resort not the condos. The resort was a nice stay. It was clean and centrally located. It was right behind The Round House bar which was nice too. It was easy to get around with or without a golf cart. Although with a golf cart is way more fun!
• I2835LValexf (10/5): Excellent! - I came with the Amphicar group, and the staff were very accommodating. It was clean and neat, with a gorgeous view right on the water. Easy check in and out, all the bells and whistles. Would love to come back again next year!
• JanetKarl (10/5): Wonderful stay at PIB. Lakefront Condo #207 - This was our second trip to the island and our second stay at lakefront condos....both of which we love. The condos are in a great location: out away from the crowds, but close enough to be to town in 5 minutes via golf cart. The view of the lake is fantastic. The pool is warm. We stayed in unit 207, which was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any rental unit that we have stayed in anywhere on vacation. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay here again.

• Traveler22245187492 (10/5): Year Two with Friends and Family on the Island - This is our second year staying here and both times we had a great time! The staff is exceptional, their kind when making the reservations, patient and helpful with our numerous questions. The golf carts are fueled and ready to go. The condo has pretty much everything you may need. They are clean, this year maybe not so thorough with inside of drawers and cabinets. I am extreme and Clorox wipe everything, which is probably not your average guest! We’ve had a few small maintenance issues, but were addressed within minutes and Steve was great! Explained many things about the island culture! We hope to be back, next year!

Beds are comfortable and plentiful, linens are soft with the added bonus of a washer and dryer if you like to know they are clean. The view from all of the balconies is relaxing however you are in a multi unit facility on south bass Island so you neighbors may be a be spirited 😉. The only thing I would wish for would be a chest of drawers in the bedrooms. Although there's ample space and large closets in each room, I like to tuck my belongings away when I travel.

• JanetKarl (10/5): Family vacation - We really enjoyed our stay at waterfront condos in Put in Bay, Ohio. The condo is spacious and the view of the lake is spectacular. And renting a golf cart was easy...they are on-site and the keys were brought right to our door.

We would recommend this place to anyone with family or friends wanting to enjoy the lake life.
• 450staceyk (10/5): Couples getaway - Fantastic stay with friends! Loved that we rented the golf cart at the property. The only negative would be that there isn’t an office for check in. We had to find someone when we got there. So, check in wasn’t the easiest, but the condo was great! We loved the location (far enough from downtown) but just a short cart ride to everything! We will be back!
• wanderlustr2014 (10/5): Girls Week - We decided to get a way with friends and family! These condos are in great shape and are very clean. I always take my Clorox wipes and disinfect and I didn’t find and dirt, this includes cabinet shelves! The staff was very friendly while processing reservations, which included our golf cart. Upon arrival I called to find out about the golf cart and they said to relax, unpack and they would have it there shortly. They came to the door, showed my license and it was complete! Also, couldn’t figure out how to work the TV’s, but called and they were there in minutes and showed us what to do! Absolutely will be back, very enjoyable trip!!
• 476samz (10/5): 30th Birthday trip - Cannot speak highly enough of the Put-in-Bay condos! From check-in, to renting a golf cart, maneuvering the property and check-out - everything was seamless! Our unit was beautiful, even better than the pictures. It was clean and plenty big for our large group. The location is right on the water and the perfect distance from downtown. Would happily stay here again!
• Verified traveler (10/5): PIB October Weekend - Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place if you don’t mind driving downtown - Room was clean and updated. Located a short drive from downtown area and other attractions. All four beds in the unit were squeaky and very uncomfortable. Kitchen was missing a few cooking necessities. And communication with guest services was very inconsistent. Everyone I spoke to gave me different info on whether or not pool was open (two said it was, one said it was not and it actually was not although it was 75 degrees all week) price and drop off hours for golf cart, location of main office, etc. Contract said bring your own towels and sheets but we got there and towels were provided. Description said we had a private entrance but we did not. The inconsistency was a little frustrating. But overall a decent stay and I would stay here again but in a lake view room if I’m fine driving everywhere otherwise I would stay downtown.
• Bonnyl (6/5): - All good except TV didn't work. (Two controllers, 50 buttons on each, had to consult friend's young son to find the magic combination.) Nice porch with view of lake. Cracked bathroom door frame (at latch) which caused us no problems but I worried I might be blamed for it, given all the fierce warnings about being held responsible for damage. Reading those handouts gives the impression your tenants are destructive hooligans (price of replacement fridge door???), which is somewhat unnerving.to a couple of guys in their 70s.

• Michael (10/5): - Overall the stay was an enjoyable one. Our bad luck the mayflies decided to show up so the balcony wasn't the best spot but it definitely would've been a nice place to enjoy an evening. When we first checked in, we didnt have any towels and after calling several times and being hung up on the first nite we waited till morning to email management. Within an hour or so the towels arrived. Other than that we had everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying there again!

• Beth (10/5): Great views - The condo was very clean & nice, we stayed in Condo 1. Wonderful view of the lake from both bedrooms. It was great for 2 couples to stay in a relaxing environment but not far from activities. Too bad they are in the mist of construction, it was a little hard to find Condos. It looks like the views maybe obstructed next time with a new condo. I would here again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Would recommend - Overall, it was really nice. The rooms were clean and looked like the pictures. Just a couple of things you may want to note. There is no wifi in the room, which we knew beforehand, but the wifi at the pool didn't work either. Also the grill was pretty dirty, so we didn't use it. Lastly, this is really more geared to singles than families, so keep that in mind. Your fellow renters will probably be partying. It didn't disturb my family, but you may be more sensitive than us.
