O hotel fica em uma viela sem asfalto próxima a Pub Street e River Market. É perto de tudo. É um hotel simples, mas muito arrumado, limpo e aconchegante. Siem Reap é segura e seu povo é acolhedor. Aproveitei e participei das celebrações de Songkran. Lindo demais e muito divertido. Viva a cultura Khmer!

• Rifka (9/5): Heerlijke ple in Siem Riep - Superaardige en behulpzame staf. We mochten ook nog douchen terwijl we al uitgecheckt waren omdat we de nachtbus naar cihanoukville namen. De kamers waren ook prima Ach meer een tip: een leuk zitje buiten.
• Robert (8/5): I would stay there again. - A value for money older hotel at the lower end of the market which is where I usually stay. The aircon is cold, the shower is hot, the bed is comfortable, works for me. It is in a quiet location yet only 3 minutes walk to the river and 4 minutes walk to Pub Street. The included breakfast is of course basic but it is a good start to the day, there is a choice of 3 egg dishes and a vegetarian pancake plus tea or coffee. One nice touch is that the hotel will supply you with a breakfast box to go if you are leaving the hotel super early. There should be a shot of the breakfast box in the photos.

• Belynda (9/5): Great deal, central location. - A great find for our family- we booked a family room (room 101) which all had beds bigger than ours back home. I believe they were all King size beds, which made for a very nice surprise. Sizeable enough room, and lots of power points that took most plug types without needing a power adapter. Staff were always SO helpful and accommodating, but the key for me was that everything was kept so clean. When shoes are kept outside and the floors are polished, you can feel everything underfoot, but the floors were immaculate and all other surfaces were kept just as well. For location, I actually liked that it was tucked away down a little alleyway as it meant there was less noise from the busier roads nearby. I didn't take pics of inside the room in the end, but it was really handy to have the mini fridge for family meds that need to be kept cool. Mattresses are a tad firm for my liking, but that is just personal preference.

The street though is a little bit dirt - but not their fault. The hotel is very clean, mineral (bottle) water refilled everyday and spacious shower/bathroom. Room size is great. Friendly staff.

• Keeley (10/5): Exceptional - Uncle Sam Villa is a great little place to stay for exploring Siem reap. The owners are very nice and help you out with everything. The room is super clean and it’s a quiet stay because it’s down an alley, within walking distance to pub street. Breakfast not included but you can get a nice breakfast at the restaurant for $5. Would definitely stay again! Also has very good laundry services! The stay is on an alley that is a 7-8 minute walk to Pub street. The only thing I will say is that if I was by myself as a solo female traveler I might not have felt entirely comfortable walking to and from pub street at night as the alley and street connecting to pub street is not very busy and kind of isolated. I was with family so it wasn’t a big deal but keep in mind if you are a solo female or come back before dark.

• Hiroyuki (10/5): - 何処に行くにも大変便利な場所にあります。おそらく家族で経営されていると思うのですが、皆さんホスピタリティにあふれています。私が泊まった部屋は洗面台の水がチョロチョロとしか出なかったことと、靴を脱いだあとスリッパがなかったのが少し不便と感じましたが、とにかく有名なパブストリートに歩いて5分くらいだし、洗濯屋も近いし、お土産が豊富なスーパーにも近いので大満足でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

• Lena (8/5): An authentic experience in Siem Resp - The hotel is located in a beautiful traditional house right in the city centre. It’s very convenient as the night market and all the restaurants are just around the corner. Other attractions are also in the walking distance. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful, they helped us to rent bikes, gave lots of used information and made us feel welcome and comfortable! The breakfast was a bit limited. You need to walk barefoot in the hotel, but you get used to it, so it’s not a big deal. Other buildings were quite close to our windows, so we kept the curtains closed and couldn’t enjoy the view that much. However it was very quiet and we weren’t disturbed at any time.

• Adrian (10/5): Central, confortable, cost effective and with great staff - An absolute gem in the heart of Siem Reap. We stayed here given we were unable to extend our stay. For the value and location this is a fantastic place to rest and relax. Only a stone throw from pub street and the big pagoda you are in the heart of the action. If you really don’t want to walk, then a tuk tuk to either of these is no more than $1. The rooms are spacious with an all round balcony to enjoy your view of the skyline. The beds are large and cosy and the staff literally go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. The entrance is through the parking area in front of the restaurant (with breakfast served from 0600-0900). Note we didn’t notice an elevator so stairs are your option to get to the rooms. A wonderful place for the price! We were fine with it but it is only stair access.
• Illia (8/5): Very good - The location is central but also very quite. It's a nice place but with a few strange things. You should take off your shoes outside and keep them in the lobby. Come on. Thats the hotel, not a temple. You also getting too much attention from the staff. For some of you, it can be nice, but if you want a bit more privacy coming back late night... I have a corner room and one side was directly facing a huge garbage container. Water heater is 10cm from the shower head and the circuit breaker is 20cm from the shower head. Seriously?
