The room was very clean, always cleaned to freshness. The food was good. But especially, Gad the Marketing Manager, was easily the most helpful, kind and accomodating person I've ever met on a trip. He went above and beyond with everything I asked him to help me with, even outside the scope of his duties. As a first time visitor to Kigali, his assistance was what made everything easy for me! If you're ever in Kigali and don't know where to go or what to do, just go to Nobleza and find Gad.

The hotel itself was spotless, and its size made it perfect for relaxing—whether enjoying fresh air by the pool, soaking up the sun, or unwinding on the balcony. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, and our room was impeccably clean. I’d also like to highlight the fast WiFi and the excellent timing of all services. Room service, shuttle arrangements, food delivery, and any inquiries were handled efficiently and right on time. While the hotel may have a slightly classic feel, it adds to its charm and is more than made up for by the excellent service, comfort, and overall experience.

They serve a good breakfast, there is a nice terrace with an amazing swimming pool. Staff is super kind starting from the person that picked me up from the airport The hotel could use some improvements in the rooms and common areas, but nothing that would detract from the stay. The lack of an elevator.

• Miho (9/5): Great staff and service near the airport - Everyone on the staff is very polite and welcoming, especially the manager? at the front desk. Room is spacious and beds very comfortable. Hair dryer was a bonus too. City view at night from the restaurant terrace and pool side were relaxing, and food was very good and big portions. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent especially at late hours at night. Laundry service at a very reasonable price and was properly cleaned our trekking pants and shirts! Bathroom and shower needs a bit more maintenance. Shower head is not stable and does not stay in its fixed position.

It is really hard to find something that isn't great, but I drink coffee and tea, and in the room there was only enough of each for one cup.

• Landry (10/5): A wonderful experience - A wonderful experience: The location is beautiful and well situated, with a lovely view. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and attentive to everyone's needs. The pool, restaurant, and rooms are all of very high quality. And the cleaning service is excellent. One area for improvement would be the fitness room equipment, which could be upgraded with new, more functional machines. The generous and delicious breakfast and the hotel-airport shuttle service were included in the price, which made it really good value for money. On top of that, communication with the manager took place even before we arrived at the hotel and continued until we left: it was clear, regular but not too much, and all needed information. Very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Kigali in comfort.

Le rapport qualité prix était particulièrement intéressant lors de mon séjour mais c'était pendant une saison de basse fréquentation. Le lit était très confortable. Les chambres sont propres. Il y a un service de navette gratuite pour l'aéroport, le manager qui s'occupe des contacts avec la clientèle est très réactif. La localisation est un peu en dehors de la ville, a kicukiro, l'emplacement est très calme. Les chambres sont assez vieillottes, surtout les sanitaires mais cela reste tout à fait acceptable.

It is without a doubt one of the best value-for-money hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff are extremely friendly, the breakfast is varied and of very good quality, with a nice mix of European and African options. The hotel features a children’s play garden, a very pleasant swimming pool, and comfortable bar and lounge areas. With just a few small improvements, the hotel would be absolutely perfect. The food and service are consistently very good, and the facilities are impressive, including large meeting rooms as well as spaces suitable for events or weddings. Do not hesitate for a second — this is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Kigali.

• Toby (10/5): Nobleza Hotel, Simple yet Amazing stay. - The location is ideal, being my first time in Rwanda. They are ideally situated near the airport and have a shuttle service complimentary to the stay. A big kudos to Gad and Jean who were very welcoming to pick us from the airport. The reception staff were very welcoming as well. The breakfast choices are great as well. To top it off, we had a late flight, and they were welcoming enough to allow a super late check out. When we found out our flight had been moved, we reached out , nd they were ready and willing to offer a room and shuttle to pick us from the airport once again. Exemplary service e and 10/10 our go-to stay when next we visit Kigali. I enjoyed everything about Nobleza Hotel.

We used this place due to an 11 hour overlay, they accommodated us well, changed our room from to 2 doubles to a family room for the sake of convenience, the shuttle came through on time for both pick up and return. We left early in the morning so they packed us breakfast. The fashioning of the rooms are old-fashioned. But that isn’t really an issue just a different aesthetic.

C est idéal non pas pour des vacances mais pour tout voyageur qui pour visite ou business cherche un bon hôtel équivalent 3 même 4 étoiles Europe . Très belle piscine et vues . Bon bar et personnel très sympathique. Vaste chambres … vraiment idéal pour middle class hotel Il n’est pas assez mis en valeur au niveau éclairage et surtout accueil et réception et couloirs des chambres et il faut attendre un peu pour avoir de l eau chaude ds les salles de bains mais elle est bien présente !

Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the internet was very fast. The entire hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and their hospitality made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend Nobleza to anyone visiting Kigali. Our stay at Nobleza was excellent overall, but I would suggest improving the reception area. As the heart of any hotel, the reception should create a strong first impression. A renovation or redesign that makes it face the entrance more directly would greatly enhance the welcoming feel of the hotel. This small improvement would make the guest experience even better

I didn't have to worry about internet service on any part of the facility Nobleza is the cleanest hotel I've been in. And I travel alot. They clean the pool at intervals whether someone swim in it or not. After room service cleans your room, someone comes around and inspect the work. The service is awesome. There are people ready to help when ever you need something. When I say people, it's because whether at the restaurant, bar, pool or any where, there are atleast 2 people usually 3 or 4, ready to assist. At some point I felt like there was more staff than guess. I felt like royalty. The food was great. Anything on the menu is available at any time. They will make you what ever you want. Overall everything about Nobleza was great. And it was great value for what I paid through booking Some say no elevator but it's not a big deal. It's only 1 flight of stairs whether up or down. Stairs are not steep. If you plan to have a visitor in your room even if for a short period, book your reservation to reflect more occupants This needs to be mention under facility policies on booking.

Es gibt keine Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass man gezwungen ist nur im Hotel zu essen. Die Balkone sind sehr schön, man kann sie aber leider nicht benutzen, weil sich dort keine Sitzmöglichkeiten befinden

• Joel (6/5): J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans l’ensemble à part au moment du départ où j’ai payé près de 120k - Le calme et l’environnement. Ils viennent chercher le client à l’aéroport également. C’était super. La nourriture y est bonne. Le service est agréable et poli. Je conseille l’établissement, mais attention quand vs partez, vs pourrez avoir des mauvaises surprises. J’ai été facturé 3fois le prix de mon séjour initial, juste pour avoir reçu un ami.

• Patrick (9/5): - Staff very attentive. My flight arrived 1.5 hour very late at night and the staff were ready to collect me at the airport despite this which i really appreciated. No elevators to get to the room, but not a big deal.
