Hyvä ravintola hotellin yhteydessä. Erityismaininta karjalanpiirakoille ja munavoille aamupalalla. Suihkun letku oli rikki, hotellin yhteydessä oleva Spa on eri maksulla (tuohon hintaa luulisi jo sisältyvän), hidas vastaanotto.

- Katja (9/5): - Hyvän kokoinen huone. Super hyvät tyynyt ja mukavat pedit nukkua. Siisti ja kodikas huone. Monipuolinen ja maittava aamiainen. Hotellin ravintolassa todella maittava ruoka. Kiva oli istua myös baarin puolella lasillisella.

- Lorenzo (8/5): Very finnish stay - Just few minutes from the train station and from the city center. It is located near the river and recentrly renovated. Nice and clean. Gym is really small compared to hotel size and sauna limited hours divided between man and women. Food quality is good, very fresh.

Spa was okay but not so impressive with a two chilly temperated jacuzzi, steam room and experience shower (that shower was nice first time experience to me)

- Mikko (8/5): - Sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa ja kohtuullisen etäisyyden päässä keskustasta. Viihtyisät tilat. En käynyt spassa. Huoneiden ovien läpi kuuluu helposti melua. Kylpyhuone oli n 30 vuotta vanha ja se näkyi ilmeessä.

Kun saavuimme respaan meille kerrottiin, että spa on varattu yksityistilaisuuteen ja asiakkaan olisi pitänyt itse älytä tarkistaa tilanne kalenterista. Suuntaan marraskuussa jatkossa muualle viikonlopun viettoon.

- JuhoFIN (9/5): Visited multiple times - Have visited before and like to visit again. Enjoyed looking the waterfront eating a quality breakfast with a wide variety of everything from green to more delicious. Slept well in a quiet room. The gym room is very small with no windows.

- Jaana (9/5): Tyytyväinen - Ystävällinen palvelu. Siisti, viihtyisä. Ihanat Lumenen tuotteet huoneessa ja spaassa. Hyvä aamupala. Huonevaraus ei ollut tullut perille, pientä säätöä alussa.
- Martha (8/5): - Gutes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Dusche, leider wurde immer das ganze Badezimmer überflutet egal wie vorsichtig man geduscht hat, da muss man dringend was machen. Ausserdem war es sehr schwer die Temperatur zu regeln, da es nur einen Drehknopf gab und man nicht wusste was man für eine Temperatur eingestellt hat. Sollte nach meiner Meinung auch verbessert werden.
