Bathroom maintenance needs attention. No hot water in the hand basin. Breakfast was just adequate. Local bar in front of hotel has loud music some nights.

• Leanne (8/5): Great Value in Sanur. - Great spot for the price. Two of us had the two bedroom villa - perfect for our stay. Quiet place all round, yet in a great location, close to everything. Breakfasts were great (made to order) and the pool and surrounds were also good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend if you are looking for value.

• Zuzana (10/5): - Ubytování je v pěkném prostředí s menším bazénem, ale i přesto že byl hotel obsazený, tak byla volná lehátka i bazén. Snídaně byly výborné, formou výběru z menu. Pokoje čisté a dostatečně veliké. Každý den úklid a výměna ručníků. Milí personál, chodily tam kočky, ale nikoho nerušily. Kousek na ulici s mnoha restauracemi. K moři to bylo cca 7 min pěšky. Půjčili jsme si tam kolo a tak jsme mohli vyzkoušet i vzdálenější pláže. Podél pláže je pěkná pěší i cyklo stezka. Vše bylo OK

• Chern (9/5): Enjoyed my stay - Nesa Sanur is 10-20 minutes walk to the beaches in the east, and is smack in the middle of restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, ice-cream stalls, you name it! It's easy to hop onto trams to get anywhere around the coast (Trans Metro Dewata tracks them in real-time, convenient app!). Good room cleaning service, responsive operator. Breakfast is hot, because it's made upon order. At night, live music from the pub next door plays until 1130pm -ish, I am lucky to be a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me, but it can bother visitors who sleep earlier than that. The instant coffee that's free for breakfast is... meh.

• Jason E Toohill (10/5): Nesa - value for money! - We stayed a month at Nesa Sanur and found the location fabulous, our upstairs room was spacious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Any issues with our room, were dealt with promptly making our stay more comfortable. We will definitely be back. There are many mosquito's around the pool seating, the area was always slippery and the seat cushions were soaking wet. We found the music from Nesa Combi to be extremely loud until late into the evenings but guests on the ground floor couldn't hear it!

• Julianne (8/5): Warm welcome great location - A Warm Welcome at Nessa Sanur Bali We stayed here for a few days in March 2026 We received a lovely welcome from Leah, who was very chatty and explained everything, including what to expect during Balinese New Year Nyepi. She showed us to room 301, an absolute beauty overlooking the pool. This spacious room featured a big, comfortable king bed with plush linen and pillows, a large fridge-freezer, TV, chairs, and a relaxing table. A generous wardrobe included an integral safe. The huge bathroom had ample drawers for toiletries, fluffy towels, powerful hot showers, and complimentary amenities. Room 301 offered two private access doors: one with a terrace gazing over the pool, the other leading to a serene garden patio with a charming fish-filled water feature—pure bliss! Breakfasts were fantastic, with American and Continental options, pancakes, vegetarian choices, and eggs any style (fried, omelette, poached, or scrambled). The menu was extensive for lunch and dinner too. Enjoy tea, coffee, and refillable juices. Our room even had a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. Nessa’s central Sanur location—just off the main street, next to a top PADI Dive shop, and a stone’s throw from the beach and endless walkway—is perfect. We’d definitely book again! Nothing

• Denny (5/5): We got it very cheap - we would not book again - The location - opposite Koa yoga studio It is very tired - needs the bathrooms upgraded and at least cleaned properly. The noise from the Nesa Combi bar - loud music every night until 11pm

Bedding could all do with an upgrade and as usual bits of repair needed done everywhere. Room was away from the pool which is tinier than it looks in the images. A dribble shower took almost ten minutes for hot water to reach the room ! Breakfast was alright but just basic, better fare on the streets. We hated the fact that about ten women took over the hotel - literally ! Dare I say it - Australian women ! They took every table at breakfast, shouted and spoke loudly. I learned of someone's pregnant sister at fifteen - need I say more. Then at night and afternoon they all congregated outside a room, again a loud discussion with drinks. One even had a beer bottle alongside the pool while floating around with a glass ! An absolute disgrace in every way they acted and I was not the only other guest that complained, but nothing was done !!!

When booking.com was £8 and Grab £5 Also we asked if they had a spare room we could have for a few hours after checkout (due flight times) . Quoted £28 for the three hours when in fact we could have booked a whole day through booking.com for £30 ( Inc breakfast)

• Tasha (10/5): Wonderful stay in Sanur! - Perfect central location in Sanur, staff were so kind and helpful, breakfast options were delicious, pool was great and the rooms were spacious and great! At night you can hear Nesa Comby (the bar infront) however the music finishes around 10pm and we ended up being in there most nights as the bands were brilliant anyway, so wasn’t a negative in the end!

Que cuando uno baja a las 7 para desayunar, no hay nada preparado y si hay un tour para hacer, hay que irse sin el desayuno. Las chicas recién llegan a esa hora y comienzan a cocinar. Falta agua, algunos productos de panadería, croissants, etc. Supongo que con el precio que se paga no alcanza para eso.

Music from the pub out the front every night til late - live band. Super hard beds very uncomfortable. Pay the extra and don’t stay in the standard room. The air conditioner blows directly onto beds, we didn’t like this.

Le personnel est à l'écoute et serviable. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. • Borbala (10/5): I came to Sanur to relax before I go back home after all the hikes ,sightseengs, trips I made in Bali for 3weeks, and if - Very close to the beach ,just next to the main road but not noisy! Good selection if breakfast. It’s not really their fault but the kids next door started to go in and out of their room shutting the door around 6-7am , otherwise I have nothing I didn’t like.

• Anna (5/5): Value for money, comfortable, but attention to detail needed - We had already been staying Nesa and ine one of our party left we had a room upstairs booked. The accommodation ws ok, breakfast still great value and exceeded expectations. Staff still friendly and amazing hosts. The a/c works well. The room was tidy and sufficient size. Unfortunately though our shower drain ( room 203) was consistently blocked and the bathroom and at times for whole room stank of drain... Again the housekeeping was inconsistent and small by mutual essential things were often missed. Crockery needs to be washed properly in the room/replaced. People with difficulty walking should choose a downstairs room..apparently the shower drain doesn't block or smell downstairs either.
• Anna (7/5): Nice little homestay. Value for money and omfortable - Three of us stayed in the 2 bedroom bale, room 302. Overall a lovely stay, easy access to pool. Beware of 3 steps up to room, threshold and one large step down inside, not good if you have mobility difficulties (just a heads up) as ws ok for us. Aircon works well. Spacious lounge dining and outdoor verandah. Need fan on verandah as very hot and no airflow. Plenty of space to sit with friends. Accommodation is basic, clean and breakfast is above our expectations. Pool one of the best we have experienced in Sanur for water temp and cleanliness. The temperature was perfectly refreshing, but not too cold or warm. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The music from Nesa Combi is LOUD....same owner, and runs from around 8.30/9 till 11 every night. It didn't stop us sleeping though until we changed rooms to upstairs with balcony when one of our group left. Everything was louder upstairs to be honest. Downstairs we understand is better. Housekeeping need to change the crockery in room more often. Also, attention to detail was inconsistent when replenishing the room.... this changed daily, but things like, no extra toilet paper, tea/coffee station not replenished, towels not changed. The drain in one of the bathroom would block easily, but as we had two bathrooms, we got around this. The photo online shows a window in one bedroom, but neither has a window.
