• Hil007 (10/5): - Location excellent for City & airport. We stayed two nights before flying home to UK. We walked to a large mall, saw a film, and ate at Donde Mikel... all by foot. Early next morning Ubered to airport. Hotel security excellent. Breakfast good. Staff charming. Probably a 3* plus hotel, rooms excellent, double beds. Safe to walk during day & near all amenities. Staff, reception, security chap outside charming. A perfect end to a big trip.

• Sébastien (7/5): Hôtel simple avec belle déco et fonctionnel, très bonne localisation dans zona 10! - Lors de mon séjour dans Hotel Ciudad Vieja, j'ai aimé la cour végétale et luxuriante de l'hôtel, ainsi que le rooftop tranquille. La chambre était simple mais décoré avec du style et artisanat local. La litterie était bonne. Le mobilier suffisant et fonctionnel aussi. Le personnel très sympathique et serviable aussi! J'ai moins apprécié qu'il faille faire couler l'eau plus de 5mn pour avoir de l'eau chaude dans la douche (pas terrible en terme de gaspillage de l'eau) et qu'au petit déjeuner on doive choisir entre 1) fruits et céréales 2) omelettes. ce n'est pas obligatoire de faire un buffet petit déjeuner, mais j'aurai apprécié la possibilité d'avoir une petite assiette de fruits pour accompagner mon petit déjeuner salé, sans devoir choisir entre 1 ou 2.

• Kirat (9/5): Great, comfortable location to get back to the airport the next day. - The tropical plants outside the rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was tasty and quick. Bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was easy to get to. We were across the street from a nice restaurant. It was loud at night, but not all night - there seemed to be a group running around outside our room. Also, wish there was a vegan option for breakfast!

• Katharina (9/5): Super süßes Hotel in Zone 10 - Es war super und ich mag das Ambiente mit dem Garten des Hotels sehr. Das war schon der zweite Besuch. Es gibt zwei Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind recht dunkel und je nach Nachbarn etwas hellhörig. Es gibt in der Zone 10 Straßen mit mehr Restaurants etc. Drum herum, die mehr zum rumlaufen einladen.

• Eric (8/5): - The hotel is in a quiet area not far from the airport. The room was large and comfortable and fine for a day or two stay before leaving. The staff very very welcoming and pleasant. Easy to get an uber if you want to go anywhere in the city.

• Francisco Andres (8/5): - El personal del hotel es muy atento y siempre están dispuestos a brindar la mejor atención. El hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila y accesible. La ducha tenía una rejilla de desagüe que estaba dañada y sin percatarme me herí el pie con el metal. El personal estuvo atento y cambio la rejilla. Una de las noches llegaron huéspedes cerca de medianoche y estuvieron haciendo ruido por mas de 45 minutos, caminando continuamente en el pasillo frente a las habitaciones. Todo ello se escucha mucho en las habitaciones por si alguien es sensible a los ruidos.

Il faisait froid, le personnel manquait d’amabilité et le petit-déjeuner était médiocre, avec un café particulièrement mauvais. Le Wi-Fi était facturé par jour et a été ajouté à la note sans que j’en sois informée. Je m’en suis aperçue uniquement au moment du paiement par carte. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

• Sabine (8/5): Bonne adresse pour une première nuit au Guatemala. - Belle grande chambre, calme et confortable, personnel agréable. Restaurant en face de l'hôtel. Très joli patio. Au regard du niveau de l'hôtel et la proximité de l'aéroport on aurait espéré la navette aéroport gratuite.

• Fábio (9/5): Excelente custo benefício - Escolher a localização na Cidade da Guatemala é difícil mas com certeza esse hotel foi uma boa escolha. Fica próximo de bons restaurantes e bares. Facil acesso para o centro histórico de Uber. Fizeram para nós um adiantamento do check in o que ajudou bastante e essa boa vontade faz a diferença. O café é bom mas poderia diversificar mais.

• Astrid (8/5): Ideal para una noche. - El personal muy amable y atento. Las camas muy cómodas. El baño está muy mal diseñado. Está muy reducido el paso a la taza y también al lavabo. Deberían eliminar la cortina de la ducha y instalar una cabina de vidrio. Una recomendación para evitar accidentes.

• Kimo J Hood (10/5): Relaxing stay at a good hotel in Zona 10 - It was a very nice-sized room with a couple of comfy chairs and plenty of space to spread out. Clean bathroom as well. The interior landscaping makes for a relaxing environment and there's a nice terrace if you want to relax and enjoy the weather. Don't be put off by the fact that there's a security guard outside and barbed wire around the perimeter. This is Guatemala City and that's normal. I always felt safe in the area, even at night. That said, it is several blocks off the main stretch in Zona 10 so just be cautious and you'll be fine. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was served from 7-10 and was quite satisfactory. All good. Would absolutely stay here again.
• Lynn (10/5): - What a beautiful historic hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We had a lot of luggage and they all helped with moving it. There is a nice security guard at the door. And we had a very early departure (5:30 am) on our last day so the lady at the desk offered to make us a meal to go since we would miss our free breakfast that day. We received a ham and cheese sandwich, chips and cookies in a sack lunch😋. And the early desk person brewed us coffee too.

• Douglas (8/5): Excelente hotel para descansar - Es un hotel que guarda ese ambiente acogedor y tranquilo Creo que la terraza es bonita pero un poco insegura para los huéspedes ya que no no hay una valla que impida que una persona o un niño pequeño pueda caer de la azotea a la zona de parqueo . Esto es un tema de seguridad tanto para huéspedes como para el personal que trabaja en el hotel .
