• Klnstr_21 (2/5): Not a Fan - Checked in early, which was fine; except, the hotel stank. I do not know what kind of cleaner or air freshener was sorsyed but it was so string it was hard to breathe. Next, went to check in and was informed at the desk (on the app or any other method, that there would be a deposit. The issue wasn’t the amount, the issue was it was unknown. Thirdly, went to get a coke zero and a water. 1-they don’t take cash. That’s a problem. On top of that, it was $10. Why? Fourth, there is basically no sound proofing, so all night I would hear the traffic outside and the people in the hallway talking. So, there was very little rest obtained. Not a fan and will not be back.
• Janet (10/5): Very nice hotel with excellent accommodations. - New looking and sparkling clean. Staff was very nice. Air conditioner really worked! While my room was extremely easy to get to, it was adjacent to a meeting room. At 8 o’clock, it sounded like they were in my room with me. It must’ve been a good meeting, but sudden frequent clapping was startling. I would not recommend booking that room at a meeting night, unless you were sold out.
• Alan (5/5): Stay at the hotel nextdoor. - Good location, large room. The room and bathroom had a terrible smell. The breakfast looked good but tasted poor, even for a 3 star hotel. There are a lot of commercial truckers using this hotel; they take up all of the parking and you get woken up at dawn by diesel engines and backup warning beeps.

• Scott (1/5): This property is unkept unclean maintenance needs to be done to TVs air conditioners. There seems to be a mold, problem - It was close to the meeting that I needed to attend When we went up to the room, the TV was broken and did not work the hallways and the room that we were assigned smelled really musty like mold, the air conditioner was blowing hot and not cold. The TV would not operate correctly and work and the staff was very rude and not accommodating.

The electricity went out about an hour before check out. It made it hard to leave. There was no phone or light and we didn’t get to shower. A place like that show have a generator.
• rolando-Lega (10/5): Excellent place.. Free breakfast… questionable - The lady that checked me in was super friendly and helpful. I asked for restaurant recommendations and she gave me 3 options. Decided on one and it was great 5 ⭐️ for that. Breakfast… questionable the omelets seemed to be fluffy watery. Not sure how they procure them not the best flavor. There was an attempt for fried eggs, only one overcooked egg was in the pan not appetizing. Even the sausage link tasted like it had freeze burn. I hope they can improve on food flavor.

That fee was more than what I spent on the room. What am I supposed to do I had already paid for the room. I had to use money I did not have to spend on the fee!

• ryan (1/5): We didn’t stay we were there for approximately 10 minutes - We walked into a room full of roaches. Literally, they scattered my wife wouldn’t even sit down. We walked into our room and roaches scattered. Literally. It’s the first time in my life I’ve asked for a refund and checked into the hotel next-door.

• Kelly (8/5): It’s was safe, clean and a great breakfast! - Very clean Noisy people in the lobby
• Hanson (6/5): - Rowdy crowd of law officers allowed to stay outside until 11pm, and we were near it all. I guarantee they kept several people, like us, awake until midnight when we had to get on the road the next morning. This despite a text and phone call to the desk to ask them to put a halt to it. It doesn't matter if they are law officers, they should live by the same rules as others who are staying at the hotel.

• Sweet (8/5): Overall it was comfortable and nice, nothing was extra Special or elaborate. - Breakfast was very good and the Orange Juice was exceptionally fresh and delicious. Was not watered down or diluted. Every thing else was exceptional good. Easy access and plenty of seating area. Some wear showing in the bathroom in the tile grout, caulking in the bathroom, scratching or wear showing on the door and some of the furniture. Could use some touch up paint. Shower door leaked water onto the floor.

• Ann (5/5): I was awakened 3 times in the night due to very loud trucks and/or motorcycles. - My room was on the first floor, at the end of the hall. It was 30 yards from the 4 lane highway outside and I was awakened 3 times in the night by loud traffic sounds. I have stayed at this location before and never had this trouble on upper floors. Very upset about the poor night’s sleep.
• Christopher (8/5): - Location and friendly staff All amenities were not functioning, had to get help from front desk, for get television to work as well as refrigerator, the room had a stuffy type odor that we had to get air freshener to help eliminate, almost like maybe poor air circulation and air filter needing to be changed. All in all these items were minor and the stay was comfy and very pleasant. The room was clean and very neat.

But the rooms were clean and I would've liked a cheaper rate and my booking updated and my wydamn rewards placed back for the days for August and current with my days of staying last year and this year. The location is a good one, you can find places too eat, or buy car. But the holiday noise wasn't all that bad just the as stalkers, and harassers riding the loop and car lot next door but I can't wait for Smith county too arrest them. And I'm grant justice for all there is damages, illegal cult, terrorist actions.

• Mark (10/5): This is a very nice property and I will be back. - I’ve stayed at this property several times and the people are always very nice. The property is usually pretty clean and smells good. Every time I’ve stayed here the biscuits and gravy at breakfast are always cold. This past time I had a dirty hand towel hanging in the restroom when I arrived.

• ginawE9978XT (4/5): Noisy and stinks - Website says renovated in 2025...paint chipping everywhere so I don't know what they renovated. Also states 100% smoke free...our room reeked of smoke. Could hear the neighbor all night long, refrigerator extremely wobbly and not very cold. FyI. You will hear traffic all night long.

• travondah (8/5): Homecoming - Had to change rooms due to the tv but working and had some worn wall panels and spots need to be painted or wiped. We went to the room next door and it was better had problems with the TV again. Didn't want to come on then when it did come on it would'nt allow me to change the channels and then kept going off, tv channel selection are slim. But it was a pleasant stay once the upstairs neighbors finally stopped stomping and walking. The area was quiet and convenient front desk he made the accommodation and she made sure the request of cleaning the room was completed while we were out and about came back to a clean room towels stocked and the scent was refreshing love a good scent.

• kristywZ6910UF (6/5): Overall ok but rooms are musty smelling - Overall not a bad experience however we had three hotel rooms on two different floors for our family and all three rooms had a very musty smell. Smelled like a damp basement. For this reason, I wouldn’t stay here again.
