• alexei (8/5): ACONSIDERAR - hay un problema con la recepcionista confunde las recervas y no lleva un control de las mismas asi tu ayas recervado una villa te quiere dar un habitacion normal y te cobra para darte la villa

• Turner Martínez (8/5): Todo perfecto, recepcionista terrible - Fue una experiencia muy buena, el hotel super limpio, muy bonito con excelente decoración, todos muy atentos las recamareras muy serviciales y agradables. El único problema fue con la recepcionista de la jornada de la tarde, ya que no explico las indicaciones del cuarto, una actitud terrible llegando al punto de ser grosera.
• Angelica (6/5): - Pedí habitación con jacuzzi, solo te dejan 13 minutos el agua caliente y debes de marcarle a a las de recepción para que lo pongan, si no no tienes agua caliente, deberían de ponerlo en descripción, las de recepción son super déspotas, en ningún otro hotel me piden la llave cada que salgo del hospedaje, y aunque ya pusiste en la descripción 2 personas, piden reporte en la recepción como niños pequeños.

• Guillermo (10/5): muy buena opción para descansar - la gente de recepción es cero amable. La zona alrededor del hotel es muy fea, pero del hotel hacia adentro todo esta en excelentes condiciones. Las habitaciones super limpias y bonitas, el internet funciona super bien y los baños limpios y con excelente servicio. La comida del restaurante se lleva las palmas. Es 24 horas y todo esta riquísimo!!!
• Marcel (6/5): Günstig und okay. - Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Einzige was an diesem Hotel zu bemängeln ist ist der Lärm während der ganzen Nacht. Selbst die Angestellten die während der Nacht arbeiten sind sehr laut. Schade, ansonsten ein ideales Hotel.
• Serge (6/5): Cheap hotel with no room cleaning service - Nice clean hotel located near the populated Tacubaya market area but with personnel not speaking English at all. As such check-in was tough and took more than 30 minutes because of the language barrier. Moreover, my room was never clean during my 3 nights stay at the hotel; even the food-plates from room service were left in my room for days - which was very surprising. The pictures say it all.

• Daisy (6/5): Bad kitchen/restaurant staff - My overall stay was decent. It was just me and my husband for a total of 5 nights and 6 days. The room was spacious, we had a king sized bed which we loved. We loved the fact that the bathroom was divided into two separate spaces, one for the toilet, and one for the shower. The sink was out in the open aside from the toilet and shower, that was pretty cool. There was air conditioning which was nice. We were not content with service from the kitchen staff. My husband and I had ordered food to be delivered to the hotel, upon opening the bag we realized there were no utensils. I went downstairs to ask to borrow utensils since it was a restaurant, the lady said there were none available. she also had a batch of disposable utensils behind her and she said she could not give those out. She suggested I go to the grocery store nearby to buy utensils. I was furious, I insisted that I needed utensils for my food until she finally gave me two of the smallest disposable spoons, and only spoons. At that point, I didn't bother to ask for forks and knives. In a hotel they are supposed to provide you with these sort of things, and I am upset with kitchen staff for giving me a hard time over utensils. I am paying for my stay, and I only asked to borrow utensils that I planned on returning, I even offered to pay her for the utensils and she still said no. She shouldn't be lying and saying she doesn't have utensil when it is a restaurant, how to people eat then? Unbelievable.
