• Indira (8/5): - Breakfast was included and provided upon request in the room. Breakfast included fresh fruit, yogurt and eggs with bacon. A vegetarian omelet was also a welcomed option. It was difficult to enter the property initially, and we had to call the property manager to open the gate. Parking on the property was also very challenging, as there are limited spaces available and guests can easily block one another in when parking.

The breakfast was good - your standard English breakfast. The bed was nice and comfy, and the linen was clean and pressed. The tables outside were wobbly; the basin in our room was clogged; the toilet didn't stop flushing until you had to pump the button a few times; and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The garden plants were also not in the best shape, and the swimming pool was dirty. I would come back solely for the service I received from the hostess; she was excellent.

The cold water in the bath and shower- it was fixed and then stopped working and then fixed again. At a guest house, either the hot water should be consistent or the communication about the system should be clear.

• Arista (10/5): Beautiful stay with exceptional breakfast all made perfect by wonderful host and staff. - Our host sent us a private message before arriving introducing himself and providing check in details. He then met us upon arrival and took care of our luggage and escorted us to our room. On site safe parking provided. The property was beautiful with large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was in a private dining room and exceptional attention to detail - with 2 courses provided ( cold and cooked ). We have to thank our host for making this stay a wonderful experience. The only recommendation I could make is to provide a wireless phone charger in the bedroom as not everyone will have the plug adaptors available.

The place looked a bit neglected with a few places being a bit dirty also eg. the fridge, the dining hall and staircase carpets, also some windows. Breakfast was also supposed to be at seven but when we got there at about half seven there was nothing set up and we had to call one of the staff members. When we were served a flask of hot water for coffee the water had dirt floating in it. The breakfast was okay though.

They changed it when I highlighted it. Breakfast was lousy. The lady made us fruit salad with yoghurt without asking if we want or eat it. Would be better to put it out for guests to choose for themselves.

The location it is a place to be. Cold water for bathing and showering please invest into more capacity of hot water. I hope by the time I come back next time I won't struggle with nor for hot water and blankets the are no blankets please get those 2 right next time I get there. Thank you.

The guest house is looking a little tired and it is not really pet friendly (specifically for larger dogs)

We were late to our event due to being told to wait for 30 minutes for the water to be warm .. 30 minutes turned to 1 hour 30 minutes .. Ended up using the cool water to bath .
