A taxi and airport shuttle is available to the airport for a small fee. Transportation time is approximately 5 minutes. Jet Express and Miller Ferry offers public transport to the island. Transportation time is approximately 30 minutes. Pets are not allowed at this property. We do not make exceptions to the cancelation policy or charges for a no show reservation. Golf Carts that are to be parked on property must be rented from an approved vendor. Please contact the hotel directly for a list of approved rental companies. Our pool and bar areas are 21+ only on weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Holiday Sundays.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Angela (4/5): If you don't want to have a Rave bumping at 9am til the evening , stay somewhere else lol - If they would disclose on the website that they have a DJ and giant pool party every day from the hours of 9am-10 pm. That would be nice. It works for 21 year old people, but not 50 year old people. Wanted to take a nap before dinner, could not because it was like a rave bumping in our room. Tried watching TV instead, had the volume up to 85 and still could not hear the show lol. Again good for kids, not older adults. Also bed comforter was not that clean on one bed. luckily we had to queen beds.

The first cart was acting sluggish, the staff didnt dismissed our concerns, but rather looked into it and got us a different cart. They happily called a cab for us to get to our ferry. I am very satisfied with our stay. The bed was rock hard, but that can't be help. Everyone has different preferences.

Brandy (6/5): The rooms weren't worth the price, but the complimentary items and pool made the stay more pleasant. - Jackie, the staff member was super helpful and very kind to everyone. It was nice to have someone willing to answer questions and go the extra mile! We enjoyed the swim up bar, the DJ, and the complimentary breakfast. The rooms don't have microwaves, and it smelled musky/moldy. We had to air out our room each day to get rid of the smell. Also, the air conditioner vents were so built up I had cleaned them myself. There was no way I was going to breathe in the layers of dust and funk in them! I also noticed black mold in the grout of the shower.

Crystal (5/5): Beautiful scenery beautiful hotel room - They didn't offer breakfast when I stayed there and nobody informed me that Fridays and Saturdays was nobody in the pool 21 and under had my son that is 8 and autistic and didn't understand why he wasn't allowed. Wish the staff would have informed us so we could have found a different hotel Staff was short and didn't want to really answer any questions on day shift night shift was amazing!!

The staff is also very nice and organized. The mattress in the hotel room needs updating. It was very uncomfortable and hard. I really didn't sleep much the first night. I also didn't like being charged $10 per bottle of water in the room. Totaling an additional $40.

The water of the pool was extremely cold, like an ice bath.

Robert (8/5): - Hotel room was not luxurious but was nice. It was clean, but a little worn in places, which is to be expected from a party destination. Furniture was average, amenities were fairly basic. It was kind they gave us a place to park the golf cart we had rented somewhere other than the hotel (they were all rented out). We only stayed a couple nights so there wasn't much we needed while there. They didn't clean our rooms during our stay, but I think a lot of hotels do that now for eco reasons.

Plus the employees are very friendly. The cons are they don’t serve breakfast on the weekends and that’s not indicated on the website, and the pillows were. HORRIBLE, every time I go I always forget to bring my pillow, and I always regret it instantly. Lol

They said maintenance would go check it out and the second night there it was again. The staff and people working here are excellent, but for the price I’d try somewhere else next time.

Karen (7/5): - Loved the location. Wearing a wristband all weekend. Getting locked out of our room. The maintenance man had to be called to fix the lock and change the battery. The bathroom could have been cleaner. They only left one roll of toilet paper and a very small partial.

Dresden (10/5): - I absolutely had a pleasant stay here! I will be coming back next summer to stay there. The staff was amazing, absolutely kind and informative on what there was to do in the area. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful
Arthur (8/5): Great resort - The employees were very helpful and nice! From the front desk to the bar staff they were helpful and kind. The pool area is a great atmosphere if like parties. We had a great time and the DJ kept it going! My only complaint is the “heated” pool listed was ice cold. Then everyone was in the hot tub because the pool was sooo cold. Other than that great time.
Christopher (6/5): - They were scrubbing the walkways outside of our rooms. Maybe the room needed carpet cleaned it smelled a little musty or would have been nice to have a spot to dry our pool clothes. We did sneak in some drinks at the pool because we didnt realize how you spend in Put-in-bay. Its honestly just transaction after transaction, anyways. What really made us disappointed was a certain bar tender around the pool literally degrading us in front of everyone and taking our drinks awat that we purchased. I would have pressed charges because it is blatant theft. We let it slide thoug, the DJ at the pool was exceptional and did purchase 44 dollars worth of drinks, the two fish bowls and then got degraded in front of strangers. We all have that friend who just wants to have fun, go against the rules. We werent hurting anybody, but we did decide to cut our stay short after. The gaurds at the pool were very chill, fun, and they did check every bag. Again, very dissapointed in said woman bar tender and grabbing our drinks and touching our stuff without consent. I hope she see this, she needs to calm down like Taylor Swift.

Jessica (5/5): Good location but not worth the price. - The pool was nice The staff could have been nicer. And should have breakfast on the weekends especially for the price we paid to stay there. Pull out mattress was very uncomfortable would have been better off sleeping on the floor.
Richard (8/5): Clean not bad - Stay was ok. People in the room above were walking pretty heavy not the hotels fault I guess. Shower doesn’t have a towel rack close enough. Also, our dead bolt didn’t work when the door was shut. Which was a little concerning. Also was told to keep a plastic wristband on throughout the stay to prove we were staying there.

Thasha (2/5): Stay somewhere else! - The pool was the only reason we selected this hotel. There were yellow and black stains all over the white bedding. The bottom of our feet turned black from the carpet (make sure to bring slippers). The ice maker on our floor was broken, the vending machines in the main lobby were also broken. Even though we didn't watch much TV we still had to figure out how to hook it up ourselves because it wasn't working when we did decide to turn it on. I will never waste my money staying here again.

jamesgL3676CL (10/5): The best stay on Put-In-Bay Blue Marlon Resorts hands down. - True, fantastic experience. A great staff and all of them were very friendly. Awesome rooms and room service. Fun pool and hot tub area. The outside swim up bar had exceptional food. Met the owner and his son. Would definitely stay at this resort every time we go to Put-In-Bay.
Anthony (1/5): - The other guests at the hotel and the pool. An employee was extremely rude to us and forced us to pay an additional $100 for our guest that arrived a day later due to them "not being on our list". She states there is no one higher up employee to speak with about this. Accusing us of things that were never told to us from employees and her response is "sorry about that". I have yet to receive my $150 security deposit back and I am worried she is going to go out of her way to ensure we do not receive that refund. I will never be staying here again becauase of this employee being so rude and uncalled for.
James (8/5): Overall nice experience. Very nice staff who were very helpful. Expensive because of the Luke Bryan concert however we m - Nice location and the pool / Bar. Great staff . Refrigerator in the room. 1 of our rooms had something nasty on the carpet but the staff did a good job of moving us. 1 room had mayflies smashed on the ceilings and walls.

Barbara (6/5): - We didn’t realize how much of a party town Put in Bay is on the weekend. When the taxi first dropped us off there was a loud party at the pool for a booty shaking contest. The alcohol was flowing and the smell of pot filled the air. The receptionist made us wear bright pink arm bands so we could enter the lobby and pool since we were guests. We were not interested in the party. Or the pool filled with 100 bodies. Luckily our room was in the building across the street and as soon as the door closed the noise was blocked out and the AC was cold. The room was comfortable. The shower was amazing!! The beds were fine. A little firm but ok. My only complaint was the height of the sink and soap dispensers. The soap dispensers are at least 5’ up on the wall. I couldn’t bend over the sink enough to wash my face because it was so tall and I’m 5’7”. The towels are kept on a high rack that I could barely reach. Also, even though breakfast is listed as an amenity, there is NO breakfast served on the weekends. However, the staff will recommend some good places. Downtown and the marina are a close walk. Just watch out for the million golf carts.

Arvin (6/5): - My husband and I had to switch rooms 3 times very inconvenient. First time the refrigerator was not working, second time room was very smelly, finally was transfered to a room that was okay. Talked to the manager claimed they weren't able to smell anything, that was the next day. However, the service representative agreed with us. Not happy about the outcome regarding compensation.
Amanda (6/5): - This is a party hotel so keep that in mind when you book. The pool is open to anyone that comes by and on the weekend, standing room only. The rooms are fine but definitely have seen a lot of use. The elevator quit a few times when we were there.
afkb2025 (2/5): POC do NOT stay here. This is not a RESORT!!! - This is my second review. I wanted to add a few things now that I have had the time to get over my terrible experience from this so called RESORT. There are no telephones in the rooms that I stayed in. I had to be moved due to the AC was broken. This place is not for people of color. The manager was extremely rude for no reason at all. Her hair was wet from getting out of the pool and was upset because I asked for an additional day for the inconvience of my stay.

amy (4/5): - It's such a basic room, nothing in there was updated, there was no microwave. There's no light in the elevator which I thought was weird. I paid extra for the balcony but I didn't realize it was just the second floor. So you're pretty much paying for the area and then the pool, which the pool is nice. But I don't think it was worth almost $300 on a Tuesday.
