• Taylor (5/5): Damp mosquito room - Check in was easy, check out came with an environmental tax we had already paid for in our booking but had to pay again. Room had zero natural light, was damp and could smell mould. There was moisture absorbing sachets everywhere and the room very strongly smelt of incense on our arrival, obviously to cover mould smell. Mosquitos were horrendous! Had to wear repellant to sleep. Shower was luke warm and very slippery, i slipped over entering. Bass and noise from onyx club next door starts around 4pm and goes till late. Looks different to the bright, airey photos advertised.

• Mark (7/5): Nice hotel but would not recommend it simply because of the noise coming from the bar . - The hotel and staff were lovely. Our room was large with a nice balcony. Pool area also nice to chill in the afternoon. Did not like that you had to take dishes from your room to have breakfast, nowhere comfortable to sit and eat your breakfast and the fact we had to wash dishes afterwards. Not the hotels fault but there is a bar directly opposite that plays loud banging music until the early hours of the morning. . Otherwise hotel would be in a good location for visiting Playa Del Carmen .

Malo posezeni u snidane dole ( dva stoly, kazdy pro 4 osoby). Jidlo jsme si nosili nahoru do patra - pred pokojem jsme meli krasne posezeni, ale vzhledem k tomu, ze jsme byli se dvemi detmi mi vynaseni prislo neprakticke. Hodne hluku z protejsiho podniku, ale za to hotel nemuze. Je to v centru mesta, tak se nemuzeme divit.

Está junto a un bar que hace que retumbe la habitación cuando vas a dormir. Si buscas tranquilidad para descansar no es el lugar indicado. Aparte el desayuno no está mal pero no tiene nada que no sea dulces. Algo de pavo o jamón se agradecería.

Se encuentra frente a una disco, por lo tanto hay mucho ruido durante la noche. El desayuno esta incluido pero es muy sencillo (pan, mermelada, frutas). Hay muchas otras opciones más economicas que probablemente tengan las mismas comodidades.

• Dimitri (9/5): - L'hôtel est très bien situé pour les personnes qui cherchent la proximité des commerces du centre-ville. Le personnel est très attentif. La chambre et le lit sont de bonne qualité. C'est très agréable, une belle piscine sur le toit aussi, des arbres et de la verdure dans la cour intérieure. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant. L'hôtel fonctionne avec la blanchisserie, ce qui est fort pratique pour faire sa lessive. L'hôtel propose son aide pour payer le parcomètre si vous avez une voiture. La chambre est équipée d'un micro-ondes, d'un frigo et des quelques assiettes et couverts Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais si vous cherchez le calme, ce n'est probablement pas le meilleur endroit car il y a plusieurs établissements aux alentours qui ont une musique très forte dès l'après-midi jusque tard dans la nuit. C'est l'inconvénient de la bonne situation de l'hôtel au cœur des activités de Playa del Carmen. Avec des bouchons d'oreilles, pas de problème. La chambre était une peu sombre, ce qui est courant au Mexique pour les bâtiments organisés autour d'une cour centrale. Sur les photos cela à l'air un tout petit peu plus luxueux qu'en réalité

La piscina estaba cerrada por obras y no lo informaron claramente. Personal incompetente y nada profesional. Incluso me enfermé por estas condiciones y no hicieron nada, a pesar de que presenté pruebas. 0/10

Byliśmy przygotowani z zatyczkami i spaliśmy bez problemu. Śniadania które są w cenie niestety tylko na słodko i mocno ubogie.

Desde la llegada el personal fue muy amable, nos dieron la información necesaria y nos ayudaron con un inconveniente que tuvimos en la recamara. En las noches, la música de los antros cercanos se escuchaba muy fuerte. Yo lo solucioné con unos tapones para dormir.

• Alessia (7/5): - Posizione ottima sulla quinta anche se sulla fine, spazi esterni ben curati, stanza grande e con ogni comfort Si udivano rumori dalla strada, colazione scarsa, stanza poco luminosa
• Javiera (9/5): - Lugar muy limpio, ordenado. El personal muy amable y atento. Dejaban cafetera y café en las habitaciones para consumir cuando quisiéramos! El cambio de sábanas y toallas se realizaba a diario, nunca tuvimos inconveniente con ninguna de nuestras cosas. Poca variedad de desayuno.

• Marimoutou (10/5): Séjour au top - L’emplacement proche de tout les deux dames à l’accueil très gentille, la chambre, très propre et fonctionnelle tout était parfait le petit déjeuner super
• Mathilde (8/5): - Hôtel très bien placé, légèrement en recul ( rue perpendiculaire à la 5eme Avenue). À moins de 5 min à pied de la plage Petit déjeuner simple mais correct. Très très bon rapport qualité prix ! Bar en face l’hôtel avec beaucoup de raisonnance qui produit pas mal de bruit / vibrations dans les chambres (mais je pense normal au vu de la localisation de l’hôtel)
• Megan (9/5): A stunning and affordable boutique hotel. Stay here with noise cancelling headphones or if you’re hard of hearing for go - It was beautiful! A gorgeous pool and room and courtyard! The nightclub across the street bumped their bass ALL night long.

• Anett (10/5): Nagyon jól felszerelt, jó fekvésű tiszta szálloda nagyon kedves személyzettel. - Nagyon kedves, mindig segítőkész személyzet. 5. utca mellett található könnyen megközelíthető minden. Felszereltség szuper, kaptunk törölközőket, pipere holmikat, strandra törölközőt. Van alap edényzet, főzni is lehet. Képek szerint kvfőző, toaster, sütő, hűtő, turmix van a szobában. Egyszerű,de finom reggeli minden nap. Nekünk megfelelt egy hetet voltunk. Tisztaság van az egész hotelben. Közel egy nagy Chedraui ahol be lehet vásárolni mindent, kb 5 perc sétára van. Plusz: mosoda a szálloda mellett egy cég, mi igénybe vettük. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! A szemközti bárból szól a zene esténként és a basszus nagyon erősen áthallatszik, néha dübörög is. Ez igen kellemetlen az elején. Meg lehet szokni néhány nap után, de aki nehezen alszik, jó ha tudja

• Andrés Josue (10/5): Excelente lugar para ir en pareja - La habitación es amplia y cómoda La ubicación puede parecer buena por estar muy cerca de la quinta avenida pero en frente hay un antro lo que hace que las noches sean algo ruidosas.

• Marion (6/5): - L’emplacement est central, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer, la décoration de la chambre et de l’hôtel sont sympas. Malheureusement la boîte de nuit en face met la musique à fond jusqu’à 4h … Pas très agréable. L’agencement de la chambre avec la sdb et le toilette est également problématique car très peu d’intimité. La chambre au rdc ne nous permet pas d’ouvrir les fenêtres ou les rideaux.
• Nienke (6/5): Prima voor de prijs - Personeel was super! Ontbijt en kamer prima voor de prijs. Dit hotel is ideaal als je naar Xcaret of Xplore gaat. De pick up stopt voor het hotel Geen lift en erg gehorig. Konden niet slapen door de live muziek dit tot laat door ging

• Marta (7/5): Good accommodation - The location and rooms are great. Large, comfortable bed. The breakfast is insufficient.
• Michal (1/5): Do not reccommend, horribly loud. - We are used to noisy hotels and hostels, but the room we got was on the ground floor. By 23:00 the entire room was shaking from bass noises and we were not able to sleep. Unfortunately, the reception stops working at 22:00 and there isn’t a way to reach anyone from the hotel so we had to transfer hotels at midnight. We got a response from the hotel in the morning letting us transfer to a quiet room (meaning is was known the room is extra loud but we were not informed in advance), but it was too late. The hotel would not refund us.

• Maria (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente, con opciones para lo que necesites muy cerca. Algo que no está tan bueno es que justo en frente hay un bar/boliche con música muy fuerte hasta tarde, el hospedaje está super acústicas, pero así y todo se podía escuchar
• Andrius (8/5): - Rooms looked like in the pictures, all was very good. A lot of noise comes from the bar in front of hotel till 4AM in the morning. Hot water pressure is very bad - almost there is no water if you want to shower. Breakfest is very small selelction.

• Genaro (4/5): - Everything was great with the hotel staff / cleanliness / walkable to restaurants-shops. Only downside is that noise level from a club across the street is very loud and they closed at 3:00 am everyday /unable to get quality rest /sleep!
