Each floor has a security gate and then each apartment has a big door lock, made me feel the apartment was secure, not sure if the neighborhood was the best. One item that was misleading on Expedia was that there was parking. Parking is street parking and pay the machine. There is no garage.

• Cristina (4/5): - Nous avons vécu une expérience particulière, un voyage dans le temps ! ambiance post soviétique avec des portes grillagées dans les parties communes, porte de cave pour l'appartement. Immeuble austère mais entouré d'immeubles complètement défraîchis. Et tout ça à 1 rue du centre des affaires et de grands axes de circulation. Impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes. Prix bien trop élevé pour les prestations. Par contre, c'était propre, le lit était confortable et nous avions 2 grandes bouteilles d'eau offertes, du café capsule et du thé à volonté

• Christophe (10/5): Très bien ! - Malgré une petite erreur dans l'annonce, corrigée depuis, les propriétaires ont été très commerçants et ont tout arrangé aussitôt. L'appartement était grand, moderne, très propre et complètement équipé, j'ai apprécié. Très facile de rejoindre l'hyper centre, soit à pieds (20 min) soit en tram à 3 arrêts. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, je recommande sans réserve.

• Isabelle (10/5): - The fact that it is easily walked to from the central train station, provided you take the closest exit, it is only around 400 metres. Unfortunately you can not cross immediately a major road to walk into the city, without making quite a detour.
• Miguel Angel (2/5): Servicio de recepcion nefasto. - Me preguntaron hora de llegada y les informe de que el avión aterrizaria en Varsovia a las 19. Me respondieron que si no habia nadie en recepción me enviarian indicaciones para acceder al apartamento pero no lo hicieron. Llegué al edificio a las 20 horas. En el telefonillo ponia que la recepcion era en en apartamento 10. Llame durante 15 minutos sin respuesta. Al entrar un vecino entré con el y subí al apartamento 10. Al llamar no contestaban. En la puerta indicaba que debia llamar a un móvil de Polonia. Intenté llamar por whatsapp pero no contestaron. Tras media hora llego un vecino al que pedí que llamase y esta vez si contestaron y me dieron las claves. Entre al apartamento a las 21.20. A las 21.30 me enviaron un correo con las claves. Mientras esperaba traté de ponerme en contacto con hoteles.com pero el sistema de respuesta automática del chat me decía que no podía solucionar el problema y no encontré un teléfono al que poder llamar. He puesto una estrella porque no se puede poner menos pero la sensación de desamparo fue total. Un cero para los responsables del apartamento y otro cero para hoteles.com por dejar de ofrecer un servicio telefónico y sustituirlo por un chat donde te dicen que no pueden resolver ese tipo de problemas.

The rooms had coffee and water available at check in which was so nice! And their washing machine in the apt was fantastic! You do need to navigate a few stairs, but there was an elevator for 5 of 6 floors!

• Maciej (10/5): Will stay again - I'm on a long trip so it was fantastic to have everything available on hand - washing powder, coffee, tea etc. Accommodation is not more than a ten minute walk from the main railway station, plenty of places to eat (and get a hair cut). Public transport is fantastic in Warsaw and it is all accessible in less than a ten minute walk from the apartament. I'll certainly be coming back to Warsaw and staying for longer here if available. The apartment I stayed in was on the 1st floor. The apartment is in an older style building but that really doesn't matter because of its great location. What more could I have wanted, and all at a fantastic price.

• Rick (8/5): - Nice stay. Big room. Fully equipped kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. There were a few broken towel-hangers in the bathroom but otherwisw good shape. The Hotel is around the corner from a major cross-town avenue with lots of traffic and trolleys – lots of noise, in other words – but the tropple glass windows kept the noise out.
• Caoimhe (10/5): Irish Couple- Great Apartments - Will 100% be back - I would highly recommend staying here! Its in the heart of Warsaw city center. Once you get the hang of the underground you're only minutes walk away from the shopping center, bus, train and tram stops. We stayed to go to a concert in Narodowy Staduim which was only 5 tram stops away. The apartment we stayed in was clean, super comfortable bed, separate sitting room, balcony with amazing city views, full kitchen, complementary tea/coffee with a proper coffee machine! This ment a lot to us! And also very safe, the system to get into the building was very secure and defiantly put my mind at ease straight away. There was nothing else we could have asked for. And last but not least the staff were so helpful and kind. We arrived after midnight from our flight which was delayed, the girl who greeted us was so friendly and showed us around to make sure we were satisfied before she left us. You just give them a call if you need anything and it is brought straight to you. Sorry if we drank all your coffee! :) We will defiantly stay here again when we come back to Warsaw and I will be recommending these apartments to everyone. It was much better than staying in a hotel room by a long shot!

• yiqing (8/5): Hotel is good but the location is not easy to find - Though the hotel is physically located near the central station, you must go underground to cross the street and the underground is like a big maze - I have lived there for three days and I could never figure out which outlet is the correct direction under the underground big maze to go back to the hotel. So do not think the location is convenient to go to the railway station if you do not have good sense of direction by crossing the street underground.

Although there was construction underground, we were given a map on how to reach the hotel using the street level. We stored our bigger pieces of luggage at the left luggage locker for 16 PLN so that we only have carryons to Bring to the hotel. The room was spacious and modern. It is quite noisy outside so you would need to close the windows. For the price we paid, this is a great budget hotel.

• James (8/5): Lock me in and out. - I liked the spacious accommodations, the neighborhood (across the street tucked way among other apartment buildings is part of the ghetto wall from). The motion activated lights in the hall ways, made them very dark at times and having to only use an actually key to lock my door on both sides was not convenient. The same went for the front door, I never did get my key to work. Just an FYI there is no room service so you are on your own to keep it tidy and ask for towels if you need them. I did not have an issue with this but others might.

Fully equipped, pod coffee machine, range of teas, water, instant coffee, linen, towels, soap, moisturiser. Comfy beds. Has a lift. 10 min walk to main bus and train station, also to the galleria. Need to take the underground tunnel though. 20 min walk to old town. Would defintely stay here again.
• Abigail (10/5): GREAT! - The space was perfect, the check-in was easy and the staff was super friendly/ helpful, location was close enough to walk to many sites or take a taxi/uber for under $8. Some reviews stated that the location was hard to find, but it was right down the street from the central bus drop-off (this is NOT the same as the main station). Again, a cheap and fast ride from the main bus or train station. Also, next to a metro/subway stop. The space was perfect for our travel needs and we found everything to be clean to an excellent level. We really appreciate the standards of this rental group and the friendly environment that their staff shares with guests.. Thank you!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Love this apartment! - Although near the station, it is difficult to navigate in the huge station and I ended up lost every time. The apartment itself is awesome though. I really appreciated the coffee machine and the washing machine. Unfortunately some of the residents were really loud in the morning but overall a great stay.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Unexpected visitors in summer time - It is not as easy as expected to reach the apartment from the train station. We had to walk up and down different staircases with a large heavy luggage. There was a 24 hr reception. The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. When we arrived, there was a window being opened. After 2 nights stay, we found there were many house flies in the room. We contacted the reception to see if we could move to another room. But the rooms were fully booked. So, we tried our best to clean them up. And the reception also offered housekeeping in the next morning.

• David (8/5): Close to the station, busy road. - The accommodation was about a 5 minute walk from the main station; however it was the other side of a busy road with limited crossing points, which made it a little hard to get too. The building looks a bit old and the communal stair well has seen better days, but the apparent itself was bright and modern. Our apartment had two bedrooms a kitchen and a bathroom, one double bedroom also had a sofa and the bathroom had a washing machine. We could walk into the old town from the hotel, but it was a bit quicker to use the Metro. There is a busy road outside, so expect some road noise - it was very hot during our stay so we had to keep the windows open.
• Paul (10/5): Nearby supermarket a real bonus! - Very convenient location, close to the railway station and the Palace of Culture. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. A real bonus is that there is a very good supermarket right opposite, which was so convenient for self-catering.

• JULIAN (10/5): Wonderful apartment in Warsaw - A little tricky to find, but we had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Staff were very friendly and the apartment itself was very clean and had everything we could ask for. Complimentary espresso machine, with all the amenities you could need as a traveler. Would recommend to my fellow traveler!

• Izabela (8/5): Basic apartment in a great location - The apartment was located within a walking distance from the Palace of Culture and the Central Railway Station, which was very convenient. It was clean but very basic and I definitely wouldn't say it offered a 4-star standard.

Very friendly - and may I also say, even if it's irrelevant, beautiful - staff ;P Due to a non refundable cancellation last year, I was given the opportunity to chose a better apartment than I had initially booked - the Luxury Apartment - which I did. The apartment was flawless, and so were the rest of the apartments I could've chosen. The local area is a bit shabby, but both a super market and one of Warsaw's best reviewed pizza restaurants is your nearest neighbors if staying here. The location is perfect if you want to stay in the very center of Warsaw. Zlote Tarasy is just around the corner, and so are the Metro.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Very confort apartment - Though the apartment was a bit difficult to find, the room was clean and comfort especially for solo. The location is near the central station and shopping center, but you need to walk a few minutes to cross the road.
