My only complaint is the smell of marijuana around the lobby area. I’m thinking people are smoking outside the building. Maybe designated areas should be farther away.

The building is in an excellent location and well maintained. The property manager should note that the AC units need to be cleaned as the one in room #319 coughed up a lot of gunk - over a long period of time - when it was turned on.

Cameron (8/5): Well located and well thought out suite which was great for our stop over in Wolfville. - Location was great, views onto the water behind the building were lovely. The suite used the space extremely well and had everything we needed for the night. Sofa bed wasnt most comfortable but that was to be expected. Not necessary to use underground parking as the outdoor public free parking was just round the corner and had plenty of space.

You could see the mattress has “broken down”, the sidewall sagged so badly I kept slidding off the side of the bed. This bed is only comfortable for one person.

Tamara (9/5): Quiet beautiful room which allows pets. - Location was in a perfect location to get to my meetings. Room is beautiful and has all very clean. View was on waterside of hotel. Long walking trail with a beautiful view. Has a nice patio to sit on. Unfortunately there was no parking onsite, big downfall for me. No parking signs all around and on side streets. I paid for parking and was told the parking was for students not guests. I did ask why was I charged for parking and there is none, she indicated I would get reimbursed.
Diane (6/5): ok but quite a few obstacles - Location perfect. The conveniences, proximity to shopping and restaurants was perfect. The room had everything one needed, coffee, toaster, etc There was a bad smell in the room when we arrived and each time we entered it was quite potent. It was hard to figure stuff out, how to get in, how to use the heater, the shower, the wifi. There should be an information card to help walk through things. Also we lost the internet at the 6th inning of the Toronto /Dogers World Series and couldn't continue. That was extremely disheartening.

I was only here for a couple of days but every room has a kitchen with all of the expected amenities, and there's coin laundry on site too. Right in the middle of Wolfville and an easy walk to plenty of restaurants and shops, and also right on the walking trail along the water.

Would be nice if parking was included in the price. The stove top should have instructions on how to use as it wasn’t easy but is something that can be figured out with patience. Also black spot was noticed on the bed comforter- I believe it may have come from the air conditioner.

We were on the 3rd floor, so an elevator would have been nice for transporting our luggage. The drop off area is not very large and 3 vehicles were occupying it while we were trying to unload. That was very frustrating, as we had been traveling for a week and had quite a bit of luggage and our medical equipment. (We are seniors)

Washburn (6/5): - Beautiful room. The bed was comfortable. There is everything you need for a stay away from home; dishes, towels, coffee,sort of thing. Beautiful view from the balcony. Clean! This would be different for anyone for sure. But the drop off location is a drive in, then back out of the driveway. Which was challenging because: great that you have lots of people using your rooms, but it gets hectic when there are 3 or 4 vehicles trying to drop off sort of thing, and zero street parking available. The indoor parking is a perk for sure but not worth $25/night. With zero guarantee parking for the large number of units, your parking should be included. No elevator was an issue for us as our health is not good. But this was something I was aware of. So if stairs COULD be an issue, do not even try. Better to get a more accessible place.

It was on the third floor and we needed to use the stairs to walk up and didn't know if there was an elevator to help with the luggage. The room was very clean and spacious. The shower definitely needed instructions to operate but overall the property was lovely and ideally located.

Elodie (6/5): - Propreté Nous n’avions pas de draps pour le canapé lit alors que nous l’avions demandé. Nous avons tenté de contacter le service client par l’application sans succès.
Carter (10/5): - Great spot, great location. The only downside is the tiny parking spaces under the structure, we got a door ding last year.
Kateřina (4/5): - WiFi was good, location is fine Our room was not set up for three people as per our booking, but only for two. There were missing towels and bed sheets for the third person. I sent 3 emails all together but recieved no response. I guess if you don't have to deal with any issues, this accommodation is fine, but there is absolutely nobody to provide any information or help, although they say you can contact them anytime via email. Well, you can contact them, but don't expect any help or response. Would not stay again.

Sandra (10/5): Perfect quarters for our stay in lovely and lively Wolfville. - Every convenience needed in a compact unit right on Main Street in Wolfville. Difficult to figure out “high tech” shower without directions. Could have used recycling receptacle.
Pamela Tortorelli (2/5): - Huge parties, smashing and running in halls, screaming and drinking in halls, never followed through on request for investigation, never responded to concerns.
Chantal (8/5): - Sécuritaire-spacieux-joliment décoré-très fonctionnel-lit confortable-tres propre Climatisation bruyante et la ventilation qui arrive directement sur le lit et sur nous. Impossible de dormir avec la climatisation. Donc, obligé de la fermer et d’ouvrir la porte patio pour dormir. Des instructions seraient utiles pour faire fonctionner la TV. Avons seulement reussi a l’ouvrir sans la faire fonctionner.
John (6/5): - Location is wonderful, walkable to many dining and shopping options and close to Wolfville’s great wineries! Very clean, modern unit; true to its name and description, this is definitely a micro living establishment with minimal unit space and no amenities. What we, and other guests we spoke with, experienced which contradicted the advertised features, was relating to being pet friendly. Understandably a barking dog is a nuisance to neighbours, but the attitude displayed by the employee who informed us that our pet was upset by the banging of hall doors by the housekeeping staff in the hall, was unacceptable. As we fullly expected from a hotel with no amenities, we had no choice but to take out breakfast a few doors down and even hung our door sign indicating no servicing the room was necessary. We returned immediately to our room, but did not appreciate the attitude of the hotel caller.

Angela (10/5): - Excellent location - very clean and comfortable A few of the older ladies had difficulty figuring out the shower
Maureen (8/5): - Liked the no fuss check-in and check-out. The shower could be improved, the water comes out thru the doors before you can get in. Had a granddaughter with me and got soaked trying to help her wash her hair etc.
