- Connie (9/5): Beautiful, centrally located, quiet, and charming:) - There were so many sitting rooms and common areas filled with antiques and books:) The whole facility was beautiful, and right in the middle of the old town. Safe parking inside the gate of the hotel - but reserve parking ahead of time. The office didn't open until 10 am and we had to leave at 8 AM. We hadn't collected our car keys from the desk, but they arranged to have someone meet us in the morning to get our keys before the office opened. Caused us a bit of a panic but they handled it so well! Can't beat the service!

- Jonathan (10/5): A jewel of a property - Simply the most gorgeous rooftop in all of Lecce. A spectacular view of the Duomo bell tower, a beautiful garden and a rooftop aperitif made each evening very special. Much of the Palazzo’s historical character has been maintained, and our room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and we enjoyed afternoon coffees in our adjacent sitting rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a jewel of a property.

Very touristy area, but the property felt private and was very quiet. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and logistics. On site parking that required navigating diners and tours in extremely close proximity - a bit harrowing at first, but ended up being a highlight.

We were both very pleased with the accomodation located in the centre of the old town which is beautiful. I booked a suite . The room was spacious, very comfortable bed and a lovely modern bathroom with a good shower. The hotel has a beautiful terrace on the roof with fantastic views. The breakfast room is beautifully decorated and the breakast was delicious. Staff were friendly, polite, unintrusive but on hand to ensure you had everything you needed. They even left a bottle of wine in our room on the day of my partner's birthday which was a lovely touch and a nice suprise. I would not hesitate to stay again at this elegant hotel. - Melinda (10/5): - The location is amazing and it has such a gorgeous courtyard that every time they open the door they are overrun with tourist trying to take photographs. You absolutely cannot be the happy hour time on the roof. Absolutely wonderful seating areas the stunning view not only the city, but of the Doumo Bell tower. The bathroom is very modern The reception does close between 2 and 4 PM so if you’re arriving in the afternoon, you have to wait or if you leave luggage, you have to leave before two or wait until after four.

L'impossibilità di oscurare completamente la stanza. Specifico che c'erano tende oscuranti molto protettive ma no oscuravano tutta l'altezza della finestra e io ho oggettivamente problemi con l'oscurità, appena filtra un po di luce mi sveglio...

Mas depois que o carro está na garagem, se faz tudo a pé.

The room is very comfortable, with many facilities. The entire building is excellent and comfortable, also featuring an elevator. We were warmly welcomed by Leonardo, who was very friendly and attentive during our stay. I would certainly stay there again.

- Banche (10/5): - Le Palazzo, magnifique, roof top juste à 100 mètres du Duomo. Central, tout est accessible à pied, rapidement.Un vrai Palazzo dans une ville à couper le souffle. La chambre confortable, grande et très propre. Le petit déjeuner très bon, avec expresso, omelette préparée à la demande. Très bonne pâtisserie, yaourt, fromage, charcuterie, etc .. Et surtout le personnel, gentil, disponible. Merci pour ce séjour mémorable. Je recommande très vivement Lecce et le Palazzo Rollo.

- Gérard (8/5): très bon, personnel aimable et efficace, horaires à revoir - l'emplacement, le service et l'amabilité du personnel, surtout Sara la qualité du petit déjeuner et son serveur qui est très aimable, efficace et top classe le calme, le cachet d'un palais le parking intérieur la douche très sophistiquée qui ne fonctionne pas bien et met de l'eau partout sauf avec la pomme à main le petit déjeuner pas servi avant 8h la réception fermée avant 9h, entre 14 et 16h, et le soir, pendant ces heures il n'y a personne sauf les clients, il pourrait se passer n'importe quoi et personne n'est là ni ne répond au téléphone la porte d'entrée trop basse (ouch le crane, faites attention)

The property offers many private places to relax in one of the sitting rooms or the charming roof terrace. The breakfast was of very good quality including local fresh pastries.

El personal es muy agradable, amable y encantadores, nos recomendaron unos restaurantes de Lecce muy buenos. Antes de llegar te reservan plaza para el coche en su patio interior. Están muy antiguas las habitaciones, huele a rancio, los colchones viejos e incomodos.

Etre prévenu au dernier moment que mon véhicule ne pourrait avoir accès au parking privé et que je doive me garer à un parking à 600 mètres. La suite allouée (geranio) était un peu décevante quant à son agencement .

- Noëlle (10/5): Séjour idyllique en plein cœur de Lecce et dans un palais du XVIIe siècle - Séjour de rêve en plein centre de Lecce et dans un palais du XVIIe siècle. Le cadre est idyllique, les équipements au top et le Rooftop fantastique. On a vu direct sur le Duomo. Le petit déjeuner, servi comme si on allait visiter notre grand-mère dans son appartement est juste fantastique et hors du temps. Le parking disponible dans l’hôtel est un véritable atout, à condition qu’on ait une voiture assez petite pour passer le porche. Le personnel est super gentil, et la dame à l’accueil est d’une incroyable gentillesse C’est le genre d’adresse qu’on voudrait garder jalousement, mais qu’on partage avec ceux qu’on aime
- CARLOS (10/5): Valeu muito à pena. - Localização excelente, simpatia e presteza dos funcionários, limpeza e conforto dos quartos, além de ótimo café da manhã. Como na maioria dos hotéis europeus, a temperatura do arcondicionado no quarto não é controlada pelo hóspede.

- Isabelle (10/5): Idéal pour séjour touristique à Lecce , dans un très beau cadre - Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville , possibilité de stationnement. Personnel charmant et efficace . Superbe lieu avec de nombreux petits salons et un beau roof top. Très bon petit déjeuner .

- Amalia (10/5): Maravillosa estadía en el corazón de Lecce. - El hotel es hermoso, está ubicado a 1 cuadra de la catedral en el centro histórico de la ciudad. Tiene un bello patio interior, la mejor terraza con vista a la ciudad y a la torre de la catedral. Habían zancudos en el patio y terraza.
