- Astrid (10/5): Gemütliche Unterkunft mit tollem Host! - Die Unterkunft ist sehr romantisch klein, der Innenhof, in dem das Frühstück bei schönen Wetter serviert wird, ist voller unterschiedlichen Pflanzen. Sehr zum Hervorheben war der Host der Unterkunft. Sehr zuvorkommen, super freundlich und hat uns sehr bei unserer Urlaubsgestaltung mit Geheimtipps geholfen. Er hat alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche erfüllt. Wir hatten die Unterkunft für Drei Personen im kleinen Bungalow in der Anlage. Dabei war eine kleine Terrasse, auf der wir in der Sonne zwischen unseren Tripps gesessen sind. Die Unterkunft liegt weiter weg vom Zentrum, aber die Tram ist ganz nah und bring einen innerhalb von 10min ins Zentrum. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Supermarkt, einige Restaurants und Feinkostläden.

L’endroit est calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : varié, copieux et de très bonne qualité. Personnel agréable et accueil professionnel. Une belle expérience pour une nuit, je recommande sans hésiter. Très beau jardin de plantes variées pour le petit déjeuner. Nos hôtes accueillants et à l’écoute . Eravamo stanchi e demoralizzati ma il proprietario ci ha accolto con simpatia e cordialità. Il giardino è incantevole e curato in ogni dettaglio, fare colazione qui è stato un momento di puro relax. La solidarietà dimostrata e le attenzioni che il proprietario ci ha riservato hanno reso la nostra disavventura meno spiacevole.

- CalatheaHB (10/5): Super nette Inhaber, herzliche Unterkunft mit Flair - Die ruhige Lage außerhalb des touristischen Hauptgebietes in einer eher lokalen Gegend mit netten Cafés und leckeren Restaurants mit trotzdem guter schneller Anbindung an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und den Bahnhof (super für Tagesausflüge!) mit der Tram. Das Gebäude hat Flair und gibt einem zusammen mit den super herzlichen Inhabern das Gefühl, bei jemandem Zuhause zu übernachten, anstatt in einem anonymen großen Hotel. Die Inhaber haben auch tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Englisch möglich, wenn man kein Französisch kann. Netter Garten zum Sitzen. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Hotel an sich und Zimmer immer super sauber. Unser Zimmer war im Vergleich zu modernen Hotelzimmern etwas kleiner (gut eingerichtet war es trotzdem!), was sicher einfach bauartbedingt an dem charakteristischen Gebäude liegt. Wir sind mit wenig Gepäck gereist und waren viel unterwegs, daher hat es uns nicht gestört. Aber wer mehr Platz braucht oder mehr Zeit im Zimmer verbringt, berücksichtigt das am Besten bei der Zimmerwahl.

Having breakfast there, or laying in the sun, or a night talk - pure delight ! Rooms are not large, but all the comfort you might need - tidy, very clean (daily), modern, colorful, warm, tea/coffee. Few steps away are a small supermarket and few bars/terraces .It takes you 20 min walk to easily reach Promenade des Anglais or you may take a tram, 2 min away from the villa. Son, was there to greet us, welcomed all 4 of us, guided us all the way - his care and kind words stayed with us and we admired his true hospitality! Our stay was a wonderful one - thank you.

Le parking est un plus, mais c'est payant 20€ la nuit. La douche est bien, mais il faudrait une vitre plus large pour ne pas éclabousser en dehors de la douche. L'ouverture est trop grande.

- Lydie (10/5): - Je reviendrai Bel emplacement et puis un accueil sympathique de la part du personnel de l' hotel. La chambre très confortable. La prochaine fois je prendrai le petit déjeuner !

- Emilie (10/5): Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés - D’abord notre arrivée quelle surprise ce petit jardin avec une multitude de plantes que l’on peut contempler à l’aide des tables et chaises à disposition. La bâtiment plein de charme. La décoration chaleureuse le parfum des parties communes et enfin la chambre spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les hôtes sont au petit soin gentils et discrets prêts à vous conseiller. Voilà deux personnes qui aiment leur métier 🤩 Ce qui pourrait être amélioré la paroi de douche qui est sans porte pour le design mais éclabousse le sol. Autant dire un micro détail comparé aux nombreux points positifs.

- Jan (7/5): Příjemné strávené chvíle Nice :) - Milý personál, dobrá lokace (blízko na tramvaj), hezké prostředí, pěkná zahrada. Dobré snídaně Ubytování inzeruje možnost parkování v garáži, s čímž jsem počítal. Bohužel garáž pro nás nebyla při příjezdu k dispozici a musel jsem hledat parkování ve městě na ulici. Chladný pokoj vytápěný hlučnou klimatizací, koupelna nebyla vytápěna vůbec! Byla inzerována velká manželská postel, nakonec byla postel široká cca 140cm.

- Sophie (10/5): - Un hôtel plein de charme, confortable, calme et idéalement situé pour nos besoins (proche du tram, dans un quarter agréable qui permet de rejoindre le centre ville historique à pieds sans pour autant être envahi de touristes) Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!
- MAGALI (9/5): Très agréable - Personnel à l'accueil très efficace et agréable. Super petit-déjeuner avec à la fois du très bon pain, un croissant, des madeleines, de bonnes confitures, un bon jus d'orange et un oeuf au plat. Chambres spacieuses et literie confortable. Le jacuzzi était agréable. L'hôtel est bien placé dans un quartier calme, et il a un très joli petit jardin. Nous avons profité d'une place de parking donc l'arrivée était très facile. Un peu trop de lumières la nuit pour ceux comme moi qui y seraient sensibles. Par moment des odeurs d'égouts mais discrètes et non permanentes. Nous étions dans une chambre dans le jardin, ce n'est peut être pas pareil pour les chambres situées dans la maison principale.
