• Kemal (10/5): Fantastic experience at the center of Thessaloniki - Fantastic design and cool architecture, perfect location, easy & private access.. Round bed and spa tub was cool. Big roof top. Breakfast was good . Receptionists were so kind and smiling. May be time to change the side curtains ( a little bit lack of privacy because of the opposite hotel rooms)

• ALOISIOS (6/5): - Ενώ το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε ένα στενό το οποίο είχε απαγορευτική πινακίδα εμείς δεν το ξέραμε με αποτέλεσμα να γυρίζουμε γύρω την πόλη και μετά απο τηλεφώνημα με το ξενοδοχείο μας είπαν να περιμένουμε σε εκείνο το στενό και μας έδωσαν μια κάρτα απο το παρκινγκ του λιμανιού το οποίο έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε 12€ ενώ μας είχαν πει στην αρχή οτι είχαμε δωρεάν παρκινγκ. Στη συνέχεια και αφού φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο πήγα στο μπάνιο και δεν υπήρχε ουτε σαπούνι ουτε σαπουνάν -αφρόλουτρο . Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν οτι το ξέχασαν. Την άλλη μέρα το πρωί πήγα να κάνω μπάνιο και το σεσουάρ των μαλλιών δεν δούλευε. Τους ενημερώνω και μου στέλνουν ένα άλλο . Το απόγευμα της ιδίας μέρας και ενώ ο σύζυγος μου ηταν στην τουαλέτα όταν βγήκε μου μην φοβηθείς , στην τουαλέτα είναι μια κατσαρίδα . Τους ενημερώνω πάλι αλλά δεν με πίστεψαν μεχρι που τους έδειξα την φωτογραφία της κατσαρίδας .με ενημέρωσαν βέβαιά οτι είχαν κάνει απολύμανσή την προηγουμένη εβδομάδα .. Τώρα τι να πω . Εγώ ξέρω οτι έχω πάει σε άλλα ξενοδοχεία που δεν είναι σουίτες και ήταν πολύ καλυτέρα και πολύ καλύτερες παροχές και οικονομικότερες. Εγώ πάντως την επόμενη φορά δεν πρόκειται να το επιλέξω....

• Christiana (9/5): - Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό,μας βοήθησε σε ότι είχαμε ζητήσει και το parking αν και το πληρώνεις μας βοήθησε αρκετά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Στο δωμάτιο μας το μπάνιο ήταν μικρό.

• Muhamed (10/5): Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, with especially excellent service. - Breakfast was good and varied, the location was excellent—very central and convenient—and overall my 3-night stay at Diamond Suites, Philian Hotels and Resorts in Thessaloniki was very pleasant. Everything was generally very good; however, the room could have been a bit quieter, especially at night due to some outside noise.

• Sylwester (10/5): - Blisko do głównych atrakcji miasta . Przemiła obsługa i pyszne śniadania. Duży, czysty i przestronny. Wielkie łóżko, które robi wrażenie o jest bardzo wygodne.
• Δημήτρης (9/5): Ποιότητα - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, μέσα στα Λαδάδικα, με πολλά καταστήματα κάθε λογής τριγύρω, κοντά σε πάρκινγκ, κοντά στην Αριστοτέλους. Το προσωπικό της υποδοχής ήταν ευγενέστατο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλό. Ωραίο μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα και με μπανιέρα-τζακούζι, όμορφο δωμάτιο, αναπαυτικό κρεββάτι, πολλά κανάλια στην τηλεόραση, αρκετές παροχές. Μικρές λεπτομέρειες στο δωμάτιο, που δε νομίζω ότι μπορούν να ενοχλήσουν έναν καλοπροαίρετο άνθρωπο.

Everything was excellent — from the great location, which made it easy for us to explore Thessaloniki, to the comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thessaloniki — it’s the perfect combination of comfort, quality, and great service.
• Petra (7/5): Perfekter Städtetrip - Sehr zentrale Lage, mitten in der Stadt. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hafen gleich um die Ecke. Sehr zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal. Geräumiges Zimmer. Keine 50 Meter war die 1. Diskothek entfernt. Bis nachts um 5 Uhr war das Treiben und die Musik zu hören. Wir waren zu 3. unterwegs. Mein Sohn sollte auf einer Coach im Zimmer schlafen. Die war aber so hart, dass selbst ein Kind darauf nicht schlafen konnte. Frühstück war im hotel daneben, nicht im gleichen Gebäude wie das Zimmer.

• Jan (5/5): Kamer met rooklucht - Het ligt mooi centraal in de oude wijk Ladadika. De kamer stonk naar rook, terwijl er niet gerookt mag worden. Het hotel heeft kennelijk ook niets gedaan om deze stank te doen verwijderen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en gaf voldoende keus. De jus d'orange bij het ontbijt was nep en op hoge kamertemperatuur. Het gebouw heeft een kleine lift, maar pas vanaf de 1e verdieping.

The A/C was smelling and also the toilet too. Too noisy in the bathroom area because of all the sewerage passing through our bathroom. No door in the shower, no curtain and all the water coming everywhere. Difficult to have a shower. Been renovated but not a quality renovation. Need more
