• VICTORIA (10/5): - We got upgraded to a bigger unit. Nice, clean, spacious with a kitchenette. Bunk bed in separate room. Automatic blinds are a nice touch. Everything is perfect. We had very good experience at the hotel. If I had to change something, it'd be the vents. The small room is fine, but the main room? The AC blows directly at the master bed, especially at the head. Hard to sleep with cold air blows at your head. We will definitely come back though. Good beach, good property, good people, good service. Can't beat that.
• Lien (8/5): - Staffs in the front reception are very helpful and attentive, go about and beyond helping with every aspect during my stay , room is very clean, water bottles are well stocked, I was told swimming pool is closed for renovation,( oops I didn’t read the fine prints,) breakfast was very limited food choices, over all the hotel is ok ,

Everything else was amazing.😀 please note: Daily reflexology is ONLY part of the hotel name and not an included amenity that comes with your room. You will have to book by appointment at hotel spa. I was informed about this confusion on arrival and the staff was very accommodating and comped my hotel reflexology spa treatments.

• David (4/5): - This is one of the more expensive hotels in the area. It did not have an iron. I asked multiple times and they didn’t bring one. The remote for the tv was out of battery. No dining options other than breakfast. Pool is across the street. They have a bar there but is not in service. I recommend staying down the street closer to My Khe beach. More restaurants and closer to things to do.

Reflexology and breakfast were overwhelmed and not available, however after providing feedback to the hotel we were upgraded to the zen rooftop access, which was fantastic and a service I’d pay for upfront if I stay at this property again. Staff was very responsive so overall I was pleased with our stay. One note: the pool is actually across the street and it would be best to try to book the reflexology service well in advance or it may not be available.

Breakfast anywhere any time works really well around your schedule. Would highly recommend this hotel and if returning to Da Nang this will be our preferred hotel option.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Stayed 2 nights in an Ocean Suite with Zen Club privileges & foot reflexology while on vacation with family. The hotel is across a road from the beach. There is a staff on duty to help guests cross the road to the swimming pool, which is on the beach. The pool is not huge, but by most accounts (from reviews) much better than the "bathtub-size" roof top pools in other hotels. The Zen Club on the roof top offers a good unobstructed views of the long stretch of beach, which is lined with hotels. It's a good place to relax and enjoy a drink and some snacks between meals. The suite is huge, but the bunk bed was in an enclosed room with no windows, so our daughter chose to sleep on the large sofa instead. The breakfast spread was sumptuous, and the complimentary foot reflexology was great. Just be sure to book in advance because slots fill out very quickly. However, for some reason the water would not drain properly in our bathtub/shower (there was no separate shower) and we'd be standing in ankle deep water while showering. Housekeeping sent an "engineer" who after spending 15 minutes in the bathroom concluded that it was OK. We were told it was flowing, just "slow",

Special thanks for the free upgrade to the ZEN package, definitely being amazed with the roof top view and the breakfast, coffee break, as well as the cocktail section, wide variety of food and drink with great quality. The complimentary foot reflexology is fabulous. The gym is well-appointed, except the yoga class can be more interesting. Chill and relaxing stay. Definitely will come back again.

Also, could hear noise once in awhile from room above and below. Great views of the sea and mountains. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast very good, with one comment on the punctuality of delivery when in-room breakfast is ordered. Hope it can be improved. This is a hotel which I want to return. Special compliment and thank to Huyen for her sincerity and service.

The rooms are large, clean and tastefully furnished and the kids loved the bunk beds. The staff are friendly and sweet. The pool and its bar are great. The complimentary daily foot massages are next level amazing. The gym is well-appointed and there is yoga, including aerial yoga. The only drawback is the surrounding beach of Da Nang really needs to be cleaned up. It's pretty dirty. We didn't mind too much as we swam in the pool and had a great time. I think the city of Da Nang needs to do something about this though as a holiday destination. But I cannot recommend Fusion Suites enough. Great place to relax with kids.

• Tony (10/5): - If you don't want remote then Da Nang city is a great choice for a family holiday and as a mid price beach side property Fusion Suites as a base would take some beating. Had 6 Nights with my wife and 2 teenage boys in a large penthouse 2 bedroom apartment. All the staff were excellent though we were really well looked after by Jorge from Galicia, a true hospitality professional with whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Recommend the Zen Club benefits package as breakfast 7-9:30, coffee break 12-3pm and happy (cocktail) hour 4-7pm is taken on the 23rd floor rooftop inside/outside lounge with spectacular views.
• familyoffour (6/5): comfortable hotel close to beach but noisy - We stayed in an Ocean View Suite with our two children. The view was amazing, and room comfortable. The children had their own bunk room with sliding door. Small kitchenette (fridge, small hob, kettle, sink, cups, cutlery but no cookware provided). Hotel buffet breakfast was reasonable - egg station, asian foods, cakes, fruit etc. We also had a 'candy board' left one evening - haribos, cupcakes and toffee apples. Beach and pool area are nice. Need to cross the busy road to get to both though hotel provides someone to help you cross over. Friendly staff at pool. Plus points - hotel is comfortable, friendly and the view is great from the higher floors. Beach and pool are both good too. We also got a free foot reflexology each day which you could either have on the spa floor or in your room. Negatives - distance to central Da Nang. We took taxis each night to find places to eat as not much nearby especially for children. Noisy road, especially when sitting by the pool, and at night. Hotel is nice and comfortable for a quick stopover/beach stay but wouldn't stop longer than a two-three nights. Da Nang itself doesn't provide much in way of entertainment and the hotel is a way from the centre.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Good Hotel for Health - We were upgraded to a corner view suite which was spacious and had a great view over the ocean and mountains. The pool was across the road but once you are there it is quite tropical. We all loved the free foot massages and I highly recommend them. We didn’t get to try the silk aerobics but it looked fun. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful.
• Kandice (10/5): Highly recommended - Our room was spacious and fit our family of 5 easily. We stayed for a total of 4 nights. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very easy to get taxis in front of the hotel. The pool was across the street and could use a little bit of updating but it didn't affect our trip. The beach was easily accessible just steps from the pool. There was an attendant to help you cross the street from the hotel to the pool. The breakfast was really good and we looked forward to it each morning. The area is not that walkable, new buildings are being constructed on almost every available corner along the beach so it's nearly a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest convenience store. The downtown city area is only a 10 minute cab ride away. The foot massages were also great. The rooftop bar is really only for Zen members during the day but it opens up to the rest of the hotel guests in the late afternoon. Microwave, fridge and bottled water was available daily.

They gave us a free room upgrade and paid for our taxi back to the airport. The daily massages and Zen Club food deal are a must! The employees are so friendly and make an effort to get to know your name. I want to come back in the near future with my family.

Some speak better English than others but overall everyone who works here speaks enough English to understand your needs. I highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant. Although it is priced higher than the local restaurants, the quality of the food was better. The front desk upgraded our room to fusion suite and the view was spectacular. Also, take advantage of the complimentary foot massage! One thing that wasn’t so great about this hotel is the cleanliness in our room. I found two pieces of hair in one of the bunk beds, but overall amazing hotel and would stay here next time I visit Danang

Da Nang is a great place but they need to start paying attention to the environment an get litter bins set up so that the less environmentally conscious visitors.

There was loud karaoke on the beach in the evening but it didn’t disturb too much; nevertheless to apologise the Hotel gave us a free transfer in limousine to our next destination! Can’t Complain.

Service is excellent! They took a lot of initiative to make my stay as awesome and fuss-free as it could be especially once they noticed I was travelling on my own.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Hotel with pool near beach - Fusion Suites Danang Beach provided our family with a great experience. The hotel staff was excellent. Our initial room had a large, comfortable bed and a bunk bed for the kids. We were later upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. Both rooms had plenty of room for our family and great views. Our children loved the pool and enjoyed playing on the beach and in the waves (though you can't swim too far out due to riptides.) The service was excellent and many restaurants are a short taxi ride away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we noticed they spoke a range of languages to be able to assist guests. The pool was a great place to relax with lots of shaded loungers. The pool tiles were worn and may need to be replaced. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and the rooftop bar. As it is at the less "developed" end of the beach there are many local restaurants but not much else in walking distance. It was easy to take a taxi trip towards the river in the evening. There was no issue of construction noise for us, but there was a lot of noise until very late at night from the bars across the road.

The hotel is a bit secluded from the town areas and their is not much of choice for nearby restaurants unless you would like to attempt to try a very busy seafood restaurant next door or the hotel restaurant. We got upgraded to a penthouse on our last night. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but gets very busy.

They constantly looked out for things that they could do better. Area around the hotel was not so convenient. You would need to take a cab out to the city centre. Lack of mirrors in the gym.

We booked the ocean suite that came with the foot massage. The view from the room was breathtaking, we could see the sunrise from the room and the entire coast line of the da nang beach. The foot massage was amazing as well! Highly recommended!!!
• happy mom (10/5): Wonderful staff makes it a 5 star experience. - We had the best time in Fusion due to the people who work there! Everyone is genuinely helpful and happy. Having a toddler with us, makes traveling a little tougher but with Fusion and their professional team, we found it pleasant all the way. The suites are perfect for a small family and for days where we just want to laze indoors. Food is good and the pool and service by the pool excellent!
• Tak Shing (10/5): 100 points hotel service - The breakfast is good. I like the Vietnamese cold black coffee, traditional and very dark, my favorites. The room is a ocean view suites, with lots of space, and small kitchen. I didn't cook because there are many nice and cheap restaurant in Da Nang. There is no point to cook yourself. There is a 45 minutes complimentary foot massage, but you have to book early, coz always full. The staff in the hotel are very kind and considerate. When I am waiting for the Grab car at the entrance, the boy gave me the raincoat coz it is raining heavily, and he knew I was going to Ba Na Hills. When I found the coffee is too light, the manager brought me an espresso.
• Danielle (8/5): Nice hotel close to the beach - From our room, we could see the beach and Son tra mountain. The pool is right in front of the beach. You can chill by the pool and still be near to the beach. Staff speaks English and were friendly. Food is great. Apart from breakfast, we had lunch at the hotel as well. The variety is limited but the food served was excellent. Part of our stay includes foot reflexology everyday. It was great after a long walk outside. You will need to take a taxi or grab taxi if you wanna go out to the city. Save more if you use Grab taxi. Around 10 min ride. One thing I don't get it is my hotel room toilet door. Can't seem to lock it.
• Qing (10/5): Excellent stay in Fusion Suites - We had booked a chic studio and an ocean suite for this trip. Both rooms are nice, clean and comfortable with very beautiful sea views. We are pleased with the complimentary breakfast every morning, very good service and food. All served fresh and good taste. They are mostly Western and Vietnamese style. Besides that, every guest has complimentary foot massage everyday with advance booking, either done at the spa or the room. Their skills are good, felt refreshing after the massage. Hotel facilities are good too, like they provide shuttle bus to Hoi An with reasonable price, infinity swimming pool just across the road and direct access to beach. The most impressive part of the hotel is their staffs. All the staffs are very friendly, polite and professional, even though their English command are limited but they are still very helpful. They made us feel like home, really happy with their service. Overall a very good experience!

• Katy (10/5): Fab views from rooftop bars, suite was great - Great hotel, with a pool and right by the beach. Check in was easy and they gave us a free upgrade to a suite with a beach view. The suite was cleaned each day and beds made. We were also give 2 bottles of complimentary water each day. The pool is right over the road and by the beach so you have easy access to both. The breakfast had a great selection, with cereals, cakes, breads, fruit juices, yoghurts and some hot dishes (mainly eastern, rather than western tastes), fresh pho and a cheese and salad selection. There are plenty of local fresh seafood restaurants nearby and the staff can help you get a taxi into the main city (there were always taxis waiting outside when we stayed).The rooftop bar served great cocktails (somewhat pricey compared to other bars, however you pay for the view and it is very much worth it) - if you go in the early evening it is happy hour and buy one, get one free so totally worth it! Free WiFi however it was patchy in coverage and often slow. Overall, a fab stay.

Hotel suite was excellent and breakfast was great They helped in every way and arranged a taxi to Hoi An for a reasonable cost.The taxi waited in Hoi An and then took us to the Airport
• Verified traveler (6/5): Below expectation - Include a foot massage but that was only available next day 2pm for which we checked out already. Forced to give up of course. Food in breakfast not seems fresh.
• Ed (10/5): Amazing staff - My wife and I stayed in Da nang for 5 day at the Fusion Suites. It was a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again. When we arrived we were upgraded to a ocean view room which was amazing in size and with a view to die for. The hotel, rooms, facilities etc were all first class. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. The location of the hotel is right on the beach with a great pool right across the road. However was a little out of the way, which isn't a real problem as there are always plenty of taxis to get you around. I left the best to last..."the staff" what an absolute amazing group of young men and women, there was nothing that they wouldn't do for us. They were all over everything from dinning and bar options in the city to the best cafes, or places to go site seeing. They organised everything down to holding up traffic while you crossed the road. We had a 3.40pm flight out so we had to kill a few hours after we booked out at 10.00am, but the staff wouldn't hear of that so they allowed us to stay in our room for as long as we want for no extra charge. When it come time to leave they insisted they take us to the airport in the hotel limocab free of charge. So would we stay there again, in a heartbeat. Great hotel, great staff and great location. • Rob (10/5): Nice hotel opposite beach with very friendly staff - Fantastic hotel , very good facilities and very friendly helpful staff. Up and coming resort and building work has just started next door so this will have a noise impact
• Diyana (10/5): Close to the beach and seafood restaurants. - Mattress is too soft, but this is the best hotel customer service so far we ever had. Our kids enjoy the pool and the white sands on the beach.
• Philippe (10/5): Superb hotel building. - What a nice stay we had, my son, my wife and myself. The hotel is brand new, the location is ideal (few meters away from the beach), and what a staff !!!! We met very nice, smiling and friendly people, always willing to improve your stay and please you. This region of Vietnam is rich in ancient sites, there so much to see and visit. Even the city of Danang is interesting to discover.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel close to the beach - Upgraded upon arrival which was nice. Room had an awesome view of the beach and the buffet breakfast was great. Location wise is not close to the city and had to taxi it a few times back and forth.
• Ben (8/5): Great service, great hotel! - I can't say enough about how nice the staff was. They went our of their way to accommodate our needs. Even the last day, after we had technically checked out, we had a medical emergency that needed attention. The on site manager and nurse took care of our injured party and even drove him to the hospital and stayed with him the entire ER stay. Long, the onsite manager, didn't have to help or do any of this, but he did and it was very appreciative. The pool and foot massages were great!
• Stella (10/5): Great hotel with a beach view and nice staffs - I highly recommend this hotel. I spent 2 nights at this hotel with a room which has a gorgeous beach view. The room was clean and the staffs were so nice. My trip in Danang was perfect with this hotel. I absolutely would visit here again if I have a chance.
• TVo (10/5): Nicest staff, excellent condition hotel - We travelled with a one year old boy and their suite was perfect for us because our boy could have his own room. Everything is very new, clean and modern. The room view is phenomenal. We couldn't hear our neighbors but we could definitely hear the noise from above us. So that's the only minus I could think of. The buffet had a lot of choices and they were very good quality. We definitely ate a lot! After all being said, the staff are what set this hotel apart. They always smile, showed us where to eat, took us across the street, called an on site nurse for us when they learned our baby got sick. They always went beyond their duties with a smile. Thanks guys!

• Jamie Huey Min (8/5): Comfortable and friendly stay - A comfortable stay with very spacious suite and hotel staff are very friendly and polite. It's just right on the beach but Dec is always raining so we can't swim in the sea, would be perfect for hotter season, not much dining options around but there are several seafood places along the stretch. Easy to get concierge to get taxi and so it's easy to get to anywhere with it. Paid for breakfast when we were there as my booking did not include breakfast and it was a decent spread. Attentive service when we order the made to order eggs as they were able to know where we sit and serve it to us. Only issue was the bathroom as it will get wet after a shower as water seeps out from the bathtub, it would be good if they can perhaps solve this issue with shower curtains or something. An enjoyable stay nevertheless.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Out of this world customer service - Airline misplaced our bags. When we arrived, the hotel staff offered shorts and T-shirts for my whole family. They even sent their staff member to accompany my husband to the airport to pick up our luggage the next day. They even paid for the taxi even though the lost luggage problem was not their fault.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Glass wall of gym dangerous - The hotel was great but when I went up to Level 2 I walked right into the clear glass wall/window of the gym because it was so clean and you could see right through it so it looked like a door opening. There was no curtain / safety sticker. I still have a bruise a few days later. The duty manager handled the situation very well and was very apologetic and said there was normally a curtain pulled in front. However what was disappointing was when I went back to Level 2 and it was exactly the same. I strongly recommend you put safety stickers on the glass and if you don't then this is to let other customers know so they don't walk head first into it too.
• Sau Han Mary (10/5): Wonderful seaview - Wonderful experience. The hotel was great ! The view in our room (ocean suites) was superb ! It was raining heavily the first day so wen decided to have our first dinner at the hotel restaurant in the rooftop and it was good! The restaurant can hv more variety of food though. Free yoga classes! The foot reflexology was so-so I might not include that in the package next time. Free shuttle to the vincom centre. Taxi to the city centre was easy and not expensive at all. Daily shuttle to Hoi An (not free). The staff speaks so many different languages, cantonese, mandarin, Japanese, Korean and of course English. Would recommend my friends to stay here!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Simple design but nice hotel - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in which we have been warm welcome by the friendly attentive staffs. There is no need to stand and queue at the check in counter but instead they lead you to the sofa seats and bring it to you. The staff will also then personally walk you up to your room and explain to you the facilities in room as well as sending your luggage to the room. The staffs at the lobby are generally very helpful as well where they have been giving us really good idea on where to look for good local foods and coffee, attractions and things to do nearby. Not only that, we also realized that the some of the staff could speak Japanese as well, bravo! As the swimming pool is across the street at the beach, there would be staff leading you to cross the road should you visiting the pool during the opening hours. Satisfied with the stay overall and definitely recommend it.

• Mei Yi (10/5): Amazing view with 6 star service - Stayed 2 nights here with my two girl friends. The room is clean and tidy with everything you needed. The room is facing the ocean and the view is simply stunning. We can't ask for more wake up with this view. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are capable of different languages ie english, korean, japanese, mandarin and cantonese. I am very impressed. They have arranged limo service for us to Ba Na Hills which is a day tour and then dropped us at supermarket so we can do a little shopping before heading to hotel. It is really convenient and save us headache for searching around. Hotel provide free foot massage, gym and yoga classes. My friends and I did the yoga class in early morning which is very refreshing and charge you up for the day! The swimming pool is situated across the hotel beside the beach. It is a little bit small tho but the view is amazing! Also, there are lost of seafood restaurant just down by the hotel and they are so cheap! We spent one night eating there and the other night we just bought the take away and enjoy the meal at our room! We really love the staff there being so helpful all time. How they welcome you when you first arrive the hotel and how they send you off from their hotel. We cant ask for better service than this! My friends and I will definitely stay there again!
• Roy (8/5): Nice hotel close the the beach - Hotel is at a nice location. Generally pleasant except for minor issue during check-in and restaurant booking, giving the impression that the front desk is not on par with the rest of the staff's professional quality. The dining constantly produces food which surprised me with their quality - thumbs up. Hotel is generally nice, but can forsee it may age fast considering the volume of visitors, and the not "top quality" material used in construction - it's beginning to show. However, would still recommend this hotel, no doubt.
