A localização, a garagem nas proximidades, o edificio, o quarto, o chá, café e aguas de cortesia, o pequeno almoço muito variado, a simpatia de todos os funcionarios e recomendo! Também gostámos muito dos welcome drinks, no bar. Obrigada! Não percecebo porquê que está a ficar na moda as WCs não terem bidé...é muito desconfortavel... Tive imensa pena do SPA, nomeadamente a piscina ter estado 2 dias em manutenção, pois tinha contado com essas comodidades para a minha estadia, por questões de saude...Contudo, o hotel ofereceu o pequeno almoço, que nao estava incluido e pudemos ficar com o carro ate mais tarde na garagem. Também acho que falta uma sala de estar para os hóspedes à entrada, em vez de uma cadeira e uns bancos no meio do corredor que tem pouco espaço..De resto, tudo top e voltarei...( mas telefono 1⁰, a saber se a piscina está operacional)...

The following the days we went out for breakfast. The breakfast room itself was very pleasant otherwise. As above . Along with poor swimming pool facilities. Sauna door trimming hanging off, pool water jets not working giving an atmosphere of scruffiness.

They apologized because they didn’t have a room with a view available but what can you do 🤦🏾♀️. The room was a touch small but the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was solid. Location was perfect, central to everything. The staff was so sweet and truly made our stay what it was.

It was conveniently located, near shops and restaurants, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. After a long day of touring we were so appreciative of the easy dinner where the staff Bruno, Pedro, and Margarida were friendly, attentive and responsive.

- scousemac (8/5): A nice hotel which is central for most sights - The NH Collection Batalha is a centrally located hotel with good facilities. It is clean. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good without being outstanding - for example the tea required a tea pot and the cooked scrambled eggs were rather overcooked! Our bedroom was clean and had all the amenities we required, and overlooked Batalha square. Though central, we had no noise. The important aspects for us was a clean, comfortable hotel which would be central to key sites of interest. The NH Collection Batalha provided that.

- PennyMoe (10/5): Give This Property A Try - I spent two nights at this hotel as part of a group tour with Globus Journeys. It was a very comfortable room with plenty of space. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and easy to get around in. However, while taking my last shower, I looked up and saw mold growing on the ceiling in the shower stall. I had an adequate breakfast at the hotel. Nothing special, just the usuals. The elevators were slow. As for location, I'm not sure. The neighborhood looked a bit run down to me, but I really didn't have a chance to get out and walk around or to use transportation to reach attractions. Yes. I would stay there again while in Porto.

- Irina (9/5): Неплохой отель, если цена не превышает среднюю, за дорого я бы посмотрела другие варианты - Удобное расположение в центре, рядом остановки и достопримечательности. Недалеко супермаркет SPAR, кофейни, магазины, на площади перед отелем была ярмарка с прекрасными ремесленными. При регистрации в отеле дают купон на приветственный напиток в баре на каждого гостя - портвейн был очень вкусным. Номер по акции стоил очень недорого. Две раковины в ванной комнате встретишь нечасто. Недостатки есть, но поставлю 9, так как стоимость номера приятно удивила. Лифт медленный, в пиковый сезон будут очереди. Номер небольшой для троих, чемоданы некуда разложить. Вид из окна был не очень, выходили окна в тесный закрытый переулок, при этом там разбирали какой-то старый хлам по утрам, и поэтому из окна шел запах затхлых вещей. На ресепшен работает один человек, обслуживание медленное. Пол в душевой был очень гибким и прогибался даже под маленьким ребенком. Дверца душа не закрывалась плотно, поэтому вода выливалась на пол.

The location of the hotel is very good, in close proximity to local attractions and amenities. The room and general furnishings were a little tired, showing signs of wear and tear and could have done with a refresh at this price point. The first room we had on arrival had a significant amount of mold in the shower area and after contacting reception, we were promptly & courteously offered an alternate, which was better, but didn't feel very fresh.

Consiglio di prenotare le camere che danno non sulla piazza, sono più silenziose. Ci hanno permesso di consumare la colazione in una saletta vicina alla sala colazione assieme al nostro bassotto (cosa non scontata in Portogallo). Bravi! Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante dell'hotel e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Personale molto disponibile e gentile (a parte il ragazzo alla reception il giorno dell'arrivo). Parcheggio a pagamento in un loro hotel a circa 200 metri di distanza. Ci tornerei volentieri. Affollamento nella sala colazione (mancavano spesso le tazze per poter fare il cappuccino e bisognava attendere anche 10 minuti per averne una); all'arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema in quanto la camera da letto prenotata di categoria superiore in quanto con vista aveva il condizionatore rotto che faceva un rumore insopportabile. Abbiamo riscontrato il problema non appena entrati in camera ma il ragazzo alla reception si è dimostrato piuttosto ostile e non collaborativo volendo chiamare un tecnico quando era evidente che era impossibile soggiornare in quella camera. L'hotel risultava pieno ma per incanto hanno trovato una camera disponibile (piccolissima, non potevamo aprire la valigia) ma con un terrazzino delizioso con vista sulla piazza.

The rooms need some maintenance - in both our rooms the windows did not work properly (could not be closed or opened fully), the air-condition did not work properly. But it was not a complete disappointment, just small things that could be fixed for next visitors!

Location is excellent and our room was overlooking charming Batlaha square. Check in was very smooth. I very much appreciate that you can find space for your belongings in the room and the room doesn't look messy. Here you have enough space for your things. We had 3 suitcases and you could place them that they were not in the middle of the room. Guest relation was very welcoming they prepared welcome note for us. We also received small sweets from them which was very nice. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast.

Ample breakfast buffet with a wide selection of fresh fruit, veggies, cheese, meats and breads. Excellent customer service from everyone, especially Miguel provides pleasant service at the bar.

Everything in the hotel is very nice and everyone is very kind and hospitable — especially the people at the front desk and Miguel at the bar. Overall worth a visit, when in Porto!

- 311hunterc (10/5): Honeymoon in Porto - Trusting any property with your honeymoon is a big ask — but the NH Collection in Porto rose to the occasion and then some. From a gorgeous room overlooking the plaza to a complimentary glass of Port wine at the bar (served by Miguel who is an absolute gem to talk with, his life journeys are incredible to hear about) — it's easy to say we'll be back, again and again.

Great service, friendly staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and special for us. Alice at the front desk helped us get situated and Miguel at the bar was a ton of fun! Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Porto
