- Hadas (10/5): Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and authentic experience - The hotel is really fun, the staff are lovely, and the public onsen is absolutely amazing. The food was nice, and the lobby with free coffee and soft drinks was a great touch. We booked a room with a private onsen cabin, but in hindsight we would have chosen a regular room since we ended up not using the private onsen at all. Also, both breakfast and dinner are served in traditional Japanese style, and there isn’t really an option to order something more Western for breakfast

- Adi (9/5): Wonderful stay for family - The onsen was nice! The staff was kind and helped with different inquiries. The location is really close to Tateyama station and the hotel provided shuttle for free as well. They have a big kids land and ufo catcher are. The kids will definitely love it and will spend their energy there. It’s a bit on the pricey side for the facilities and service that they have.

Public bath is big, and there are many zones, including the outdoor. Variety of food on the set meal. The playground is huge and kids love it. Need to replace the table tennis bats and balls.

- inoue (6/5): 宿はいいけど、マナーの悪いお客さんに注意不足 - お土産売り場のスタッフさんの方がオススメの施設や いつこんなのがありますよと教えて頂けたのが良かったです。 あと、食事もアレルギーを伝えてて変更してくださったのですが ダメなものがあって伝えるとすぐに交換していただきました。 カラオケルームの隣の喫煙所にカラオケルーム利用者か分かりませんが たくさんおられて、喫煙所の中で飲まれてたので入る事ができなかった。 あと、お酒の缶やゴミが散らかってて次の日になっても片付いてなくて不衛星だなと思いました。 マナーの守れない人がおられると行きにくいなーと思いました。 しっかり注意をしていただきたいです。

The staffs were helpful, the hotel is clean, the onsen is large with different pool options. Shuttle service to the Tateyama station is a plus. A bit pricey as the hotel is a bit dated. Unless you are driving, it can be hard to travel around.

- Thais (9/5): A peaceful hotel in the mountains with excellent food and a superior onsen - A spacious and peaceful place nestled in a mountain village, 3km up a winding road from Tateyama Railway Station and the start of the Tateyama Kurobe Transalpine Route. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to and from the station. It was old-fashioned in some ways, but that added to the charm, especially in the onsen which was one of the best I have experienced in Japan. The food was excellent and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

- Chiharu (8/5): 合宿所をリフォームしたホテル - 翌日の立山アルペンルート観光のために宿泊。立地がとても良かったです。晴天で星空観察ができ、満天の星は最高でした。8月末までの花火サービスも楽しかった。スタッフの方も親切で良かったです。 食事。量は多かったのですが、豚肉は臭みがあり、タレも市販のものの味で残念。ブルーベリー漬けの長芋は、安っぽいブルーベリー（ガムとか）の味がして、なぜこれを？と感じました。建物の清掃も、廊下のガラス窓が汚れていたり、カーペット汚れなど気になりました。
- ?? (10/5): - 夕食は創作和食でした。懐石料理は食べきれない事もあるのですが、どの料理も適量で美味しく食べられました。 また、チェックイン前に荷物を立山駅で朝の送迎バスに預けられないか問い合わせたところ、快く引き受けていただき助かりました。 おかげで安心してアルペンルートを楽しむ事が出来ました。 別邸での宿泊で部屋に温泉があったのも良かったです。全てが完璧で満足です！ 次は紅葉の時期にお邪魔したいと思っています。

- Daniel (10/5): - One of the more pricey options for accommodations in the area. They provided a shuttle service to and from the alpine station, which is great, as the walking is not was a realistic option as from what I could tell, there was no walkable path to and from the hotel from the station. During my stay, there was not much around the hotel, so we were mostly confined to within the hotel during our stay. Our room was for 4 people and was fairly large. Our room did not have beds but futons instead, which I personally did not like but others did. The breakfast and dinner we got was very nice and most unique meal I experienced during our trip, providing great traditional Japanese food with great variety for both meals. The public baths here were the best during our trip. The baths were large with both indoor and outdoor baths. The Outdoor baths provided great a great view of the mountain which was very nice. they provided yukatas for guests but even the largest men sizes they had were too small for me, but my shorter family members said they were nice. Staff provided explanations and set our schedule for our next days trip to the mountain which was nice. Our stay here was a little pricey, but for the dining experience, good Onsen and location, our stay here was well worth it.

- Chirayu (10/5): Exceptional - Hotel is only 10 mins by car from Tateyama station where you can take a wonderful Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine journey. We stayed in a very spacious, clean and comfortable Japanese style bedroom with a beautiful mountain view. Although the shower room is small, it is well lit, comfortable, and has a strong shower stream. Japanese dinner and breakfast are excellent. We also enjoyed onsen and open bath facilities. Worth mentioning is the warm welcome by the hotel staff. -
- jonghyeon (10/5): - 다음날 다테야마 호텔에 숙박했는데 날씨가 안좋으니 무로도에 있는 호텔에 머무는 의미가 없었습니다. 모리노카제 호텔에 2박을 머물렀다면 더 좋았겠다 싶네요. 캐리어도 보관해주시고 무료셔틀도 있어서 이동하는데 불편하지 않고 직원분들도 친절하고 조식석식도 좋습니다. 추천합니다.

- Kim (10/5): Nice room before the Alpine Route - Very helpful, friendly front desk staff. Helped us pick out yukata. The room was clean, small and had a portable bathroom installed like on a boat. It was only a standard twin, so I think those are all expected. The view was excellent, as were the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. It was only an overnight stay before embarking on the Alpine Route, so very acceptable.

- Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing hotel, good food and great onsen. They will bus you to and from the hotel at no extra cost. Great stay before taking the tateyama alpine route. Staff are very kind and helpful. If you're staying over a lunch period you will need to find a way to the station and back. As the food options are nearly none by the hotel.

- Xin (7/5): Fantastic staff - The staff were really nice. I really like this place because of the staff. They went above and beyond for me. Also definitely a good stop if you're doing the kurobe alpine route. I went off season, so it was too quiet. It was way too quiet so it became slightly less like a holiday atmosphere. But the staff were amazing people.
