• Ibrahim (2/5): - J'ai demandé une chambre avec trois lits parce que j'étais avec mon bébé de 40 jours elle est double plus un lit en haut et le personnel m'a donné une chambre avec deux lits séparés de une place et quand je parlais ils m'ont redonné une autre chambre avec un lit double sans le troisième lit
• Verified traveler (8/5): Petit hôtel Ibis, bon rapport qualité /prix - J'y suis allée avec mes 2 enfants pour la JapanExpo. Accès au parc des expos direct par 1 ligne de bus. On était plusieurs à avoir trouvé ce bon plan. Rapport qualité /prix parfait. Le personnel est agréable et très avenant. La chambre était bien équipée. Les lits propres et la literie confortable. La salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de fraîcheur. Le support mural du pommeau de douche ne tenait pas et l'ensemble ne faisait pas hyper clean même si c'était propre. Hotel à proximité du perif, donc demandez une chambre au calme si vous dormez fenêtre ouverte. Parking fermé, sécurisé.

J'avais réservé un lit double et j'ai eu droit à 2 lits simples accolés très inconfortable. Aucune isolation au niveau des fenêtres on a l'impression de dormir sur la route.

Wir (Meine Frau, ich und unsere 7-jährige Tochter) haben das Zimmer für 3 Nächte gebucht, aber wir mussten am zweiten Tag das Hotel verlassen, weil es nicht aushaltbar war (uns wurde kein Geld zurückerstattet). Überall im Innenbereich roch nach Cannabis und der Geruch trat ins Zimmer ein.

• Christine (4/5): Choose another hotel - I understand the IBIS is a budget hotel and for many travellers it provides a budget price. However, the cleanliness of the room was poor and the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet had stains from the running water and the shower looked extremely unhygienic. There was no soap to wash one's hands at the hand basin, the handle surround on the bathroom was loose and the w/o due opening to the outside could not be secured properly from the inside of the room, making it feel quite unsafe. The air conditioning unit had black soot on the ceiling above the vent which was concerning because of the possibility of contracting legionnaires disease because of the filters not being regularly serviced. The outside grounds were in a shocking condition, with rubbish littered around the property and the grass needed mowing. I have stayed previously in IBIS, Sofitel and Accors hotels and this hotel was by far the worst Inhave experienced.

Hormigas 🐜en el suelo y algunas en la cama.. y al reclamar nos mandaron a otra que era peor no lo siguiente con una nevera oxidada restos de comida y hormigas igual ( era la habitación de al lado) así que quedamos en la primera habitación no había otra opción y era la 1 de la madrugada ( hora en la cual hemos llegado) baño sucio polvo..sábanas con manchas mueble con pelo y pegajoso!!horribleeee

• PATRICIA (4/5): - salle de bain pas propre avec moisissures voire très noir de crasse a l'intérieur comme a l'éxtérieur de la douche chambre (n°3 rez de chaussé) sans compter les taches certainement de sang ou vomissements dans la salle de bain sur le mur coté douche les toilette nans parlons pas ... toilette a changé tellement vieux et la crasse resté aux fils du temps pour 157 euros pour 3 jours et un petit déjeuner a 7euros 50 par jour peux vraiment mieux faire moustique éclaté sur le mur chambre au dessus de la tablette , pas nettoyer sang sur le mur ,a la vue du client . Avant d'arrivé j'ai téléphoné afin de prévenir j'avais un appareil respiratoire et que j'étais handicapé J'ai également demandé une serviette en plus j'étais pratiquement une voleuse je n'est donc pas eu ma serviette demandé mes un tapis de bain Hotel a Revoir

Premier nuit dans une chambre avec des moisissures au plafond partout, nous avons eu mal au crane toute la nuit, seul point positif c'est le lit qui etait bien confortable. Au contraire la deuxième nuit la chambre que nous avons eux n'avais pas de moisissures mais le lit aussi dure que de la pierre, nous avons été réveiller a 3h30 du matin par l'alarme incendie qui a durer 15 min et réveiller a 7h30 du matin par l'homme de menage qui a ouvert notre porte.

• Carine (2/5): - Three families stayed here and 2 of them found a cockroach in their room. It felt so dirty I didn’t want to leave the suitcases on the floor. Toilet wat dirty. Bath was dirty. I didn’t even want to touch the shower curtain. One of the children actually asked if the water in the tap was clean because she obviously felt so uneasy by her surroundings. The roads near the hotel is mental. Such winding streets - but just keep going! Won’t ever be returning again
• Holger (6/5): - Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung die billigste Unterkunft, im Vorfeld der Olympischen Spiele aber für den Standard maßlos überteuert, die einzige Zimmereinrichtung bestand in einem Hocker, dem Bett und dem Fernseher, am Sonntag fuhr kein Bus, da weit abgelegen, bleibt da nur der Fußmarsch zum nächsten Bus (ca. 10 Minuten) oder zur RER (einer Art S-Bahn), was ca. 40 Minuten dauert. Das Frühstück war annehmbar, das Personal freundlich.

I was just given the card to my room find your way with my heavy luggages . I paid for 5 nights but have to move out the next day to another comfortable and safe hotel. Hardly communicated with anyone cos of language barriers . No Security,no restaurants or reception for relaxations . Towels brown no soap so unkept. Left the hotel with anger . 🇳🇬

• wael (8/5): Good for the price - Compared to paris hotel prices this is a cheap one and you will get what you pay for. The room is basic and the bathroom is not comfort yet its acceptable since the price is low in the area. Wifi is very bad so i used my 4g mobile net. I loved that they have iron machine ready at your disposal just ask for it and for free. The breakfast is ok but if you wake up late after 9;30 be sure you will be missing most of the items because they refill very slow or they don’t. There is a bus station that can make you reach all paris but be careful after 10 pm this service stops then you will have to take a cab.

• Mohmed (6/5): - Hi, on the first day we went the toilet flush was not working we gave them the key at 11am on Friday and we returned at the hotel at 1am at night and they still did not fix it, and the reception did not know what had happened so I had to explain multiple times. The hotel Wi-Fi was absolutely rubbish it keeps disconnecting ever time and there were small bugs all around the room…..

The room could've been cleaner (dust bunnies under the bed, icky window sill, and some crud above the headboard) and could've used some updates (replace caulk, etc). I'd stay here again though for a trip to France and/or Paris.

I am 6 months pregnant and twice the hotel manager walked into my room (without knocking) to tell me my room was cancelled and to leave after already staying one night I tk our 2 night stay. At 8.30am on the morning of our second night he entered my room twice unannounced and said my room was cancelled and to leave. • Traveler1 (2/5): - Hotel is in industrial and remote area, no public accessibility after 10 pm. Can’t believe it’s IBIS, even cheapest hotels would have been good. Was dirty and not worth the price

• Kraig (2/5): - Worst ibis ever. Bad area. Bad service. And then got charged double! Hotels.com charged me and then ibis charged me on check in. Horrible hotel and got to pay double.
• Raphael (6/5): Convenient but damp - I needed a bed before catching an early morning flight. Conveniently located right on the A1 to CDG, yet quiet enough to sleep. It worked out for what I needed but It’s a run down, kinda dirty and damp hotel... bfast included, that’s a plus.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap hotel fairly close to CDG - It was my last night of my vacation hoping to get a good night sleep before awaking early to go to Charles de Gaulle airport. Upon my arrival, I was told that I had a reservation but did not yet pay. The hotel clerk didn't speak English. I can speak French and showed him my Expedia receipt showing the money was collected and I pulled up my credit card statement on my phone to show that the monies were collected on April 16th and my reservation was for September 8th. They insisted I pay a second time if I wanted to stay. I had to make an international call to Expedia to try to resolve this. After several emails I was told Expedia couldn't resolve it with the hotel management and I should contest the charge with my credit card company. Too much hassle to stay at a dishonest establishment!!!!
• Allen (2/5): Wow, guess you only get what you pay for - A shocker sorry to say but it was cheap, homeless people all over the please. Order in food don't think about going out!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Basic hotel but shower was hot. Not many facilities but there was a restaurant on the industrial estate not too far away. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection including fresh fruit salad.
• Olga (8/5): Basic but clean - We had hard time to find the hotel. It's not visible from the highway when you drive from north. Otherwise it's totally ok for the money. Room was clean. Towels are very thin but clean. There is a coffee machine (paid) and the microwave (free) in the hall.
• wim (2/5): Just no. - Avoid at all cost. Smell of cigarettes and mold everywhere. Disgusting rooms and sheets.
• J (4/5): 40 mins by bus from CDG - DON'T STAY HERE. Booked this hotel by accident as I was looking to book at the Ibis at CDG. Tried to cancel but the button on the motif site kept redirecting me even 30 hours before my check in. Hotel is a grey block by a freeway and in an industrial estate (a 40 minute bus ride from CDG). There is nowhere nearby to eat or get food the machines in the lobby were out of everything but fanta, coke, chocolate and some kind of microwavable fish meal. Room smelt stale and the sheets were stained and dirty. Bathroom smelt and the shower is installed incorrectly and so sprays water out of the stall. I slept on a towel and left first thing. The lady on the desk as I left was pleasant and I hope she finds employment at a better establishment This hotel should be shut down, Could not be called a half star.
• abs (2/5): bad experience - the room smells of cigarettes I spoke to the manager he came he could of change the bed sheet he didn't he left us in a bad smell next night a room near ours people where having a party we couldn't sleep they were shouting till 4 in the morning. and the night after the fire alarm went off at 2 in the morning we had a bad experience we never staying there again
