• Carole (8/5): Très correct pour le prix - Établissement bon rapport qualité prix. Logement basique, un peu vieillot mais avec clim, chauffage et double vitrage. Ça sentait un peu la cigarette imprégnée dans la chambre. Le 2ème lit n'était pas fait. Des draps nous ont été apportés. Il valait mieux ne pas regarder l'état du matelas et de l'alèze. Très bien situé, proche du centre ville avec un super resto indien à côté. Dans l'ensemble correct pour le prix.
• Heidi (6/5): Difficult to navigate for short stay - This is a good place if you plan on staying longer as it has a kitchen. For a short stay; it’s a bit cumbersome; since much of what is described does not work as it is: - the sign at the front desk said someone would be there from 10 to 6 - we checked many times; never was anyone there to try and pay the city tax - While there were many similar SSID‘s our network was nowhere to be found - quite a hassle of finding a phone number to call ( voicemail and full; request to reboot ,..) until we finally had a replacement - Laundry is not in the apartment as described - it requires a card which first has to somehow make it to you before use The place itself was comfortable and clean; but clearly more like a student dorm than a hotel The area is quite run down with graffiti everywhere…
• Brandee (6/5): Functional; not Fancy - Great communication! Things that could be better: no WiFi, no hairdryer, and the shower was teeny tiny and on a pedestal-making it dangerous to get in/out of if you’re physically challenged in any way. The place was clean, casual and a short walk to the shore.
• Jessica (10/5): Good room - It is a nice room with basics. It gets hot outside so be prepared for that, but there were fans and a breeze with open windows.
• Freja (6/5): Communication - The place was clean and well located in the city. However we chose this place to have a chance to clean our clothes but it was impossible. The employees were never there at the appointed time. And when we got hold of one she didn’t understand a single word in English. You had to buy a badge for 3 euro to clean your clothes but they did only have ONE badge for a whole residence. And we never got the chance to hold it. The boss who I called a few times never answered even though he sent a message that he was at the reception. Altogether it was a nice apartment but we didn’t get access to what the hotel promised. We don’t want to visit that place again.

• Luc (10/5): Parfait pour un court séjour à Marseille - Une résidence hôtelière toute simple mais parfaite pour un séjour à Marseille avec tout ce qui faut pour un court séjour. Personnel très accueillant et excellente localisation.

• ABDEL KADER (10/5): Très bonne adresse - Résidence magnifique et bien placée à proximité du centre ville, propre et personnel adorable. Les appartements sont propres, le personnel est à l’écoute, la résidence est proche des commerces, restaurants et transports.

• pierre (8/5): globalement bien - Bonne adresse à Marseille proche du métro préfecture Petit soucis dans la rigueur de l'organisation:on m'a demandé de téléphoner à un numéro dédié à mon arrivée (un dimanche après midi) je suis tombé sur un répondeur En fait on m'a envoyé un sms pour m'indiquer comment procéder pour entrer mais je n'ai pas ouvert le bon téléphone(puisqu'il fallait téléphoner il n'était pas précisé que je recevrais un sms) le montant de la taxe de séjour n'est pas à jour dans le descriptif incohérence sur l'heure d'arrivée:'entre 14 h et minuit'sur une page 'réception ouverte de 10h à 15h'sur une autre A part ce petit soucis c'est bien

• Federica (6/5): - il punteggio medio alto lo attribuisco esclusivamente alla posizione centrale che ti permette di raggiungere tutto con molta praticità, oltre al fatto che c'è un supermercato aperto sino alle 22. L'accoglienza non è andata male se non fosse che è stato il solo momento in cui abbiamo visto qualcuno. La Pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, non era specificato che con "kit da bagno e asciugamani" si intendesse ciò che serviva per un solo giorno. Molto funzionale invece la macchinetta del caffè che per un italiano medio è forse il secondo bisogno dopo l'acqua.
• Rong (8/5): - We walked approximately 20 minutes from the railway station down to the accomodation. This is in a slightly run down residential area. Facde of hotel is very french! Large french door! The check in staff were very helpful. We asked them for a good restaurant for Bouillabaise and they gave us good advice, You need to spend over £100 for a good Soup and book a good restaurant that they can suggest well in advance. Though the room had all the necessary facilities we did have difficulties. The oven was a bit difficult for us to use. But when we found out how to turn off the lock on it we got it to work. Slight lack cutlery could do with a sieve or other cooking utilities! This Hotel is good for its transport links.Shops and supermarkets are a two minute walk away on a main street with tram stops which can take you to the main spots in Marseille. Metro is 5 minutes away.
• Geoffrey (8/5): - 20 minute walk down from the railway station to this hotel in a residential street. Trams are five minute walk awayfrom the hotel leading to easy access to important Marseille Tourist spots! Accomodation adequate for what we needed! Supermarkets within 5 minutes easy to carry bags full of food back! Employees gave advice about where to get bouillabaise soup wish we had booked the place they suggested well ahead! As on the night we tried they were booked up!

• Luc (10/5): - Nuit parfaite pour nous (couple + 1 bébé). Rien à dire, tout était propre, et la place de l’hôtel dans l'hyper centre nous convenait parfaitement. Le + : un arrêt de tram à 50 m de l’hôtel, un arrêt de bus à 10m... Pas besoin de voiture !
• Verified traveler (6/5): No hot water - They don't speak English or Spanish. We had no hot water for our entire stay. The room is big and comfy but once you receive the room check there is hot water, if not you are on your own.
• Jocelyne (10/5): très bonne adresse - Nous sommes de fidèles habituées à ce studio et nous sommes toujours très satisfaites de notre séjour.
• JL (2/5): Honteux - Personne à l'accueil à midi (il paraît que j'ai reçu un mail lors de la réservation il y a 2 mois, il aurait été plus judicieux de l'envoyer qq jours avant), personne ne répond au n° qui est affiché sur la porte, j'ai réussi à obtenir le n° du propriétaire par un locataire (car il n'y a pas que des touristes, mais aussi des gens qui y vivent), je l'ai enfin eu après plusieurs appels et un des locataires est descendu amener la clé de l'appartement vers 14h30. Une fois dedans ce n'est pas mieux, il faisait un froid de canard dans la salle de bain car un petit radiateur électrique pour tout un appartement ce n'est pas suffisant, tout est vieillot et d'une propreté douteuse. Pour obtenir du papier toilette, il a fallu demander à une autre locataire car personne ne semble gérer le lieu (où est le personnel multilingue ou la consigne à bagages de l'annonce ?). Le pire endroit où je suis passé depuis des années. Le seul point positif, c'est que l'emplacement est assez central.
• Jocelyne (10/5): Un plaisir sans cesse renouvelé - Ce n'est pas la première ni la dernière fois que je passe un week-end dans cet appartement et à chaque fois le plaisir est le même;calme, confort, sympathie de l'accueil.
• Sophie (8/5): Appartements complets et bien équipés - Réservation rapide et simple, appartement complet avec salle d'eau, cuisine équipée, lits, télévision et beaucoup de rangements, tout cela pour un prix très raisonnable. Moins cher qu'un hôtel et vous vous sentez comme chez vous!
• Verified traveler (6/5): appartement hôtel au centre ville - appartement hôtel, tout confort, prix raisonnable, au centre ville, métro , tram, bus ,et tout le commerce autour, restaurants, supermarché, café, rue de rome, rue de paradis, castellane, facile d'accès, cuisine équipée pour repas à l'intérieur, assez large pour vivre à deux. Tout est parfait pour vacances à courte durée à marseille Attention : accueil très restreint, pas de présence physique sur place, mais on peut les contacter téléphoniquement. pas de ménage pour la chambre, sur ce point pas très grave si long séjour sur place , manque peut être , un mini four pour la cuisine et un toaster et à prévoir achat de papiers de toilette si plus de une nuit sur place à deux.

• Stanley Mangion (8/5): Nice rooms very near to the centre of the city - It was a very nice experience. Marseille is a wonderful place. They need to speak some more English for commercial purposes. Lot of interesting historical places as churches, museums, beautiful squares, nice gardens, clean beaches to swim in and enjoy the views of the sea. Nice sight seeings and panoramic views of the mountains, so close to the city. I liked most the churches and the fortifications. Transport communications are also very good. Security is also good and I felt quite secure. Activity in the vieux port is so wonderful. The church dedicated to Notre Dames de Garde is so exceptionally nice. mosiac works are so wonderful. I really felt the peaceful presence of Our Lady in our midst. The liturgical activities are perfectly organized especially the Holy Eucharist. This church is also a spiritual gift to all Christian denominations and also to different churches.Everyone can feel the presence of spirituality and peace.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Basic but clean. - Room was basic but clean. Shower on the small side with a wrap round curtain which I dislike. No aircon in room which was a problem as it was 30c outside. Location was fine and about 10 min walk of main shopping street and Marina.
• Jocelyne (10/5): Un plaisir toujours intact et renouvelé - Cela plusieurs fois que nous venons le week-end dans cette résidence et c'est à chaque fois un très grand plaisir pour nous reposer et se promener à pied dans tout Marseille selon nos envies(Musées, marchés,bref goûtercomplétement au charme de Marseille.)
• claudia (4/5): Vraiment pas ce que j'ai vu de mieux. - Séjour de quelques jours. Bel accueil à l'arrivée. Cependant il n'y a personne à l'accueil outre quand il y a des arrivées(d'ailleurs des 6 jours où j'ai été là, plus jamais je n'ai revu quelqu'un). Si un problème survient on doit appeler/texter les responsables donc si vous n'avez pas de # de téléphone français ça peut être un peu complexe... Propreté assez limite. Le tapis de ma chambre était tâché à plusieurs endroits et un des mur de la cuisine était remplis de saleté. La douche était tout simplement dégueulasse; amas de saletés sur l'intérieur des portes, des pentures et sur le carrelage. Que le strict minimum dans le coin cuisine, pas de savon vaisselle, seulement une vieille éponge usée pour laver la vaisselle, ouvre bouteille de vin complètement rouillé... À savoir également que le Wifi est disponible uniquement dans la zone commune, c'est-à-dire dans l'entrée de l'immeuble qui comprend 2 chaises. Rapport qualité/prix on repassera...

• Pascal (6/5): Agréable séjour et météo exceptionnelle - Accueil de qualité mais insuffisant.Dommage car la personne était de bon conseil pour la découverte; Situation du logement intéressant car à proximité de tout et calme. Chambre qui gagnerait à être rafraîchie, et un peu plus de ménage serait la bienvenue (Porte, rideaux sales). Dommage car plutôt fonctionnel
• Michael (8/5): Little Slice of Marsaille - Typical Marseille apartment in a good location . Very small but not overly cramped. Three beautiful windows overlooking a small back street, which would be quiet were it not for the incessant scooters . Free street parking, if patient, usually within two blocks. Only two dining chairs for sitting and a small TV. Good value for price.
• Jocelyne (10/5): Une excellente adresse - Excellent séjour de 2 nuits.Equipement complet de la cuisine qui permet de faire ses repas si on en a envie. Studio spacieux de 2 pièces bien agencé. Ravie vraiment. Ce sera dorénavant notre point de chute à Marseille.
• Kirill (8/5): Nice place, but WiFi needs to be fixed - The apartment is not far from the railway station, it's also easy to get to the old port by feet. The place is quiet at night. The manager at the reception, Cecilia, was very nice and friendly, she gave us all the useful info to spend time in Marseille. The apartment itself is very comfortable, there is everything you may need, except for internet. Unfortunately WiFi was very unstable therefore it was impossible to connect neither from the room nor near the reception desk. Another detail is smoking neighbor. Ventilation system let us know each time when this guy smoked in the toilet. I didn't notice if there was "no smoking" sign in the residence or not, but I think it should be specified. Anyway, I felt comfortable there and I want to thank Cecilia and Guillaume. Hope the problems will be fixed.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Un séjour pour un week-end en couple et pour affaire. On a rien eu le temps de visiter donc je ne peux pas émettre d'avis sur la quartier. Cependant on a eu un très bon accueil, l'appart hôtel était propre, pas de bruit en hiver (double vitrage) et il y avait tous le stricte nécessaire pour cuisiner.... Rien à redire.
• Louis (8/5): excellente adresse et bon rapport qualité-prix - Studio rénové bien situé et confortable. Problème de connexion wifi dans la chambre. Accueil super!
• Sebastian (6/5): - Die Einrichtung ist schon relativ alt aber zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist super- man ist schnell am Hafen und in der Innenstadt. In der Küche kann man sich prima Frühstück etc zubereiten. Abends haben wir aber immer außerhalb gegessen. Koffer konnten wir am letzten Tag unterstellen. Sehr freundlicher Inhaber.
