It’s a doorway sandwiched between an Icecream shop & a truffle store! Had zero issues accessing the property, LOVED being in the middle of vielle-Nice for the markets and shops and restaurants, would definitely come back! Service was lovely, AC worked!

• Anneli (10/5): - Litet hotel med 7 rum. Fint och rymligt comfort rum nr 3. Läget fantastiskt på en gågatan mitt i gamla stan. Servicen bra och trevlig. Nackdel med branta trappor till 3e våning. Men det fräscha rummet kompenserade. Ingen hiss. Reception stänger 19.00, men ger portkod och nyckel finns i receptionen vid sen ankomst.

• Erik (10/5): I smørøyet. - Vi har hatt en fantastisk uke på Rossetti. Unik beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen. Store rom med gode senger. Mye turiststøy fra gaten, men med lydtette vinduer, vinduslemmer og aircond var det ikke noe problem. Fin dusj med masse vann og rene håndklær hver dag. Rommet ble også grundig rengjort hver dag. Hotellet har en liten terrasse hvor man kan slå ihjel noen timer med vin, bok eller begge deler. Vi har vært der før og vi kommer tilbake! Inngangen kan være litt vrien å finne, men det sitter et lite skilt på veggen ved siden av døren.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great place, check in so so - Check is a bit annoying. There's also no data signal near the hotel so you have to go somewhere to get the number to call them. I think maybe sending bookings the wifi code already could help so they can be contacted as most of Nice old town is very bad for data. Other than that its a wonderful place and even though I was right on the street the noise level is incredibly low. The plug socket is actually by the bed! Incredible. So rare. Lovely room and place. Would definitely stay again.

• Kay (10/5): A hidden gem in great location in Old Nice - A lovely hotel in a truly amazing location in Old Nice. It is a peaceful, traditional french hotel with small courtyard area..inside a cool hideaway hotel right in the middle of Old Nice...you step outside and you are next to a square with a fountain where you can eat, drink or browse along the little lanes.. The owners of the hotel are so friendly and helpful...I would definitely stay here again..highly recommed!!
• Steve (4/5): Be wary - No one to greet us on arrival despite arriving at mid afternoon. Code and door key on front desk. Wifi was ATROCIOUS regularly dropping out. Music blaring until 4.30 am each morning. Good location with restaurants nearby. Took money for payment days early and not from preferred account. Had to check ourselves out without any assistance. Receipt left on desk. Thanks for nothing.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - Best place to stay in Nice. It is right in the heart of old town and everything is within walking distance. The market in the mornings was the best to buy fresh fruit and walk along the beach. There is a coffee shop across the street for the coffee lovers and an ice cream shop for those with a sweet tooth. The room itself is very simple but has everything that you need. The shower it self is small but other than that it was great! The hotel staff is also very nice and great with communication. Highly recommend staying here.

Be prepared for a 300 meter walk and some stairs inside the hotel Once inside though you will be glad you chose Rosetti Hotel. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated

• Leonardo (10/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed - Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i den gamle bydel og tæt på parkeringshus og strand. Kommer helt sikkert tilbage. Hotellet bliver ikke eksponeret udad og som gør den svært med at finde. Men efter en forklaring fra ejeren giver det mening👍 God og simpelt morgenmad og dejlig og professionel betjening.

The rooms were large and very comfortable with a good AC to keep it cool during the hot summer days. Also such a convenient area with coffee shops, dining, and a quick walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!!!

• Angela (10/5): - Hotel Rosetti is situated in the heart of old town Nice. Its little grey door ( which we walked passed 3 times!!) is surrounded by quirky and rustic french buildings. It is close to lots of cafes, you are spoilt for choice. The room at the hotel was clean, basic but had an element of charm about it and the service received was excellent. The outside roof terrace where we had our breakfast resembled something from a painting, an excellent way to start the day.

• Erik (10/5): Beliggenhet beliggenhet beliggenhet - Ok. Veldig vanskelig å finne til tross for god beskrivelse fra husverten. Ingen hjemme da vi kom - litt for tidlig. Heller ingen hjemme en time senere. Vi ringte nummeret på skiltet ved døren, og ingen hjemme der heller. Og DA blir man sur. Plutselig dukket det opp en dame fra butikken tvers over gaten, og hun hadde dørkoden. I resepsjonen lå dørkort og wifikode og vi var blide igjen. Stort rom ned flott bad og deilige senger - på 190 cm. Utrolig flott og sentral beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen. Kirkeklokkene fra nabokirken lagde litt leven, men vinduene stengte bråket effektivt ute. Aircondition på rommet var veldig bra og klarte å holde norsk vintersoveromstemperatur. Skal dere til Nice? Ikke noe å lure på. Utrolig flott og rimelig sted.

• MartinS. (8/5): - Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, direkt neben der Kathedrale. Die Promenade ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel ist allerdings recht hellhörig. Sowohl Lärm von außerhalb als auch im Hotel kriegt man recht deutlich mit.

Despite proximity to the Plaza Rossetti and all the activities there, it was very quiet at night. WiFi was slow and erratic in our room on the top floor. Front desk is not manned at night so need to plan around that.

• Alix (10/5): - This place is amazing. Perfect location in the center of old Nice, with nice cafes and restaurants at your door step. Easy walk to the beach and nearby attractions. Place was clean and comfortable. Only 2 things to note - if you are a light sleeper it can be a little noisy at night from people outside partying, and there are a few stairs to walk up to your room. That didn’t bother us at all though. Would definitely stay there again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Dommage qu'il y ait du bruit dans la rue, la nuit - Nous ignorons si la chambre 2, au premier étage surplombant une rue très passante, est réservée aux clients d'hotels.com mais bien qu'elle semble très bien isolée par des fenêtres à double vitrage,, nous n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause du bruit de la rue - passages bruyants sous nos fenêtres, relayés par des conversations de couloir (en pleine nuit sans doute un départ ), puis par les ramassages de poubelles. Dommage, sinon chambre tout à fait confortable et esthétiquement irréprochable.

Ikke svært at finde - lige ved siden af kirken, med nr. 1 på husmuren og lille hotelskilt ved siden af indgangsdøren. Nattestøj - når man som vi helst sover med åbent vindue - fra råbende folk, spuling af gaden, skraldebil og -containerkørsel frem og tilbage samt klokkeringen fra katedralen (nabobygningen) kan hotellet sådan set ikke klandres for. Dejligt at bo i den gamle bydel af Nice.

• Karen (10/5): - A quiet, clean, minimalist-chic hotel that could not be more conveniently located. My one word of advice for both travelers and hotel management is that the hotel really needs to invest in opaque blackout curtains—the perfectly lovely linen curtains in my room did absolutely nothing to block out the hideous yellow glow of the streetlight opposite, which made it quite hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Beautifully restored. Very relaxing. Book a room at the rear of the property as the front can get noisy at night. Thoroughly recommended

We stayed in an comfort plus room on the first floor. Didn't find it noisy but it was the end of March but good double glazed windows

I did not have breakfast there because shops are just outside when you go outside of hotel. The room was quiet, clean & everything available. Internet perfect. Instruction as to get into the hotel after reception hours superb, the hotel called me, so I did not have to remember anything. The best !

• Michael (10/5): Like Your Own Apt! - Nice little boutique hotel with large comfortable large rooms right in the middle of the old city. I would definitely stay here again. Note that it is a bit like an Air BnB in that there is no front desk, but there is somebody there during the day and readily available by phone if necessary. It is a great little place and kind of like having your own apartment in Nice!

Popped on train to monte carlo for the day €7.50 return and a day on the beach in Nice. Hotel is a hidden gem.. Perfect if u just want a room and en suite... Right in thick of it.. Had room on front and wasnt noisy especially when window clised as air con on!

• Tony (10/5): True gem - Stayed one night with my 17 yo son. We were in Nice to support Northern Ireland football and found the location excellent, lovely food nearby and shirt stroll to promenade. Close to trains etc. Free Wi-Fi is great and the hotel has a lovely sun terrace. Room had a sofa with a flat screen TV, bed was comfortable and there are extra pillows. View out onto old town via large windows. Very clean and spacious, will definitely be back.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Hidden Gem in NICE - My husband & I stayed 2 nights at Hotel Rosetti. It was such a quaint hotel located in the heart of Old Town NICE. I throughly enjoyed the owners & they were so nice.
• Barry (10/5): Hidden gem in Nice. - My wife and I travel to Nice once a year and I chose this hotel because of it's location and how close it was to our favorite restaurant. The exterior door is nondescript and I was a bit worried actually....Then we were greeted and walked in...WOW!!! The inside was new and clean and modern. We got to our room where the flowers I requested for my wife were waiting and we let out another "WOW!". High ceilings, huge windows, new modern bathroom and perfectly comfortable. We will certainly be staying there in the future. Parking was a bit difficult but easy enough since there are many public underground parking garages around(about 20euro for the night). Remember, this is in old Nice and there is a lot of night life so it may be too loud for some.

• Verified traveler (8/5): A very clean hotel In a cool part of old town Nice - Hotel Rossetti is a very clean and cool hotel in old part of Nice. The minimalist rooms are well done. However, the noises from the street late at night can be quite irritating; especially on weekends. The yelling and screaming of people partying outside is incessant until 4 to 5 in the morning. Then the noise from the garbage crew starts. If you like/need peace and quiet at night, you should consider other hotels away from the old part of Nice. On the flip side, if you are into partying until wee hours in the morning and sleeping during the day, this hotel should suit you just fine!

The place was clean, modern with a new refurb, friendly and helpful staff, close to the beach and right in the heart of old town of Nice. Many restaurants around and within walking distance. Many previous reviews stated it was hard to find but we found it very easy and has no issues with this hotel at all. Rooms were also very spacious. Highly recommended!
