• Hayati Shabery (9/5): - Comfortable bed and clean room. Place near to many stores and easily to reach. Room service very fast. During check in, the receptionist not so friendly and miscommunication happen. The parking without roof, hard if rain.

• ANUAR IZAN (10/5): The stay was wonderful and the staff were nice. - The location. It is close to hypermarket, mosque, and other convenient shops. The tom yam from the restaurant tasted very good. The view from the hotel room was great. Despite setting the aircond temperature to 26 degrees, the room temperature was 18 degrees. The TV was not a smart tv nor do we have access to connect via hdmi cable or usb drive.

• Iskandar (10/5): - Visited Bintulu for my daughter's graduation with the whole family. The hotel had great rooms and a decent breakfast buffet. However, highlight of our trip was the hotel restaurant which served delicious food for dinner that we had 2 days in a row. Highly recommended.

• Avit (9/5): No outside food allowed. - Location I was come back from shopping mall carrying plastic bag of toiletries. When I was seated, restaurant staff advised us no outside food allowed. I was very upset, I didn't even open my plastic bag and she doesn't know what inside. I just carrying not eating. I just don't understand why she doesn't know the meaning of carrying and eating. My appetite was spoiled and finished our meal with no positive comments.

• M.azlan.kch (8/5): Promenade Kuchingites stay - 1.staff-door men, receptionist, waitresses, cashiers services was great, smiling and polite. doormen did well welcoming guests not only opened the door but also bow respect to guests 2.peppers cafe clean, ambience and chair comfy, fresh feeling no bad odor present 3.baked chicken is great and healthy 1.toilet air suction either not strong or absent as after use smell still linger for an hour 2.be careful on the wooden door frames and panels as paint was sticky brown. probably they just paint it with a solution that does not dry like paint. 3.carpetry needs to be vacuum clean deeper as there is still dirt and dust trapped. 4. tv channels available but not clear and some are muted or without sound. feels like cheap inn.
