- Guilherme (3/5): Grande decepção: propriedade histórica encantadora, mas acomodações muito abaixo do esperado - O café da manhã foi muito bom e a experiência de estar hospedado em uma propriedade tão antiga, histórica e visualmente encantadora é, sem dúvida, um ponto positivo. A área externa do hotel é maravilhosa e transmite exatamente o charme que esperávamos encontrar em toda a estadia. O grande problema foi que os quartos não corresponderam em nada à expectativa criada pelo hotel. As acomodações são antigas, mal conservadas e apresentam falhas de manutenção que impactaram diretamente o conforto da estadia. Tivemos problemas com o aquecimento da água dos chuveiros, baixa vazão/pressão da água e falhas no sistema de aquecimento. Esses pontos não são apenas detalhes: são questões básicas de conforto e funcionamento que deveriam estar plenamente atendidas em qualquer hospedagem, especialmente em um local que se apresenta como uma “residenza d’epoca” de charme. Outro ponto extremamente negativo foi a limpeza, cama e travesseiros. No dia do check-out, mostrei à equipe do hotel a quantidade absurda de poeira acumulada embaixo das camas e próxima aos móveis. Isso demonstrou uma falha grave na higienização. Como estávamos viajando com um bebê, a situação gerou preocupação, pois a limpeza deveria ser tratada com muito mais rigor. Além disso, no segundo dia fomos obrigados a trocar de quarto porque nos informaram que o quarto original passaria por manutenção devido a problemas nas tubulações de água. Esperávamos que a troca resolvesse os transtornos, mas fomos colocados em outro quarto de padrão semelhante, com praticamente os mesmos problemas de funcionamento: falhas no aquecimento da água, baixa pressão/vazão dos chuveiros e inoperância do sistema de aquecimento do ambiente. O que mais nos frustrou foi a diferença entre a expectativa e a realidade. A propriedade tem história, beleza e potencial, mas os quartos estão muito aquém do padrão esperado. A sensação foi de termos escolhido um hotel com uma proposta encantadora, mas recebido uma acomodação antiga, mal mantida e sem o conforto mínimo adequado e condizente ao padrão e valores. Em resumo, foi uma estadia decepcionante. O local poderia oferecer uma experiência memorável, mas, nas condições atuais dos quartos, a hospedagem não corresponde ao charme, à imagem e à expectativa que o hotel...
- Selina (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel in der Toskana war etwas ganz Besonderes. Die ehemalige Klosteranlage wird mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Man spürt überall die historische Atmosphäre, ohne auf modernen Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Die gesamte Anlage ist traumhaft schön angelegt – gepflegte Gärten, stilvolle Innenhöfe und ein einzigartiges Ambiente zwischen Ruhe, Natur und italienischem Charme. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie harmonisch die Geschichte des alten Klosters mit der hochwertigen Ausstattung kombiniert wurde. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Wer einen besonderen Ort sucht, um die Toskana authentisch und entspannt zu erleben, ist hier genau richtig. Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit viel Charakter, Stil und einer einzigartigen Atmosphäre – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Mjesto koje odiše posebnom energijom , spokojno, mir koji se osjeti u svakom kutku . Arboretum , vrtovi , freske ma savršeno . Mjesto gdje ću dolaziti svaki out kad me put donese u Sienu . La habitación muy muy pequeña. Por un lado de la cama no se podía entrar, tal es así, que no había mesita de noche. El baño, igual de pequeño. Muy incómodo.

- Julian (10/5): Eine Nacht in traumhafter Lage mit tollem Essen in einem wunderbare Gebäude und sehenswerte Kirche - Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Unbeschreiblich schön. Wir haben in dem etwas modernen Flügel des Klosters gewohnt, es gibt aber auch "Zellen". Man kann aber alles besuchen, die Innenhöfe mit großen beschnittenen Steineichen und die besonders schöne, ausgemalte alte Kirche. Alles ist wunderbar zurückhaltend restauriert. Das Kloster ist umgeben von Oliven und Wein und am Horizont sieht man die Silhouette von Siena. Wir habe auch im Restaurant gegessen, dort gibt es den selbst angebauten Wein und Olivenöl (beides sehr gut). Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut, der Preis angemessen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es gab traditionelles "Kontinental" aber auch ausgewählte Delikatessen wie lokalen Schinken und eine Honigwabe aus der eigenen Imkerei. Besser geht es nicht.

- IOANNIS (10/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή! Μοναδική εμπειρία! - Όλα άριστα. Οι υπηρεσίες, το πρωινό, η τοποθεσία, ακόμα και η διαδρομή μέχρι εκεί. Είναι μια ξεχωριστή και πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα ταξιδιωτική εμπειρία η διαμονή σε ένα τόσο ιδιαίτερο κτηριακό συγκρότημα του ιστορικού μοναστηριού. Τα αίθρια, οι εκπληκτικοί κήποι, οι αίθουσες που ανακαλύπταμε (βιβλιοθήκη, μπιλιάρδου, μικρά σαλόνια και γωνιές χαλάρωσης), η εκκλησία με τα φρέσκο, η θέα στην πεδιάδα της Σιένα. Σε πολύ ανταγωνιστική τιμή, ιδιαίτερα για την εποχή. Εστιατόριο υψηλών προδιαγραφών και ένα μικρό αλλά πολύ συμπαθητικό μπαρ-έκπληξη! Θα έδινα μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην ηχομόνωση των δωματίων.

- Danilo (10/5): A wonderful stay around Siena. - Sleeping in an ancient monastery with such a wonderful story and facilities is a lifetime experience. Staff is very skilled and helpful, rooms are renovated and clean, pet friendly policies saved us the day. Will definitely stay here again. Nothing.

- mikruka (10/5): Very interesting place with awesome local honey for breakfast. - A very interesting place with a beautiful garden and a historic church, which gave the stay a special atmosphere. We were very grateful that our room was upgraded to a larger one free of charge. Breakfast was included for us — the homemade honey was wonderful. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. I think everything was good.

- Tommaso (10/5): Assolutamente da consigliare, ottima per un soggiorno rilassante - Abbiamo trovato un'oasi di pace, di arte e di bellezza d'altri tempi immersi nella storia. Tutto viene curato nei minimi dettagli: la gentilezza, la professionalità e la disponibilità del personale eccellente, soprattutto della signora Isolda. Assolutamente da consigliare.

- Piero Silvino (9/5): Sicuramente ripeteremo questa esperienza. - Posizione, ambiente silenzioso e mistico, colazione, giardino meraviglioso, parcheggio, ottima accoglienza. Servizio ristorante, ottima qualità dei cibi e bevande, ma migliorabile il servizio a tavola. Eravamo meno di una decina di ospiti in tutta la sala, abbiamo dovuto attendere 45 minuti ca. per iniziare con l'antipasto. Tuttavia ottima esperienza globale.

- Lou (9/5): Lieu magnifique et apaisant - Lieu magnifique et paisible. Chaque petit coin est aménagé et peut s’adapter à la détente ou la lecture. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon, le personnel agréable. Nous avons aussi apprécié la petite attention du panier et gamelle pour chien en chambre Les chambres sont trop simples et la décoration est minimaliste. Pour le tarif on peut s’attendre à plus qualitatif. Mais la literie reste confortable La salle de bain est datée

- Daniel (8/5): - Krásné místo, dobře služby Nevytopený pokoj, stačilo by před příjezdem pustil topení. Odhadem 16 °C. To samé v restauraci, možná ještě méně, nejlépe sedět v bundě. Velmi dobré služby, ale jídlo za 5 minut studené. V tomto zklamání
