• Anastasia (10/5): - A great guesthouse in a quiet area of ​​Santa Cruz, yet a 5-10-minute walk from the port and a street with restaurants. They took my requests into account and gave me a quiet room on the top floor. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and the care for guests – free coffee and snacks in the common area, free snacks and water in the room. The room had everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A big thanks to the staff. Belen is super friendly, speaks excellent English, and was incredibly helpful in planning our stay on the island. Thanks to Belen, we felt like at home. The hotel also offers laundry service for just $4 per kilogram wash/dry, which is very helpful, as the humidity makes it difficult for your clothes to dry.

It is located very quietly hence no noise during our stay. Every is reachable in 5 minutes e.g. Habour for day tours, supermarkets, restaurants. We enjoyed the stay a lot. N/A
• Julija (10/5): An absolutely wonderful stay! - I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel while traveling solo. The location is excellent, and because the hotel has only a small number of rooms, it feels very private and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. Room was beautiful, comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The swimming pool area is absolutely lovely and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was that the hotel has its own boat, which made it incredibly easy and enjoyable to take boat tours and visit the beautiful islands nearby. It was a fantastic advantage. A special thanks to the reception, incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The owner is also a very kind and warm person, which truly adds to the friendly and personal atmosphere of the hotel. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

The breakfast was delicious and started early/before excursions. Taxi from and to the airport is included, which is a plus and saves you USD 30 each way. Bathroom a bit small, but is functional, so not a problem

• Benji (8/5): I do recommend this place - The room is spacious. I liked that hotel picked me up from port of the island ( 40 km away from hotel ) to the hotel, pick and return is included as part of their service. They do have contacts to organize tours, which is a pity since I did not know about that. There a free mini snack bar, water and coffee to take. Room is very clean. I felt home and safe in this hotel. The room is not properly isolated, so on my first day of arrival, i was very tired and needed to sleep to get some rest, but I could not do this because I could hear a child outside. The bed was very good to sleep on, however, the pillow is a bit too hard to sleep on.

• Lax (2/5): Avoid this place - it is pricey and the staff is unhelpful. You can do a lot better with your money. - Very good breakfast cooked by a kind lady. We were the only guests in the hotel during our 3 night stay! Water filling station to avoid buying water in plastic bottles. Extremely expensive for what we got and especially given that this was clearly at the end of the peak season. Unhelpful and lazy staff could not get us a schedule for the ferry from the Santa Cruz port to Tortuga Bay Beach and back despite several requests. They turned hostile and the 4 of the staff members ganged up on me and my son, making us feel unwelcome there. The manager was extremely rude beyond comprehension when we'd mentioned that the receptionist was not able to answer a simple question. We had to call the tour company that organized our tours to get that information.

• Horacio (10/5): Great location, and amazing staff - The location of the newly refurbished hotel is perfect, very close to the main street, pier and food kiosks. Breakfast starts early at 6AM so you can make it before you leave for the many island boat tours. Digital bracelets enable front door entrance, room and safe access. Good A/C, TV and WiFi connection. There is a small fridge in the room, along with refillable water bottles that you can fill besides the pool (there is also a coffee station). Also there are a couple of cloth backpacks, you can get some groceries from the supermarket by the pier. Byron and Marco made sure we were comfortable and also fulfilled our transport to Baltra airport. Wish we had more than 4 days to stay
• Karen (10/5): - I am a middle aged woman travelling solo. The room was perfect and secure. The pool is not designed for lounging in the sun, but great for a dip. Tortuga Bay is about a 45 minute walk on a well maintained path. When you get to the beach, go to he right and walk to the end where you’ll find a path through the mangrove and opens up to a calm pool like swimming area with shade trees and great snorkelling. Very safe to venture out anytime to explore the town, enjoy some wine and walk home.

• Simone (10/5): Perfect cozy home for our stay in Puerto Ayora - Absolutely perfect boutique hotel. Recently renovated impeccable and spacious rooms. A cosy courtyard with a pool and little spaces to relax. The location is excellent few minutes walk to the pier of Puerto Ayora for all excursions, the closest to the walk to Tortuga bay and a lovely restaurant next door. Byron the manager was attentive to every request and accommodated all our requirements including a generous early check in and helped with all sorts of recommendations. A complimentary pick up is included and was perfectly organized. Really could not ask for a better place.

The junior suite was gorgeous and the staff so lovely! They even gave our friend a personalized complimentary gift for her birthday! Great dinner and drinks recommendations also from the staff! The mini bar in the suite was also complimentary and had free tea and coffee by the pool! Also lovely breakfast! Thank you for an amazing stay! Nothing!

Please leave tip. Everyone was extremely friendly. Rooms are very nice and spacious with GREAT AC. Perfect distance to Charles Binford Ave.

The Santa Fe is central but just far enough away from the main streets to be quiet. it is beautifully designed, with a little pool and pleasant seating areas. We had a deluxe room with a comfortable balcony. The room had a fridge and free snacks. The breakfast was good and the staff really helpful. We had laundry done and the hotel stored a suitcase for us while we went on a cruise. We liked everything.

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, service and breakfast provided. Location is very close to the Tortuga Bay and also very close to downtown without any noise from the city. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us with any task or question we had. We needed laundry and it cost us two or three dollars with full service and delivery to the room. The room was very nice with everyday cleaning services provided. Overall, highly recommended place to stay.
