- Rosa (5/5): Comfortable bed and spacious room, but underwhelming service, limited amenities, and a few cleanliness and convenience i - The bed is comfortable. The room is a good size. When we checked in, the customer service did not wow me. I had to ask about shuttle service and they only have one shuttle to the airport at 6am, our flight departs at 10:00 ams so we will be taking an Uber, instead of the the shuttle. I was not told about any of the amenities aside from the pool. The bed sheets, pillow cases, are dingy white. There was no hair dryer (which I worked around, I ended up washing my hair the day before so that it could air dry).

As soon i open the door smells like old. Ceiling fan doesn't work either, the toilet doesn't flush properly. The door makes a lot of noise every time the ac goes on and off. Very bad experience.

- Erika (5/5): I took a quick shower and i slept rather well. - The room was nice and spacious and the location pretty good. We did not take breakfast because it did not really look inviting (it looked like some fast food advert) but maybe we were wrong, we could not figure out exactly because of a lack of communication. The staff was very polite. 1. THE COMMUNICATION: the free shuttle i requested at the booking process (and confirmed by e-mail subsequently) was nowhere to be found at the Airport of Hermosillo after I landed (my flight was on time and the request + instructions i gave were exact). When we finally found the Hotel the staff at the Reception did not speak English at all (in a Hotel everywhere in the world one would expect some basics). The bathroom was clean but in a minimal way not enough to permit a nice long bath (the reason why i took that room), there were problems with hot water too...we just took a quick shower there were previous stains and some water ducts were rather clogged. There was a party going on in the yard during the night so people were yelling outside for a little while.

- Raerius (5/5): Revisa la habitación antes de pagar. - Tuve muchísimos problemas en las 48 hrs que estuve, afortunadamente estaba el director comercial (José Luis) quien, en serio, necesita un aumento porque este review pudo haber sido muchisisisimo peor, gracias a que intervino no pongo una experiencia Pésima sino Aceptable. La recepcionista que nos recibió el día 28, la encargada del bar de la alberca, el encargado de facilities todos muy bien, atentos, serviciales y mis felicitaciones para todos ellos. Recomiendo ampliamente revisar primero la habitación y el termostato antes de pagar, podrá parecer muy "Karen" pero según lo vivido en esta experiencia probablemente deberías hacerlo para evitarte un mal rato en un lugar al que literalmente: vas a descansar. Necesitan capacitar a su staff, es un hotel, cuando el reglamento interno afecta a los huéspedes estamos MAL. Empezamos mal: El cuarto que nos dieron inicialmente tenía el termostato con el botón de encendido volado, siendo Hermosillo una ciudad donde el clima es extremo no era opción quedarme en ese cuarto, por lo que solicité otra habitación. El día 28 a las 11:30pm llegamos al hotel (que tiene una distribución tipo motel: caseta pegada a la calle y un largo camino hasta las habitaciones (aprox 150 metros a la primer habitación y unos 400 metros hasta el fondo) Oh sorpresa, el vigilante de caseta (Israel) no dejó pasar al conductor de DiDi, le comenté que veníamos muy cansados (Todo el día estuvimos fuera visitando familia y en eventos) y dijo que las reglas no permitían el paso, por lo que nos obligó a caminar desde la entrada, llegué a recepción enojado a quejarme y el recepcionista usando el celular sin voltear a verme al inicio le dio la razón al guardia, lo cual hizo que me enojara aún más y le dije abiertamente lo ridículo que era su reglamento. En la mañana detecté un fuerte olor a orines añejados en la cama, decidí que ya era demasiado y fui a hablar con el gerente (normalmente soy bastante comprensivo, sé que no todo será como en las fotos de Internet, que no todo va a ser perfecto y estoy bien con eso, pero ya eran más de 3 strikes.... Resulta que el gerente no estaba però sí el director comercial, hablé con él sobre todo lo sucedido y muy atentamente me ofreció disculpas y el desayuno de ese día, no tengo quejas sobre el y creo que es el MVP de mi estancia, pero me asusta pensar en que si no hubiera estado él, algún miembro con pésimo entrenamiento de trato al cliente me hubiera hecho pasar más corajes. Ya hablando con el le comenté que sinceramente me sentía estafado y que de primera mano se me ocurría la devolución total de mi estancia, pero me ofreció una nueva habitación, lo cual acepté y me ofreció además a alguien del staff para ayudarme a mover las cosas, lo cual se me hizo aceptable, el nuevo cuarto estaba bien, una suite cerca de la alberca.
