- Tullia (10/5): Struttura molto pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, situata in una zona tranquilla e sicura, comodissima per raggiungere - Bellissima struttura composta da più ambienti: camera da letto, cucina con divano e TV funzionante e un bagno molto grande. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici, anche se non li abbiamo utilizzati: lavastoviglie, microonde e persino ferro da stiro, tutti comfort assolutamente non scontati. La struttura era inoltre molto pulita, situata in una zona tranquilla e sicura e comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. L’unico aspetto che non ho apprezzato è stata la richiesta della cauzione, che non mi sembrava fosse indicata chiaramente al momento della prenotazione ed è stata invece richiesta in fase di check-in.

- Sardam (1/5): Do not book it if u wanna sleep well. - The description on the app said it is king bed, However, when I arrived there, the bed was two single bed next to each other. I was falling between them the whole night and I think I have back hurt since. The worst place to stay in as I have told them before that this is not king bed rather, a sinkhole! I wish I took some pic of the bed and show how bad it is.

- Stefan (4/5): L’excellente situation de l’hôtel ne devrait pas dispenser la Direction de certaines améliorations. - La situation géographique, le lit double avait un excellent matelas. La douche est chaude, facile à utiliser et le débit hydrique est tout à fait correct. Dans l’ensemble, la chambre était très propre. 1) La salle de bain, moderne, est toutefois lugubre et insuffisamment éclairée au niveau des lavabos et surtout du miroir. 2) Le matelas du lit pliant d’appoint est catastrophique. Que la Direction de l’hôtel vienne passer une nuit dessus… 3) Un sac entier de me sous-vêtements (propres !) a été jeté par erreur par un.e membre du personnel d’entretien, ce que la direction d’Epic refuse de reconnaître. J’ai donc dû m’en racheter, mais je vais pouvoir me gratter pour me faire rembourser ! Du jamais vu. 4) Il nous a manqué une serviette de bain durant la moitié du séjour, malgré notre demande. 5) La lampe du plafond était sale et clignotante… 6) Une seule carte-clé, c’est insuffisant ; il en faudrait deux.

- Martín (9/5): Hermosa habitación en Liverpool - Muy lindo, cómodo el colchón, todo super limpio. Hermoso para ir cuando vayas a Liverpool. Para ingresar tuve algunas dificultades, ya que debían enviarme los códigos de accesos y no me los enviaron en tiempo y forma. Solo cuando reclamamos y porque había personal de limpieza lo pudimos solucionar rápido. Hubo varias personas que estaban en la misma situación.

Easy instructions to enter building and ger the key pad No lift to get to the third floor. The walls in the room were all scratched and the furniture looked old.

- Sardam (1/5): - In the description on the app, it says king bed, when U get to the place, its two single bed next to each other. When you sleep on it you and your partner get into a whole between the two single bed. I think my back still hurts from the bad sleep caused by the bed.

- Jaimy (5/5): Zo snel mogelijk hier weg, waren blij dat we na 2 nachten hier weg gingen - De ligging, binnen 5 minuten ben je midden in het centrum De keuken viel uit elkaar (alles hangt los en scheef), de koelkast lekte waardoor het vloerkleed continu nat was. Deze kon je ook niet verplaatsen aangezien er daaronder nog nooit schoongemaakt is. Konden niet zonder schoenen door het appartement heen lopen. De airco was helemaal vies van binnen en werkte goed. Het nachtkast lampje was kapot. Zo kan ik nog wel even doorgang met dingen opnoemen Het appartement lijkt niet op de plaatjes die online staan
- Chris (1/5): - Reasonably easy to get into with the door codes, location wasn't terrible. Bathroom door didn't close properl. windows were single pane glass so the noise of the main road outside was ever-present. Windows were stiff, difficult to open/close and one of the latches were broken. One of the two blankets had blood on it. The complimentary tea, coffee and sugar was just old sachets that had been taken from McDonald's and coffee shops. The complimentary shower gel and shampoo were in the in such small bottles they were practically one use, and near impossible to open at all.

- William (5/5): Good location but overall a bit disappointing - Location was good. Bed was comfortable. The room was quite small given that I was expecting a larger room for an "aparthotel". Sink in bathroom was too small. In fact whole bathroom was too small. No biscuits left with tea/coffee facilities.

Well used, given it’s excellent location and price, but missing wardrobe door, ‘burns’ on the carpet, decorative items no longer in place so pictures are no longer a true reflection of the property.

- Jen (5/5): Nice room but very impersonal experience - Neat room with decent bathroom No staff on site, and you have to check in online to get a code. It did not work on my phone, despite going through that process. The help line was initially reluctant to help, and I thought there would be no further contact, but I did receive an email with the necessary details. Key card lockbox did not work so another code was sent by email and someone was sent to reset it, arriving in the very early hours and waking me up. This reset could have been done after check out. One window could not be locked shut, and this made me feel quite vulnerable, in an unstaffed building.

- Sardam (1/5): Make sure ur pictures on the app matches the rooms. - Its been three week that I book this place, the first time was really cool, the second time the whole room smelled of cigarets, not clean at all. Third time, the said its a king sized bed in the bedroom, however it was just two single bed next to each other, in the middle of-the night you would woke up and feel you have sleep in a hole.

The walls were tired with chipped paint. The hairdryer didn’t work although the staff sent another one quite quickly. There is no reception so you need to call a central number if something is wrong.

- Gerard (8/5): Good craic, great location. - Brilliant location. Easy access. Great price. Some of the equipment in the kitchen didn't work..the bathroom is good but very close to the kitchen. There is a constant noise from the fan in the wall of the bedroom. We were told we had booked a suite with a bath but it was not so. But for the money I won't complain. The water pressure ran out on the Saturday. The light on the bed head board needs fixing It is just small stuff that needs attention to bring things back to 5 out of 5. The hot plate wasn't working. All that said u would go back. 😎

Stayed the night in room next door as the door was open In the morning spoke to housekeeper who obtained a room key and we found the room very small with not much hanging space for clothes. We were then charged extra for cleaning the room next door and the loss of a keyboard. Did not stay and booked in elsewhere for more.money! Would not recommend.Unhappy is an under statement.

- Karimah (5/5): Fab location. Just no attention to detail - The apartment itself is a great apartment in a fantastic location. The shower was great. The added bonus is a private outdoor area, although we didn't get to use it. When we arrived there was an unpleasant smell throughout. It went a little once we aired it out. The apartment lacked the attention to detail. There was paint hanging off the wall above the bed, a hole in the sofa bed and the mattres was uncomfortable. Cobwebs were found in each room.
