• Eunhye (10/5): 전체적으로 만족스러웠던 깔끔한 신축 호텔! - 제주공항과 아주 멀지 않은 곳에 있어요 건물은 외관도, 내관도 모두 좋았어요 호텔이 최근에 지어진건지 객실 내부 시설도 좋고 다 깔끔했어요 조식은 기본적인 빵, 과일, 계란, 베이컨부터 죽, 밥(비빔밥), 국까지 아주 많은 종류는 아니지만 다양하게 있었어요. 객실 내에 커피머신이 있어서 커피도 내려마셨어요! 다만 호텔에 전자레인지가 없어서 옆에있는 편의점 이용해야 합니다. 어매니티는 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시, 칫솔/치약, 샤워캡 있었구요 클렌징폼, 토너/로션, 바디로션 류는 없습니다~ 여행가면 어두운 조명에서 화장하기 불편했는데 화장실 거울 테두리가 조명을 켤 수 있게 돼있어서 편하고 좋았어요~ 테이블 아래에 4구짜리 콘센트가 있고, 잠자기전에 휴대폰 사용할수있게 침대쪽에도 콘센트가 있어서 좋았습니다~

• Verified traveler (8/5): 이동하기 좋은 위치. 중국을 간접 경험하다.. - 노형오거리 이마트 바로 뒤라서 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 바로옆에 편의점이 있어서 편합니다. 식당들도 가까워서 여러모로 편하네요. 중국계호텔인지 투숙객이 전부 중국인인듯 합니다. 1층에 중국 여행사도 있고, 내부에 모든 포스터에는 중국어가.. 방음이 괜찮은건지 시끄럽지는 않았구요.. 다만 샤워기와 변기가 분리가 되어있지 않아, 배수구 물은 잘빠지는데, 샤워를 하면 화장실 바닥 전체에 물이 흥건합니다.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 가성비 최고 - 우선 위치가 공항에서 가까워서 일정 마지막날 지내기에 좋았고 주변에 이마트도 가깝게 있고 식당도 가까이에 많이 있어서 시간에 대한 부담없었어요. 객실도 업그레이드 해 주셔서 깔끔하고 가성비 훌륭했습니다. 조식 종류는 많지 않았지만 딱 있을 건 다 있어서 나름 만족했구요. 시내라서 퇴근시간 차 막히는 것 말고는 다 괜찮았어요.

• nicole (6/5): It's OK but not great! - It's OK to stay but not so clean. Breakfast was OK and the staff was nice. The parking was really bad as there are no enough space. We had to park few blocks away from the hotel.

• huili (6/5): hotel with good location but bad facilities - Good location at jeju city central that is 10 mins drive from jeju airport and close to the heart of jeju's shopping belt. But the hotel is bad in the sense that it only provides 1 small tube of shower gel and 1 small tube of shampoo to be shared among all guests in the same room. When asked to have more than 1 tube of shower gel and shampoo, the hotel staff asked several questions and gave me impolite stares. I stayed 6 nights there, whereby on 1 day, there was no hotel staff who could speak other language besides korean after 9pm, so I was left helpless on that day. There were also 2 days which the hotel towels smelled so badly that I vomited on them and the staff declined to remove the dirty towels from my room. Bedsheet also had unknown stains on it.
• Clyde (10/5): A Pleasant Surprise - I like the hotel location and price. Hotel is located in Jeju City. Location is just 1 block from a major circle intersection and bus transportation stops. Plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The hotel room is small but clean. Safe day/night walking location. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly, speaks English and willing to help with all travel issues. There knowledge of Jeju Island was extremely helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at Amber Hotel again!
• David (8/5): Close to bus station and business district - hotel staff are willing to help. Hotel is corss from bus station and is in shopping area, have a lot restaurants in walk distance.
• Wendy (4/5): Room for improvement - This hotel has the potential to be pretty good, but they need to be more vigilant otherwise they will lose out to other hotels. Check-in was fast but we were given a foul-smelling room due to uncleaned stale smoke. We were also worried about insufficient parking or facing enforcement as most people just seemed to park where they felt like it. So we did not drive off again after parking. Fortunately, there were eateries within walking distance. The bathroom can be cleaned up better. We were also surprised that the aircon/heater blower is centrally switched off during winter and we were asked to open the window for ventilation. They also need to shovel their outside area better after it snows overnight - when we checked out, one lady was complaining at front desk that it was too slippery. Unfortunately, I too slipped when I was leaving the hotel to get to my car.

• ST (10/5): Quiet Environment Hotel and convenient - Hotel between walking distance to restaurant, convenient shop and about 200 to 300 meter to eMart. Very comfortable room with big bed, just the king bed is a little bit soft for old folk. Twin bed is less soft compare to King bed. I'm taking the basic room, room size is acceptable. Room amenities is good. Helpful and friendly staff. Overall I am very satisfy with this hotel and value for money.

• Kris (8/5): Heart of the City - As the name imposes, it is located smack-rite in the center of Jeju City, just less than 10mins from the Airport. Apparently, according to my Korean friend, it is located in the Chinese-street, so no worries for Non-Korean speakers. It is also surrounded by numerous eatery and shops, top mentions will be the E-Mart and Lotte-Mart. The Hotel itself is awesome. I especially do want to mention their extremely polite staff members. The price was affordable as I got a 2 single bed room with a 35% discount "only-today" sale in Expedia. I hope this recommendation helped, Kudos.

Only let down was the espresso machine in the room didn't work and the pillows were rather flat and uncomfortable. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel for the location and price.
• Caroline (8/5): Nice stay - The room itself was really nice. It had lovely decor and nice lighting. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and linen was very soft. I booked online and when I arrived to check in they had no confirmation of this. They asked to see my phone for booking and then took pictures of my confirmation. They were a little unprofessional on their approach and not very apologetic as they made us wait in the lobby despite seeing my email where the room was booked and paid for. The girl at the desk then asked did I want a single bed despite two of us standing there. The room had a strong smell of bleach that lingered most of our stay despite asking the worker at the desk could they spray some febreeze or other while we went out for dinner. Overall, it's a lovey hotel but as far as bookings concerned and their approach, they should apologise and work on customer service a little.
