• Alice (10/5): - Nous n’avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli par un hôte, que ce soit au Cambodge ou ailleurs. Le propriétaire était vraiment adorable et arrangeant. À notre arrivée, il nous a libéré une chambre alors que nous sommes arrivés bien avant l’heure du check-in ( 9h au lieu de 14h ), nous a offert des fruits et est venu nous ouvrir les portes de l’hôtel à 5h du matin car nous devions partir visiter les temples. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, il est proche de la ville en étant particulièrement calme. Les chambres sont agréables et correspondent aux photos. Nous recommandons grandement !

• Joe (5/5): Don't spend your money here. - Nothing Booking.com shows that the rooms have TVs, but there wasn't one in the room. I asked the hotel owner, and he said they removed the TVs after COVID. I don't understand what COVID has to do with TVs. The room is very basic and needs a complete renovation. The shower head in the bathroom was broken, and they didn't even replace it; it's a very cheap thing, why didn't you replace it? You know how to take money from customers, please learn to show some respect too.
• Rochelle (8/5): Beautiful Guesthouse - A peaceful little haven - I enjoyed my stay at Mom’s guesthouse. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony was great for a peaceful space to eat breakfast each morning or to get some work completed whilst enjoying the weather. I was impressed by the exceptional level of service I received by the owner. He was kind, very attentive and he recommended and arranged a wonderful trip for me. His family were also very lovely, polite and helpful. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

• Philip (8/5): Very good - Location was good and staff very friendly. The room was right at the back of the house which feels a bit weird. The good side is it is away from the main road and hence pretty quiet.
• Craig (4/5): Be aware, you do t get what you pay for - Like: The location was good and the staff were friendly - the owner understands English quite well. Dislike: The room is advertised as having tea and coffee facilities, a working television, and a café-bar restaurant on site. Basically, what you see on Booking.com is not what you get! The hotel has not updated the Booking.com website. When asked about the lack of TV, we were told that they don’t provide them now since Covid because it’s too expensive. You do not get what you pay for. The hot water also ran out and the Wi-Fi reception was weak. Did I mention the mysterious stains on the light grey (formerly white) towels? We also hired a scooter through the hotel but it broke down 16 kms out of town. We had to ask locals for help (luckily, the locals are super friendly!) and wait three hours for it to be repaired, yet we were still asked to pay for the daily hire and had to pay for the repair. we needed to hire a tuk tuk driver (he was a breath of fresh air!) the next day to make the same journey. We didn’t move hotel because it was New Year and options in our mid-range budget were extremely limited.
• Jonny (9/5): Nice hotell - Nice hotell with swimmingpool, walking distance from pub street and all the restaurant. Very helpfull staff. Its a family hotell and they will do everything to help you to have a pleasente stay. Also close to Angkor Wat.

Organised tuk tuk and motorbike rental and really nice. The beds were absolutely shocking. I heard reviews thinking na can’t be that bad but I’m 35 and needed massages and tiger balm patches they really are awful.

Owner Chai helped me a lot with getting around the city and going on a tour to Angkor. The hotel is centrally located. The room was great. Everything was clean. I felt like at home in the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel. Everything was excellent!

• Karen (10/5): A great stay - I spent a week at Mom's. The location was great, about a kilometre walk along the river to the markets and pub street. Plenty of good places to eat close by. There is a pharmacy and supermarket with 100 metres. Mom and family are very friendly, gave me some fruit from their farm a few times. The bed's were a little hard, but I still slept well. It would be good if there was a power outlet near the bed.

The building we stayed is about 30 years old but very nice Oddly they don’t use fitted sheets so the sheets bunch up the bed

• Fabio (8/5): Good place better than the neighbouring hotels - They have rental service for bikes and scooters at good price that is very useful to visit Angkor Wat. The position is very good to take the bus to the airport (station is 100 m from there), but it's a little far from downtown. I have never understood how every night the mosquitos had entered my room with the closed windows, one night I killed 8 of them and the next morning there were another 5 around.

Le propriétaire parle français et peut aider à organiser votre séjour : tuk-tuk, location voiture avec chauffeur, location de vélo, les billets de bateau pour Battambang etc... C'est une pension de famille très agréable. Nous avons resté une semaine afin de visiter d'autres lieux autour de Siem Reap.

• Clark (10/5): - The best Guesthouse experience I’ve had in a decade! I was treated very well by the owner and operator and his family. They were friendly, welcoming, and truly interested in me having a fun and memorable experience. The property was safe and close to old town, but far away enough to be nice and quiet at night. Breakfast was spectacular. They shared the best honey I’ve had in a long time. I asked the owner on tips to see the Temples of Angkor. He gave me many ideas and options. Ultimately I selected a tuk tuk. He recommended Mr. An. This was the best information he gave me. Mr. An was fantastic and there is no other way to see the Temples. I will return to Mom’s Guesthouse with my family very soon. Recommend you give them a chance, along with Mr. An!!

• Damon (8/5): Fabulous place bar breakfast - We’ve been coming to SR since 2009 with friends & have stayed in another small guesthouse. This one was filled up so we had to look elsewhere. Moms is very large with 30 rooms.The rooms are serviced everyday, you are given water each day, Our bathroom was very functional, clean &spacious.Beds were ok although it was difficult to find a pillow that suited me. Internet & aircon work well. The place was clean and it was easy walking distance to town. We only tried breakfast one day but it unfortunately was not good at all: we went to our old guesthouse to have breakfast there or walked down to Common Grounds Cafe. The pool was amazing however, the pool we expected from the pictures, is not the pool you get. They have a new pool at the front of the hotel and it was MAGNIFICENT. We spent a lot of our free time just sitting in the pool cooling off and talking. There are regulated times you are sposed to be in the pool but the owner if you check with him and he is still up is ok for you to have a swim after hours. We felt very safe there. The gates are locked at night so if you return late you need to ring the doorbell. And during the day there is always someone keeping watch so no one just wanders in who shouldn’t be there.Overall, apart from breakfast which in my eyes is a minor thing; it was a fabulous place to stay.

• wookjun (10/5): 다 좋았는데, 추가요금 받는건 시정해 주세요 - 시엠립 두번째 방문인데, 이전에 묵었던 4성급호텔보다 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고, 깨끗하고, 시내와도 가깝고, 수영장 물도 좋았고, 조식도 좋았습니다. 다만, 한가지 체크인 할때 추가 요금을 20달러를 더 받더군요. 우리 일행이 3명이어서 예약시 침대가 3개인 트리풀룸을 예약하였고 확인까지 했는데, 침대3개라고 추가요금을 받았지만 그냥 실랑이를 벌이기 싫어서 20달러 주었습니다. 예약시 다 지불한 요금을 더 달라고 하는건 바르지 않은것 같습니다.

• lannie (2/5): NIET doen!!! - Erg onvriendelijk personeel. Wil je een excursie gaan boeken doe dit dan niet via het hotel, maar zoek een bureautje in de straat wat excursies organiseerd. Je betaald dan de helft! Kamer was niet schoongemaakt en het ontbijt is echt minimaal.
