- Jason (8/5): - Had a one night stay here. Room was sufficient and quite large. Many dining potions nearby and everything is at walking distance including the night market. Staff at check in was pleasant. However. staff at check out seemed miserable. It was as if she was forced to work there.

- venkat (6/5): - We got what we paid for basically Location was near to Lee garden / clean and spacious room / decent shower / no coffee tea / good Aircond BUT THE BIGGEST ISSUE I MUST HIGLIGHT IS THE NOISE FROM THE CORRIDOR AND THE ROOMS NEXT TO OURS AS THE SOUNDPROOFING IS EXTREMELY BAD AND YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE TALKING

- Verified traveler (8/5): 3D2N family stay - Is fine for family trip with car, although walking distance to town not so far. Right in front of river and few minutes walk to Kan Eng Restaurant. No breakfast and coffee making facilities but room is big and clean with wooden flooring. Air cond good condition( looks very new) Bathroom with bathtub. Sound proof poor — can hear those teenagers voice middle of the night and flushing sound of toilet can be heard from neighboring room. Oh but service is good- I got 2 room connected, parking guard was helpful and service desk flexible because I extended one more night. Fast check in and check out.

- CHRIS (8/5): Good location comfortable stay - We had a pleasant one night stay over. The room was clean comfortable and then 10 minute walk to the railway station. It's purpose idea where the front desk staff do not speak English.
- Ng (8/5): - The water heater at the room is not very functioned. When turn to middle (between red and blue dot, it mean is warm water but i get is cool water). I had tried many times, but it seem the water heater got problem. Others service i am very satisfied. It is a nice hotel.

- Sek min (8/5): Comfortable stays ! - Reasonably good location with shopping centers within walking distance, courteous staff & clean room. Only regret with no tea-making facility in the room. Though a flask with hot water was sent to the room upon request, it was never the same with a kettle in the room for our convenience. All hotels in this region which I had visited provide a kettle in the room.
- MOHD HAFIDZ (8/5): 2 nights stay at Hatyai - The hotel location is a bit far from Lee's Garden, the favourite tourist spots for Hatyai thus the quiteness guaranteed. The hotel was good in accepting us but there is one issue, the deposit of passport for guests. I think this is not the normal practice around Asia but it happens here in Hatyai. Other than that, there is also no room service.

The location of the hotel is superb with lots of eateries and easy accessible to major attractions . Definite it is a pleasant stay at The Color Hat Yai .

The map show near to D- garden, but waking need about 15 min and above and streets lighting no good , actually is not safe. Tu Tu service need walk out from hotel only have . Seldom have tutu wait I front of hotel like De garden hotel. For me I will not come back the stay again .
- Chris (6/5): Bad Massage - Booked 2 hr 600 baht oil massage thru front desk. After 1 hr 20 min Bo says she's finished. I still give her the 600 baht without making a fuss but then she wants a tip. Toilet water level too high for males to use. Otherwise hotel is good to excellent. Limted secure indoor parking.

- Grace (10/5): Excellent Stay! - The staff allow me to check in early, and the room was spacious and clean. Price is very reasonable in a town city, walking distance to the Famous Dimsum. They also have few tuk tuk standby in front of the hotel, the fee also very cheap for each trip. Highly recommended.

But its do not provide coffee/tea making facilities, which I found this is not convenient for my kids, I need hot water to prepare their drink. Hair dryer is not fix in room; but this can be request from the housekeeping. 15 minutes walking distance to Lee plaza and night market. Tuk tuk is always available in front of the hotel. Approximate 30Bhat/ pax.

Many food stalls and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel bell boy by the name of "Pong" was very polite and helpful. Will come back again.

- Kelly (10/5): Great Hotel - Very satisfied with The Color Hotel but nearby no shopping area. Just min out to main road got a lots of good foods like Tim Sum to enjoy. We need to walk about 10-15 mins till Lee Garden area where 3 shopping malls are nearby.

Extra complimentary water request is turned down but obliging on extra pillows. Room not tidied in time on day 2, although given advance notice to receptionist in morning. My room was the last to be cleaned in whole floor which is after lunch; inconvenient as that was the time when we wanted to rest. I can see that they are understaffed so could probably explain this.

Walking distance to shopping district and Wi FI was good. Park my car in a good security surrounding with guards to watch on 24/7. Visited there from Sept 29 - October 02 2015. The pax of 5 made up of 1 Malaysian and 4 Singaporean was all contented, happy and fully satisfied....and it is value for money be it for business, family or just a getaway.....to all staff of Color...thank and keep up your excellent service and attention.....cheers Ray & gang of five!

No breakfast or tea/coffee provided except for mini bar and two drinking water. 5 minutes walking to the heart of city so it was quite peaceful at night. Overall, the hotel is ok to me.

- Lee Ying (8/5): Overall good stay for a quick getaway - Hotel clean and in good condition. The location are ok, not that bad as located just a bit distances from the town. One downside if that, in the room, there are no water boiler, you will need to head all the way down to the reception to get hot water.
