- ANITA (10/5): - The hotel is located near Taichung park with easy access to public transport, restaurants and two night markets. They offer onsite parking and free bicycle rentals, both on a first come first serve basis. The daily breakfast has a selection of Taiwanese and western items which changes daily. They also offer snacks , tea and coffee in the afternoon to late evening.
- Tokuzo (6/5): - 中華街の夜市に近いホテルとして選択。やはり、ビジネスホテルなので、それなりの設備と内容だった。しかもウォシュレットが設置されてなかったので、ショックだった。 再び行く機会は無いだろう！
- Tommy (10/5): TaiChung Stay - One of the best Hotel we stayed on this trip. Breakfast was the best part. Hotel is clean but old, but workers are nice. Even when I don't speak mandarin, we were able to communicate via google translate. Free laundry service which was a plus. Ice cream in the lobby, Tea eggs were a hit. When I was waiting for cloths to wash and dry, I was able to sneak in an egg or 2 plus the snacks and drinks available until mid-night.

- CHUNG-YING (8/5): - 房間大小適中（2大2小），有提供嬰兒床這點真的加分，隔音似乎有加強空間，我們也挺擔心小孩會吵到隔板（幸好沒有）。 大廳另提供點心吧至半夜12點，但內容幾乎為餅乾零食類，個人認為可有可無，另飯店有停車場及特約停車場，check in時剛好看到飯店後面有車出入飯店停車場（表示停車場還有位置吧？），不確定是否需預約才能停此停車場，anyway ，如其它評論寫的，服務人員也是直接讓我去使用旁邊特約停車場（是線上平台專屬嗎？）。 飯店離一中街夜市步行約10分鐘，若以地點來看真的是值得再入住的飯店 取之評論，回之評論

The staff are great and the breakfast is good, however, they do not serve tea, which is strange, so bring your own teabags. Free parking is a bonus if you are driving. Central and very convenient for Taichung.

The included buffet breakfast has both local and international food options. The staff was friendly. Only concern is the late check-in time at 5pm, instead of the usual 3pm. And I wish there were some English channels

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 整體皆很舒適的旅店, 服務人員很優渥跟貼心,還有提供暖心的點心及飲料,茶葉蛋好好吃,這些都有特定時間開放給客人們自行取用,開放式餐廳寬敞的共用空間很舒心,房間隔音良好,床墊舒適,館內還附有健身房等設施,早餐的選項多樣化算不錯呢,旅店對面有便利商店跟一些餐食店家,如果要到一中商圈需步行約7-8分鐘內的路程,其實散散步挺好~下次來台中也會考慮這家不錯的旅店唷!!

- tzu-hao (8/5): - 個人是在hotels.com訂房的（4人房附早餐才NT$2510），原本爬文看到蠻多負面評價，還很擔心，但是入住後才發現，這樣的價位根本CP值爆表，大廳居然有提供免費的點心吧到晚間12點，房間裝潢新穎，乾淨舒適，但也正是因為價位低造成入住的房客素質參差不齊，明明說明全區禁煙，在走廊還是聞到煙味，這是唯一需要改進的地方，希望繼續努力，下次來台中玩還會考慮入住。

- June (8/5): - Loved: The location - near Yi Zhong night market (fabulous angel fried chicken & Po Luo Bun there). There is also a night stall selling street food right next to the hotel at night. The hotel is big and spacious. Love the bathtub & huge toilet. Improvement: Staff can be really unfriendly giving black face when we have questions. Also, bedsheets is dusty which we called for assistance and a rather disgrunted man came over with annoyance on his face. He help to replace the bedsheets but we can see he is hating every minute of it. He also did a poor job as the bedsheets look really unkempt after he replaced them.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel also provides saline which was very helpful as I forgot to bring my contact lens solution. Overall a nice stay!

- Kevin (8/5): Taichung Clouds - Location was a little far from the train station (but we knew that and was willing to walk as we rented a car the next day) so be prepared to walk but it is in the middle of 3 different night markets so have to see what you’re looking for. Counter staff weren’t the friendliest, mostly smug and rude but there were a couple that were nice, the non-guest interacting staff like the cleaning ladies were even more friendlier. Room was a good size and comfy.
- Arthur (10/5): Great hotel to stay in Taichung - Check-in was fuss free, although front line staff can do better (more smile perhaps?). Locations not superior, but it's just a 10-15 min walk to Yizhong Shopping District. Facilities, wifi signal and room are excellent, breakfast buffet spread was good too. Definitely will consider this hotel if I'm back at Taichung.

- Sean (4/5): Could be nice... - Even with nice looking hotels, it really comes down to the guests and the staff. That said, this place has nice rooms for sure. However, the staff wasn't very helpful when it came to stopping other guests from smoking in their rooms/bathrooms (which will make your room smell like smoke immediately). On our last night there, we were woken up at 6:45am by the smell of cigarette smoke flooding into our room. We called downstairs to complain and we were told "it is too early for us to do anything about it." I've never experienced that kind of neglect of a guests complaint before. Anyway, bottom line is that while this hotel looks nice, stay away.
- on nei annie (6/5): Bad service - I am sorry to tell most of the female receptionists (day-time shift) are very unfriendly and unhelpful. I will not come again and will not recommend this hotel to any friends. When I asked them how to go to the destination I am planning to go, the staff told me to use the google map. When I asked for the road map, they said they don't offer. I am shocked that the telephone in the room can't make any calls, so I popped down to the receptionist for help, the staff said the room telephone can't work, if you want to make any outgoing calls, there is one pay phone near the canteen. It is absolutely rediculous, I have never ever come across such bad service in any of my travel. TOO BAD EXPERIENCE !!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Spacious hotel, unpleasant attitude - The hotel room was big and spacious. Everything looks new. However, attitude of staffs wasn't pleasant. During our stay, there was no water for 1 night and was only resolved the next afternoon. Hotel staff didn't inform us when the problem arises. It was only when we tried to get help then we were informed that other guest have longed reported the problem and it affected the whole hotel.
- Sean (10/5): Just Great - We stayed in room 1209, was absolutely beautiful for the price, spa bath tub, extra seating area, great wifi, breakfast was good and there is free tea and coffee all day. About 25 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to main shopping area. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Two nights family trp - Chose this hotel mainly because I've booked driver for the 2 days I stay in Taichung. Took the deluxe room with bathtub and shower. Need to walk abt 20min to yichong area so probably stay nearer to Xitun area next time if no driver. Value as it included free breakfast and 24hrs free coffee , small biscuits and ice-cream. There is also tea leaves eggs when I came back hotel around 8-10pm at night . Too bad ve to pay twd150 for every one hour that I'm late for check out .
- Alexander (10/5): Well-located hotel exceeding my expectations - The hotel is well located in the older downtown area, at 10mn by taxi from TRA Taichung Station (or 25mn by foot for those who love to walk). The famous Taichung Park and Zhonghua Rd night market are less than 5mn away by foot. The hotel is well designed throughout, guests are served free snack and coffee tea in the lobby-level cafe until midnight. Buffet breakfast is lovely. My room with a view was spacious, elegant, comfortable, and well-appointed. Soundproofing could be a problem but if guests in neighboring rooms are quiet it's fine.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice & unforgetable hotel - It is a new hotel in the Taichung old town but conveniently accessible to the Taichung mrt (10 mins drive) and new town. 1 min walking distance to Zhonghua night market but not noisy at all! Friengly staff; nice coffee from 7am until 12mn and hotel provides free flow tasty snacks. Breakfast is average. New hotel, cleanliness is tip top and please note the shower head is extremely powerful! Love it so much!

- Grant (8/5): Very nice hotel - The breakfast was just okay, and the area leaves some things to be desired although there is a park and a night market nearby. The air conditioner didn't work well in the room, but otherwise the rooms were extremely nice and the service was excellent.

All amenities are new in the hotel rooms. Really friendly staff at front desk and they stored my luggage for free. I really liked the free self laundry service and the buffet breakfast!! Definitely will stay here again next time!
