• Radvilė (7/5): Good location. Friendly staff. Outdated amenities. - Location was great. The staff were amazing - friendly, warm and helpful. I was offered a welcome drink, which was lovely. The building is dated and the rooms definitely need a renovation - the phone, the mini fridge, some lamps were barely working.. Furniture were old, bed was not too comfortable.

• gerryhF2434YO (8/5): A nice hotel in Blok M Jakarta. - I was in Jakarta to visit Kebayoran Baru and Blok M. This hotel was a good accommodation option for the region. It has easy access to shopping, restaurants, warungs, and transport. The rooms were large enough, clean and cool, with views, and the beds comfortable. The hotel offers a nice breakfast and a pool. The staff are professional, engaging and helpful.

• Robert (1/5): Never book through booking for com pay the extra 5 bucks they are zero help if you have an issue. - Tried contacting the 101 darmawangsa 10 or 15 times once arrived at the airport to arrange transportation and could not get the hotel to respond or answer the phone via WhatsApp. I ended up getting a taxi to the 101 hotel near the airport and booked a room at the 101 airport hotel instead so I ended up paying for two hotel rooms at two different locations because they can’t answer their phone. They refused to refund my money for the room even though it was the same hotel chain. I will never book through booking.com again they were impossible to get ahold of and were zero help. Matter of fact I was never able to get ahold of booking. Nothing

Staff were great, the room was very clean & best of all the location was excellent. The hotel is connected to a mall, which is very convenient. The only two things that could be better are the gym & the laundry service charges. I think, despite having a promotion at the time, charging one US$/piece is too much. Other than that, it's an excellent city hotel in a great location.

• Garuda60 (7/5): Prima hotel, dicht bij een kleine Mall - Kamer is rustig en staff erg vriendelijk. Verblijf op basis van half pension, ontbijt en avondeten, buffet. Overwegend Indonesische gerechten, Indonesisch is op zich heerlijk, wel veel van hetzelfde. Sota Ayam was er bij avond maar ook bij ochtendbuffet. Westerse produkten schaars: bijvoorbeeld geen gezond volkoren brood, geen yogurt zonder toevoegingen van suiker, overal zit suiker in, lastig om een suikervrije of suikerarme gezonde maaltijd te maken. Geheel van maaltijden doet gedateerd aan, mag wel wat moderner en gezonder.

• izzatullaila (4/5): Poor facility maintenance, unsatisfactory front office response, and poorly maintained room conditions - I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There were several serious issues that significantly affected our comfort. On the first day, the shower in our room didn't work at all - only the lower faucet functioned. A technician came to fix it and explained that the lever to switch between the faucet and shower was loose, requiring a "special trick" to operate it. This kind of solution should not be acceptable at a hotel. That same evening, the shower malfunctioned again. This time, the technician said the wall would need to be broken open for a permanent fix. We requested to be moved to another room as this issue was seriously disrupting our activities. Despite the technician communicating our room change request, the front office refused, claiming the only available rooms were of a higher class than ours. Eventually, they emptied a room belonging to another guest who had left their key at the front desk (even though their checkout wasn't until the next day). Only after confirming that guest wouldn't return were we finally relocated. Ironically, the hotel claimed the replacement room was "the same class," yet it was clearly smaller and lacked the bench at the foot of the bed. Poorly Maintained Rooms: - First room: bathroom light above the mirror was broken - Second room: mold on the bathroom wall above the shower door

• 672didar (10/5): Friendly Staff, Great Drinks, Excellent Stay! - I stayed at THE 101 Jakarta Sedayu Darmawangsa in October 2025 with my friends, and the experience was genuinely excellent. The hotel has a warm and modern atmosphere, but what truly made our visit memorable was the service at the bar. We were served by Daffa Lutfianto, one of the bartenders, and he was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and really knew how to make us feel welcome. His drink recommendations were spot on, and the cocktails he crafted were some of the best I’ve had in Jakarta. You can really see his passion for hospitality. The bar itself has a relaxing vibe perfect for winding down after a long day and the overall service throughout the hotel was consistently great. From the cleanliness to the staff professionalism, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, especially if you get the chance to be served by Daffa!

The service is very satisfying, Pak Imron at front desk gave us good experience upon check in process it was very good. The food in the restaurant is really good taste.
