- Shishir (7/5): Pleasant, could be better if services were better. - Once you drop the expectations of a professional service by the staff, the property is quite good. Could be cleaner in terms of bathroom handles and door knobs; but decent overall. Lake view rooms are awesome in the evening with the sun setting in the background. Food portions are substantial per serving. But often served cold due to improper coordination. 1. Road to property is difficult and through the narrow roads of a village 2. Staff is more focussed on foreigner guests, since they pay better tips, by their own admission. But once they do not see any foreigner guest, they can be quite nice and decent to Indians. 3. Untrained but polite staff, eager but unable to help properly professionally. 4. Need to improve their restaurant services and food choices to some extent. 5. Did not pick up their phone on calling multiple times when approaching the property after booking online.

- Saqib (1/5): Unsafe, Overpriced, and Poorly Managed – Owner Needs to Be Accountable! - Large space Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this hotel. The biggest issue here isn’t the staff — it’s poor ownership and mismanagement. The workers tried their best, but the owner clearly doesn’t care about guest safety or comfort, which shows in every corner of the property.There’s no medical kit, only a few basic medicines, and no nearby hospital or clinic, which makes this place dangerous during emergencies. The swimming pool has no lifeguard or safety tubes, and no one monitors it. Even worse, there were honey bees in the children’s play area, and my kid was bitten — yet the management took no responsibility. Room service takes forever, and cleanliness requests were ignored. Despite booking in advance, I was overcharged ₹7000 extra, while walk-in guests paid less. When I asked for a refund or at least some courtesy service, the owner bluntly refused, saying “No Refunds.” That attitude says it all.The food options are limited and nowhere near luxury quality, so it’s definitely not value for money. The hotel is far from the city and even distant from the highway, so it feels completely isolated — like a property built in the middle of nowhere. To add to that, hookah and tobacco are prohibited, removing even basic relaxation options.It’s clear that the problem lies with the owner, who has neglected safety, service, and guest satisfaction. The staff seem helpless under such poor management. Overall, this hotel is unsafe, overpriced, and badly run — a place that purely survives on marketing, not merit. Think twice before booking — your safety and money aren’t worth the risk.

My lake facing room was right next to the pool and lacked any kind of privacy. The quality of food served was not up to the mark. Limited options with poor service in the main restaurant.

The cherry on top was the chef, who went above and beyond to prepare exquisite meals just for us. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, TatSaraasa is the place to be. Highly recommended!

- Saumya (5/5): Not worth the money - I liked the location of the resort it's in the laptop of the nature Their service , when we entered the room our fridge and phones were not working we asked for change it took more than 3 hrs to complete the same still it was not done we ask for change of room that took 1 hr so our half day got wasted after that we ordered room service which was so late and food was okayish

- Hk (6/5): Wont recommend this property as the manager and staff knows to cheat on customers. Just the location is good nothing els - The location is too good, one feels peaceful and tranquil. The rooms are big and clean. Food was okay. The staff is very arrogant and non helpful. - for hot water you need to constantly remind them two to three times then nly u will get it in ur room. - for drinking water bottles one needs to wait everytme. - wen we checked in and wanted to see the property we where told not right now later in the evening we will take you. Means their staff wud decide wat we need to do and wat not. - the food taste could be much more better then it was. - They just blamed us during checkout for taking away the mini bar products, which they had never kept at first place. The chocolates, wafers, soft drinks where missing from first only but they easily blamed us for using it, Inspite of telling them they argued like hell. Ideally the management should look into this seriously. As a person if I am spending 15 to 20 k for booking property, why wud I eat their products and then not tell them??? Ideally I sud get my money back for such behaviour of their manager and staff. Simultaneously there was one more family who had faced some other issues. I wont recommend this property to people, even if u book then be very careful as they know how to cheat the customers.

- Navin (9/5): Good. - Food was nice. Specially the Rajasthani Thali. Far way more better than any other Rajasthani Thali's around in Udaipur. Location was perfect for family and couples both. One can sit beside the lake and view the sunset. Amazing experience altogether. Sanitation could have been better. I bet the main line is a little clogged or has gotten old. It does give out a little stench causing inconvenience. Overall, it was a good experience.

- Jitinh (10/5): Peaceful, calm and relaxing stay - The overall staff was so polite humble and nice, like at reception, at restaurant and the housekeeping staff. The rooms were good neat and clean and sufficient for a couple with a small kid. Thankful that it's a pet friendly property. At least the cycling could be for free according to many other guests as well, rest of the other motorable games are fine for chargeable basis. But still it's OK 👍 we are overall glad and happy.

Also, there are no sign boards making it difficult to find the route and reach there from the NH. This is big turn-off to recommend and book this resort

- Apoorv (9/5): Great stay, right on the lake. Good food, spacious rooms - Since it was 15th August, the entire breakfast was decorated with tricolours, and it looked so beautiful. The spread was very nice, and the preparations were wonderful. Staff was very friendly too. The hotel staff also arranges activities for fun which were interesting.
