- Marcin (7/5): przyzwoity hotel w dobrej lokalizacji - Nowa łazienka, świeżo po remoncie. Balkon. Sklep spożywczy bezpośrednio w hotelu. Duży, wygodny parking. Świetna lokalizacja, jeżeli przyjeżdżasz samochodem. Osobna, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Fantastyczna cena (przynajmniej poza sezonem). Mało światła w pokoju. Tylko małe ręczniki w łazience. Meble w pokoju wyglądały na dosyć zużyte (porysowane, niedomykające się szafki). Dziwna cerata pod prześcieradłami.

Aunque en booking no decía que daban un boucher para solo 2 personas. No me gustó las camas. Muy duras y que la piscina no estuviera funcionando. Ya que en las fotos cuando reserve se veía todo super bien y lindo y en la realidad estaba sin agua o poca y todo sucio. Quizas no es la época de piscina pero en booking no decía nada que en abril estaba cerrada. Y lo otro fue que el aire acondicionado no encontrábamos el control y mi esposo bajo a recepción y pregunto por el y le dicen que no le han hecho mantenimiento asi que no se puede usar .entonces mi esposo le dice y que hago entonces hace calor .le dicen abra la ventana. Lo que mi esposo responde hay zancudos y el joven de recepción le dice le pasamos un raid. No se si era en broma o que .lo que mi esposo responde. No .eso no es la solución. Y al final le dijieron si prefiere le pasamos el control pero si no funciona nos avisa. Resulta que si funcionaba. Creemos que quizás para no gastar luz. Nos dijieron eso de que no tenían mantenimiento. En fin. Nos llamó mucho la atención eso de el recepcionista. El hotel no es malo creemos que tuvo tiempos.mejores pero por el precio que pagamos creo no hay que regodiarse.

- Hyesung (5/5): Passable - Nice cafe within walking distance. Sea view. Rooms are outdated and in need of repair. When we asked the reception to book a taxi/keep our luggage after check out they were met with reluctance/annoyance although they were accommodated. The area has a pungent smell of seaweed which permeates throughout the building.
- Sunghee (4/5): - No AC in the hallway and the laundry room made it very unpleasant. It was so hot while waiting for the elevator. The brunch menu was too limited.
- Barbora (5/5): Passable - I give points for the pool being heated and open till 9PM and the receptionist speaking good English. The place is a bit run-down, not well-maintained. Clenliness is questionable, the balcony was dirty with a lot of bird faeces. The bathroom is completely open plan, you take a shower and flood everything. There were no proper towels, only small handtowels - really uncomfortable. Breakfast “brunch” platter for two was low quality food. If you just stop here to sleep the night as we did, it serves its purpouse. However, would I like to spend holidays here lounging by the pool? Definitely not.
- Jenny (7/5): Good - Need a car for this location. The rooms are lovely and big, clean. Breakfast has a small range, but it's convenient with the 7-11 onsite. We've stayed before and loved the pool, but we didn't realize it was closed this time. This place is fabulous when the pool is available, still nice without it. Pool was closed & need to drive to go to local attractions.

- Kay Cheng (6/5): Short break in Jeju - Very basic amenities. Small bath towel provided, with a huge bathroom with no shower cubicle. Entire bathroom will be wet after a shower, without dry space. Bed is basic and mattress is quite old and can feel the spring.

Far noisier than the last time we were there. Seemed to be quite a few parties going on (including quite late in the pool) and people moving the furniture very late at night.

- sangjun (6/5): 가족여행에서 1박 - 여기 주변이 고급진 호텔이 없는 느낌이 있고, 그나마 찾아보다가 여기를 선택했다. 가족여행으로 갔는데 뭐 그냥 쏘쏘함.. 나쁘지 않고 딱히 좋은건 모르겠는 그렇습니다. 호텔 직원분 부를 일도 없고 부를 필요도 없었던 호텔이라서 보통으로 리뷰 남깁니다. 호실이 많은거 같은데 주차장이 넓은편이라 좋은것 같습니다. 그리고 편의점이 있는데 11시까지 했던거 같습니다.

- ZADA (8/5): - The rooms are clean. They don't clean the room unless you ask. The bathroom is Korean style, so nothing is separated but it is spacious enough that you can shower without everything else getting wet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. There is a fridge and TV in the room, as well as an extra chair and a rack to hang clothes. There is a cafe in the lobby. There are two convenience stores nearby - one on the property and one within 5 mins walk. Other than that, restaurants are kinda sparse, especially in the off peak season when the few that are around may be closed. This hotel is better for families/ groups and a car is definitely needed.

- Hannah (7/5): All the basics covered - We visited off-season so got a good price for our room. I was very pleased with the free washing machines (including powder) and drying racks that we could take to our room. We went to a fantastic Mexican restaurant down the road for dinner. We didn't need it, but there was plenty of outdoor carparking. There was a convenience store on site which was very useful. Although the hotel felt very empty, our room was still very far from the elevator, and we were still next to a room with shouting children. As it was off season the pool was not open, which is fine, but it looked really dirty. If we had a pool view this would have been quite disappointing to look out onto.

- JISU (4/5): 방음안되고 위치가 별로 - 일단 성산근처로 가실분은 이쪽보다는 성산일출봉쪽이 나을것같아요 식당이 주변에 많지않아서 조금불편했고 제일 중요한 방 컨디션.... 방음이 전혀 안됩니다 제가 여태 가본곳 중에 탑으로 소음에 취약했어요ᆢ 그나마 발코니에서 새 소리가 들리는건 너무좋았는데 옆방, 윗방 소리가 너무크게들리고 방끼리 간격도 좁고 요즘같은 시국에도 바로 옆에 다른손님을 배치한다는것이 불편했습니다.
- HYEONAH (8/5): 카드키 보증금 받고 프론트에서 아이폰 충전 안돼요! 뷰는 나름 힐링뷰 깔끔해요 - 숙소는 전체적으로 위치도 좋고 깔끔하고 좋았어요! 요즘 코로나? 때문인진 모르겠는데 칫솔 안주더라고요ㅠ 그리고 샴푸랑 바디워시만 있어서 머릿결 좀 뻑뻑했고ㅜ 정원뷰라고 했는데 밭? 같은거 있었어요ㅋㅋ그래도 나름 예뻤어요! 저는 두명이서 갔는데 카드키를 하나 주시길래 왔다갔다 거릴일 있어서 프론트에 하나더 요청했는데 추가하는건 보증금 3만원 현금으로 내야한다고 하시더라구요 미리안내를 안주셔서 왔다갔다하는거 시간없어서 그냥 안했어요ㅠ 우도 갔다 와야해서 숙소 위치 이쪽으로 잡았는데 오는 길은 예쁘더라구요 그리고 프론트에서 아이폰 충전안됐어요ㅠ
- JUNHO (4/5): - 위치만 좋아요. 성산일출봉 가깝고 주변에 흑돼지 횟집 맛집 많아요. 직원분들은 불친절하시고 리조트 내에 있는 편의점 사장님도 상당히 불친절하십니다. 방은 방음 전혀 안되고 깨끗하지 않아요.
- HYUNA (10/5): 대만족 오션뷰 - 객실도 넓고 가격도 좋네요. 꼭 오션뷰로 하심 우도.성산일출봉낀 바다를 실컷 볼수 있어요. 일행들도 대만족.
- Eun jung (8/5): - 조용하게 휴식 잘 했어요 요즘 층간소음 문제 있잖아요 방음 쪼매 아기들이 뛰어서 그게 약간 그래요 ^^ 직원 상냥하게 대응잘함
- HYUNMIN (10/5): 다음 여행에는 무조건 연박 - 1년에 3~4회는 제주 여행을 합니다. 최근에 숙박했던 숙소 중 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 바닥 온도 조절이 가능해서 더 포근하게 지낼 수도 있고, 트윈 베드 2개인데도 객실이 넓어서 캐리어 3개 펴놓고도 여유있는 점도 좋았습니다. 전체적인 컨디션이 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 다음 제주 여행은 더포그레이스에서 무조건 연박하려구요. 단, 전기차 이용하시는 여행자 분들은 전기차 충전기있는 것에 선택은 안하시는게.. 렌트카에서 대여한 충전카드로는 이용불가하고 개인카드로 결제해야만 이용가능합니다. 그 점은 단점입니다. 인근에 대여한 충전카드로 이용가능한 충전소는 여러군데 있습니다.
